Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Dont let the cute clothes and cheap prices fool you. The clothes that you will receive look NOTHING like they do on their site. And I dont even know what the hell the fabric is. I wasted $164 on this $#*! that I will never wear and probably couldn't even give away. Spend a little more money and buy American items that are much much better quality. This $#*! is a joke. Not to even mention it took a month to even recieve the items. Will never purchase from this place again.

I ordered a 1x shirt and it was so small. It fit a medium. Another shirt that was ordered was sheer. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't take the item back. They stated too expensive to return. PayPal sided with Bellelily. I'm shocked and disappointed. I will never order from them again or recommend them.

However, I ordered a summer hat and received what looked like a child had written. I was refused a refund and told because it didnt meet my expectations and because it wasnt perfect to me I was only allowed 10%back of what I paid So heres your warning Facebook friends! This company is a scam! Took my money the day I ordered, its been well over 30 days, still missing some of my order and I have only got this piece of crap... Lesson learned. Never ordering again.

This company is bull crap, ordered a shirt and supposed to have shipped on 8. 21. 18, when I still had not received a month later emailed and was told can take up to 35 days and can not track even though they gave me a tracking number. Now is November 7 and still nothing. Now they will not even return my emails. $#*! COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have to call my bank and see if I can get my money refunded. If I could file a complaint with someone I would. But of course there is no phone number for them. If I could give them a negative number I would.

DO NOT purchase anything from them! I ordered 9 shirts for my bachelorette party for us all to wear. I paid extra for shipping as it stated that I would get it within 7-10days. I did not receive my order within that time frame so I emailed them explaining that I paid extra to get the shirts and still did not get them and that if they did not come before my bachelorette party date that I would not want them or have use for them. They replied that they have no control over how long it will take (even though they have to option for 7-10 gaurenteed shipping) and said I can not cancel the order. Basically I am S-O-L.
It's been about 20 days and I still have not received my order and my bachelorette party is passed.

I got a tankini. Whist it fitted it wasn't the same shape as in the photos. Attempting to return and can't get a returns address. They are giving me every excuse under the sun as to why I shouldn't return it

I ordered 2 dresses in a small. I recieved an email from the company stating they fit smaller so they decided to send 2 sizes bigger. I recieved the dresses and both are huge on me. Contacted the company and was told to give them to a relative and ask them to pay! I told them they wouldn't fit anyone and I wanted to return. They then offered me 2% off next order… I felt insulted! I told them they had sent the wrong sizes and I needed to return for a refund. They then offered me 20% off. I again said no I want to return. They then came back with 50% refund. At this point I was so fed up I said yes… this was several weeks ago. Still no refund and not heard from them. All I can do is warn people not to order. There is no real return policy and their customer service is shocking. Please stay away and order from a reputable site. Don't waste your time on this garbage

They have stolen Modern Vintage Boutique's photos and are using them as their own. These boutiques spend lots of time and money taking these photos and then fake companies such as Bellelily go and literally steal them and sell the items at a cheaper price. HORRIBLE

Be leery of positive reviews by what looks like newcomers, but listen to all of those who have posted their evidentiary photographs & videos to prove the quality rather than promising. They will not refund your money & you will be in charge of shipping back to China and then they will say they never received it. I would view this website as a scam. I ordered a shirt over a month and a half ago and have yet to receive it. I contacted the company via email and Facebook with a very delayed response only saying that it was shipped on 8/16/18 and it takes 15-35 days to be delivered. They stated that there was no tracking on it. I asked what happens if it is never delivered as it has been longer than 35 days... NO RESPONSE. No phone number to contact and TERRIBLE customer service. If I ever receive this shirt, it will be out of season. RIDICULOUS COMPANY. The only reason I rated 1 star is because I couldn't do a zero.

I ordered my Wife 4 shirts for Mothers day back on 4/6 - A month later, I have only received 2 of the items... Mothers day is next weekend, so where the is rest of my order? Worst company ever. Don't EVER buy from them. They won't let you return items that are poorly made. (SEE THROUGH PANTS) Instead, they beg you to keep the items, AND then they will give you a discount on more poorly made items. When you turn that down they come back with ridiculous percentages that they will give you back, first 15 tgen 25! I have email proof.
Be aware there return policy (not stated anywhere) have you send the item back to a China address which forces you to keep the item. They will not give you a USA address for returns even though their shipments are from the USA.
