Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

The quality is horrible. Sizes rum really small and fabric is cheap. I ordered seven shirts and can't wear any of them because they are to small. I also ordered a pair of boots and I tried them on they run really small and the whole bottom of the boot came off. As I was trying to get it off. I mean the entire bottom of the boot cane off.

I ordered about 100 dollars worth of stuff. I also ordered from wish at the same time. My stuff from wish got here first and the belle lily way after. It was crap quality and took forever to get. Awful business. It implied shipping took 2 weeks. It meant they have 2 weeks to ship and a month or more to get here.

This is exactly what they emailed me regarding my items I wanted to return.
We apologize that the item you got can't meet your expectation.
The postage of the return would be on your side if you insist on returning and we can only do the refund when the items are all back.
The shiping fee is a little high and we sincerely not suggest you to return.
Is there any chance for you to keep them as a gift for others?
For the inconvenience, we can refund 20% of the item price as compensation.
Is that OK?

More or less they will not refund you the full amount you paid for the items and the shirts are not as described in the pictures. The sizes run at least 2 sizes different then they say. Do not buy from this company. Scam.

Every item in my order is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (items were way too small, fabric was garbage and shirts were badly sewn, plus the bad odor from the dye), I am beyond satisfied. I had a good experience :)

Looked really nice online, what I got was cheap material that was shiny and it was all false advertising. It didn't even fit right much less look like what i was expecting. I asked for my money back and they are not complying

Basically if you are buying from this company be prepared to receive good quality clothes and best customer service. You will get a refund if clothes don't fit you. My advice is to get from them they literally have just provided great service.

I ordered $80 of clothing from Bellelily. After a week of waiting for a shipping confirmation, I received an e-mail, stating that one of the items was out of stock. I requested they ship the in-stock items and refund the out of stock item. They did not. They just kept sending the same e-mail. So, I chose another item. After waiting a couple days, they again sent me a e-mail. It said that the alternate item was out of stock. Long story short, this went on for wks. Nothing shipped, nothing refunded. I finally bought replacements at Frederick's of Hollywood, so I could have them by Christmas. Belle never shipped even one item and refused to refund, my money. PayPal however did make it right. I would never order from this company and feel the need to warn others.

I bought my new dress here, it came so fast and it was the perfect size! The website was very easy to navigate and has many options and styles to choose from. The quality was amazing, I was very happy with my purchase and you definitely get what you paid for. I really felt like a princess and received so many compliments and questions about my dress. Well what can I say. This is my first and last time I will be ordering anything from this company. The quality of their product is pathetic, their customer service is unbelievably pathetic, you can not reach them in any way, as if they really don't care about your order other than to get you to order from them. Well all I can say is I wish them well, because God says do unto others as you would have them do unto you. So that's what I am doing. Hope you have a better time with your order.

I ordered my shirt on August 6. Got shipping info 3 days later. It is not September 27 and I have not even received my package yet. I have contacted the company TWICE Zane have gotten zero information from them. I just want my shirt!

I ordered 3 swim suits. I measured for each swim suit and checked to make sure I was getting the correct size. It took weeks for them to arrive and none of them fit. They wanted photos of me in the suits to prove they don't fit. They refuse to let me return them and are only offering 10% off my next order.

The quality of everything I ordered was absolutely horrible. They use pictures of other companies to advertise their products, but they look nothing like that when you see them in person.

When I emailed the company about this, they did nothing about it. They just disappeared like the scam artists they are.

I bought clothing and paid extra for express shipping, it has been 16 days and my item is still not here. Their customer service team told me to be patient and wait for it and they would not give me a refund on the extra money I paid for the item to arrive in 5 days. Very disappointed.

The product I ordered was supposed to be an off the shoulder sweatshirt. It's an absolute polyester nightmare! It's not a sweatshirt and it doesn't even come close to being off the shoulder! What total garbage and I'm sure it would cost more to send it back so I'll just pitch it! Lesson learned!

I found this ad on Facebook, thought I'd give it a try. I've ordered from SHEIN and ROMWE which are also china clothing sites and my items came in less than 2 weeks. About 10 business days at most, well I ordered 2 items, a shirt and dress from
Bellelilly and it's been a month and 3 days and I have not received it. No tracking info given and when I contacted them they said it takes 10-25 days even though the status said shipped 2 days after placing my order. Will not ever order from them again. Tried contacting them again and asking for a refund and just cancel my order since I still have not received it 34 days later. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

The piece oif material I received had a waist band 20cm wider than advertised. They look like primary schoolers first attempt at sewing with ugly wide crooked stitch.

I order from them 12/02. They took the money from my account immediately. I never received my order. I sent an email twice requesting where my order was. They never sent a tracking number. They told me my order had been delivered but nothing else. You can't talk to anyone have to send message through website. I learned my lesson and will never order online without checking reviews.

I knew I shouldn't order from this Chinese site but the shorts just looked so cute in the picture. What I got was NOTHING like the picture. They were so incredibly cheap and smelled terrible. I didn't even bother to try them on, just threw them away bc I know these websites make returns impossible.

I ordered 9 women's tops. All but 3 fit great. Out of the 3:1 was too tight, 1was too tight with short sleeves and length, and 1 wouldn't even go over my shoulders. I've been in communication with them for 2 months or more. They told me that either they will only give me 25% of my money back or I can pay the foreign shipping fees to send the items back to them. They are thieves with false advertising. I used their size charts for each item. They should have a better system to fix their own problems on their website or in manufacturing so that they are not stealing people's money. I am a completely dissatisfied customer and will never order from them again.
