Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

I put in an order on 4/6/2020. (You are unable to make an order without making an account or putting in your email address. At the time I only put in my email address so I didn't have an account to look back on for my order) when I ordered I paid through PayPal. So once the order was paid, PayPal sent me a receipt showing where my order was paid in full. I never received a confirmation email from belle lily letting me know my order was put in. So I waited till 4/20/2020 and I still had not received anything from them. I contacted the customer service and informed them that I was trying to find my package and just wanted to know when the delivery date was going to be. I never heard back from them for 2 days. I emailed them again and they responded asking me for my order number. I informed her of my situation where I didn't have an account so I can't look back at my orders and I never received an email from them to get my order number. They responded 2 days later with an automated email giving me steps on how to return packages... I then emailed them again informing them that I'm not trying to return a package I'm trying to find mine and never heard back from them. So then the following day I emailed them again requesting to get the info or my money back. They then replied (almost two days later) asking for the same information that I gave them in the very first email that I sent them or told them that I didn't have. (date order was placed, my full name, and order number) I understand with COVID-19 that it may take longer to get my package but all I'm asking is for an update on my order and they have done nothing but either ran me in circles or just don't respond... I will never order from them again and I hope that I either get my package in or my money back. I hope this info will help save some people from the headache that I am having to go through!...

Terrible terrible horrible customer service I bought items from them spent a lot of money cannot wear any of the items I measured myself ordered the right sizes for sandals and shirts they came and are all wrong shirts are either too big or way too small they do not look anything like they do on the website false advertising I'm still missing a pair of shoes that have not arrived, I asked to return the products for a refund but they kept saying it would cost more money to ship it back and refuse to refund my account and take back their product if you buy from here their policy is no returns no refunds, FYI no it won't cost more money to ship it back I looked into it, they only tell you this to keep your money so you are left with their very very cheap product, any real retail store would stand by their product and take it back to make their customers happy, I'm going to file a major complaint with the BBB so others are aware that this online store is a scam. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from here spread the word don't waste your time and money

I recieved a tank top and flip flops. They both look differently than they did online. The flip flop straps are sooo loose I can barely walk in them.

Just placed an order tried to get my money back and they basically make you get on your computer and have you download an app so they can take over your computer! BEWARE EVERYONE I wouldn't recommend

If I could give a zero instead of a one star, I would.

I placed an order on November 19th. They charged my credit card on 11/23. See tracking information below as to when it "supposedly" shipped.

The information above was literally the last update on their website as far as tracking goes. I requested to know where my shipment was toward the end of December as my package still had not arrived. They told me, "that your parcel's tracking is in a state of stagnation from the shipping company. Please contact with the USPS to get your parcel as soon as possible. "

When I contacted UPS, they said Bellelily didn't even provide them with all of the accurate information See information:

A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail®package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon.

Bellelilly's response was: As the logistics info of the parcel has not been updated for a long time, we have already reported your situation to the relevant colleagues to check your parcel and are waiting for their reply."

3 weeks went by and I never heard anything from this company, so I reached back out again and they ignored my email and didn't answer.

I sent another email within a few days and they replied, "We guess the parcel was lost during the transit by shipping company." Meanwhile UPS is stating that Bellelily never provided them the above information.

They offered to resend me the package that I have been waiting 2 months for AND they already took my money.

I asked if they could resend it and refund me with all of this hassle.

They said they could resend it, BUT they were keeping my money.

So, now I am in the process of trying to get my money back that they took WITHOUT ever giving me the package.

DO NOT trust this company.

SCAM!

I can't express how frustrated the past two months have been! Yes, I have been trying to return my items for the last TWO MONTHS! I spent well over $100 on items thinking I can simply return the items that don't fit me... Um no. At first they were going to accept all of my items as a return ONLY IF I TRIED THEM ON AND TOOK PHOTOS OF MYSELF AND GIVE THEM MY BODY MEASUREMENTS! After I refused to give them photos of me and my body measurements, they decided to tell me that out of my 10 purchased items, the only one that is "suitable" to return back is the one that I wanted to keep. WTF?!?!? And to make matters worst they said that I would only get 20% back off that one "suitable" item. I also have an email of them telling me to give the unwanted clothes to family and friends instead of returning it! I have kept all my emails and will not stop until I get 100% of my money back for ALLLL OF MY ITEMS. Please note that after multiple emails of trying to make my return, they have not provided a return address! NOT ONCE. This horrible "customer service" and pretend "return policy" needs to be shared with the public! No one should be shopping from Belle Lily under the impression that they can buy with confidence and make returns with ease. This is THE ULTIMATE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I WANT 100% REFUND FOR ALL OF MY ITEMS AND I WANT A RETURN ADDRESS!

Do not shop here. They send clothes that are terrible quality and do not look like the pictures and they WILL NOT refund your money.

This place is THE WORST. As everyones already mentioned, orders take FOREVER. This was the most frustrating ecommerce transaction Ive ever had and I shop online almost exclusively. The items are cheap because theyre made of sh*t material and are complete throwaway items. This is classic Made In China product. I ordered my items on 1/5/18 and they arrived 1/22/18. Not only did they take forever to get here, but nothing even fit. I ordered my normal Medium size and everything fit HUGE. I emailed their customer service pleading for them to do the right thing and take these items back and this was their response:

Sorry for hearing that you are not satisfied with our clothing.

Would you please inform us the item number which has problems?

If possible, would you mind sending us pictures of the received item(s) for showing the problem clearly and corresponding problem description?

For the items you received which have the size or color problem, would you please check following steps:
(1) Please send us photos with good lighting of the item and package and labels.
(2) For size issue, please place the garment on the floor, take a tape measure to measure the Bust Waist and Hips. Once we confirm, we will offer an alternative product or partial refund for you.
The item's size will be considered wrong if the size difference between the item you have received and the measurement indicated on the size chart differ by at least 3 cm (1.18 inch).

After we receive your pictures, we will offer you reasonable solution asap. Please dont worry.

Your support and understanding will be highly appreciated.

Give me a break. I have to jump through those many hoops to make a return? This company clearly doesnt care about return customers. Theres a reason Amazon and Nordstroms are so beloved - they would NEVER treat customers this way. And theyre getting rewarded handsomely for it. EFF YOU, bellelily. I look forward to your site shutting down soon.
