Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

They are a Chinese company. They do not offer refunds or exchanges at all. Order shirt in regular size but what I got was for a child. NO EXCHANGES. Its totally a bad website out to rip you off. Shirt was poor quality too. Guess I'll donate it.

Like everyone else, I never received my order. Emailed twice and never got an answer. Even tried to cancel order before it shipped and nothing. 6 months later... still waiting. Wish I would have read reviews first too :(

Horrible service. I placed an order in November, it is now March and I still have not received my order. I've requested a refund 3 times now. Never order from this site, you will be lucky to receive anything.

The clothes are uneven, material is not what the description says they are, no "care" tags to refer to for washing, runs way smaller in size, definately not high quality, and overall... very discouraged! I can't even wear them.

Hands down, best delivery system ever! Parcel only took two days to arrive without any hassle and any calls from their cs about instability. Love how they also reminded me about my order frequently. Wore the dress and I'm shock how well it fitted me, almost designed for me to wear it. I guess, thanks!

This company will go around and around with you once they have your money. Over $100 spent and no clothes after months. Won't cancel order-won't refund-and after disputing transaction with bank and PayPal, Bellelily emails me and asks that I cancel dispute and they will ship to me as soon as possible. I honestly feel like my clothes were lost during shipping and they can't refund me. Tracking system is horrible. Please save yourself the grief and shop with a company that makes spending money fun. Too much time and money spent for nothing. Ugh it's infuriating..

So I ordered 70 something dollars worth of items and it has been way over 40 something days and I have contacted them multiple times to refund my money because my expected delivery date was way past and the refuse. All they keep giving me is a tracking number that I already have! I'm beyond pissed and want to warn you before you waste money you will never see again.

While I have received friendly messages, I ordered about 100.00 worth of gifts before Christmas and it is May this weekend and I am still awaiting them. One at a time started to drift in four months after ordering. (but they processed the credit card same day). Endless polite messages asking for my patience and have I still three items I have not received.

Order a pair of Small trouser and XL sent, they won't refund me despite saying it is was their warehouses fault. Keep offering me a discount and I say no and they ignore that. Do not buy from them as scammers in my view and totally untrustworthy.

Tip for consumers:
I would not use this company as no returns and they are dishonest. The trousers should have been a Small and i received a XL and they tried to tell me they were a small and it was a labelling error. No matter how many times I asked for a refund they dodge the subject.

I order over 85.00 in bikini's. They were poor quality, didn't look like the photos, and fit horribly. I could even give them away to my daughter or daughter in law. Very disappointed but on a good note they are refunding me 25% of 4 of the 8 suits that I bought. They requested photos of the suits and I had already thrown away the other 4 suits. I'll be able to get a Starbucks coffee with my refund. Please do not waste your money or time. I'm sorry for the poor review, Bellelily!

This is the biggest rip off! I paid extra to get my order shipped in 2 weeks. It has now been 4 weeks and still no items. I have emailed and poor response. Difficult to reach for information... huge scam. Steer clear of this site, order elsewhere!

I saw Belle Lily advertise on Instagram with adorable shirts and other items. I ordered two Christmas shirts on Dec 6,2017 thinking I'd get a few days before Christmas. I'm still waiting to get my order and it's January 1,2018.
These items come from China and take at least a month to arrive, according to the shipping information. I should have read this before placing my order.
The company doesn't give refunds, just replace. At least I can track my package.
The shirts are in transit somewhere in Chicago at a freight place. LOL!
Learned my lesson! Read fine print always, always, always.

I cannot recommend to order from Bellelily. I ordered a dress and not only was sizing completely inaccurate but very poor quality. It is impossible to get a refund... the hoops they make you go through for a refund is not worth it. Will never make another purchase through them. Complete scam

Ive purchased several items online from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a dress recently that were all too big. Notonly do they make it more expensive to return their items so that you CANT, but they had the nerve to say "maybe you can give the items to a friend and we will give you a discount if you reorder then?! Excuse me... what? Just let me exchange my items for the right size. I WILL never purchase from this retailer again. AWFUL!

I must have got lucky. I ordered 5 shirts about 3 weeks ago. All of them have been delivered. None of the colors were off and they fit nicely. Needless to say, bc of all the reviews I will not order from this site again. But my experience was good!

I ordered sock in November, I still don't have them! They keep coming back asking me for my correct address. I have already given the, my address 3 times. So sick and tired of companies who take your money and gave no problem not to deliver, never order from them!

Do not waste your time with this company. Items are cheaply made and non returnable based on the fact that they come from China. I ordered a pair of sandals and the quality wasn't what I expected for the $30+ I spent but I planned to keep them--my mistake. However, after measuring my feet and following their size chart--they don't fit. They will not make it right and suggested I gift them to someone. They offered me a discount to a store I would NEVER order from again. AWFUL!

The clothes I received were made of very cheap material. Others didn't look at all like what was in the picture. They also ran smaller and were not fitting right. Don't count on returning either. They do a whole run around which included them requesting pictures of me wearing the clothing to prove to them they didn't fit right. What a trashy site. Avoid and save your money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never written an online review for anything but this company is the most ridiculous thing ever. All the items I got were terrible and unwearable... nothing like the pictures. When I addressed this several months ago w/ pictures, they offered me a 10% refund or coupon code. Clearly not needing a coupon code b/c I'm never spending another cent w/ them, the 10% was kind of disrespectful. Back and forth over 2 months, we finally settled on a 25% refund. However, they only refunded the 4 items I greatly complained about b/c they were nothing like the pictures (but ALL the items were awful). Either way, they have basically told me too bad and if I wanted to ship it back to China, they would refund the full amount. W/ their dishonesty in advertising, I'd be afraid to pay that much to ship it back and never get my money back anyways.

I ordered multiple gifts for people from here on December 2,2016, never received a confirmation email for shipping, I finally got a response back telling me my items had shipped. I was given a tracking number that never worked, and despite the promise that my items would be delivered in "10-25 business days" I'm going on business day 30 of the latest shipped parcel. I'm going to my credit card company over this to get my money back. This is outrageous, and I will not only never buy from here, but will tell anyone I know about this experience.

We purchased a number of small items from this company back Nov. 30 2016 and as of yet have not received them despite having our credit card charged immediately.
Have sent them a number of emails inquiring about what the problem may be but they have ignored all of them despite what they say in their site that all inquiries are handled within 48 hours, 2 months for a simple delivery is unacceptable and from what I have been reading, this is the norm for this company... so stay away and protect your money. You have been warned.

I ordered 4 different items just to see how their clothing was compared to the different reviews I have read. It took about a month to receive the first package but then I started getting them quickly. I am 5'7 about 160 pounds so I am not exactly small. I ordered all XL's and everything fit so nicely! One pair of cotton pants I ordered was a little more fitting than I usually wear but they were still adorable. I will definitely be ordering tons more from them!

I think the photos online do the clothing more justice than they deserve. I ordered from this company and then immediately read a bunch of bad reviews. But I received all my shirts today, within 2 weeks. I bought 7 shirts and really liked 6 out of the 7. The one shirt just looks extremely cheap and I doubt I'll wear it. Don't expect great quality, but the shirts are all fun and unique and I'll enjoy wearing them for as long as they hold up.

I received 3 different shipping emails, weeks ago, and still have not received my items. The tracking number does not work to track per their email and no response back regarding this. My money gone, and nothing to show for it. Never buy from here again.
