Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

Well im glad I only spent 12 bucks on this sham. Dress I ordered came in after a month and it's not even like the picture. It's like a cheap pillow case. It's so thin I couldn't even wear it with a slip to make it decent. Sad sad sad.

Yes, the dressed were super cute and the material was of good quality. However, the sizes were INACCURATE. I measured my BWH before ordering to verify what size I should order and proceeded in thinking I would be getting a cute dress for my vacation. WRONG. The dress was past my knees after being shown midthigh on the model, and two sizes too large overall. This was the case for all three of the dresses I ordered. I tried to reach out to customer service, their solution was at first that I give my dresses away to friends or family, then it went to refunding me 10% of my subtotal. All I want is for them to put an accurate size measurement on their dresses so nobody else has to go through what I'm going through.

Tip for consumers:
Order 1-2 sizes smaller than you think you should. Or know a great tailor.

We ordered three shirts from the company on December 19th 2016. It is now March 24th 2017 and we have not received anything. I've emailed them several times. They replied a few times asking me to wait for the order. I'm going to look into consumer protection options and file a complaint under the BBB. It was approx $50 CAD we spent, and figure at this point its gone. Customers beware! This is a company that does not deliver and is just out to grab your hard earned money.

A total waste of money, if i haveread these reviews, I would have had second thoughts.
Although they advertise as ". Com", they are actually a cheap Chinese company.
Quality is very poor, clothes are expensive not only for what they offer, but when you get it, you know it is a scam!
Don't waste your time, it is a complete waste of $$$$

Absolutely the worst company ever! They took money for items they failed to produce. I was given untrackable tracking information and was given nothing but lies and excuses from the customer service department.

Their clothing is cute, it runs small though so ALWAYS order up, but the main thing is order at least 12 weeks out. It is currently December, NOW is the time to order for April or May. If you need a gift and you order less than 8 weeks out, you will be pushing it to get it on time. To save disappointment, order with the shipping time of 12 weeks firmly on your mind. And that is IF you get it at all.

EXCELLENT! Love the clothes! Great service! Even when I needed to return one thing the process was sooo easy especially with the digital return code, the communication was great, they let me know where my package was, when they received it, and the process stages of my refund, definitely will be shopping again soon!

I ordered some leggings from here. When I received them they were carelessly sewn together. They were uneven at the waist and legs with threads sticking out, holes on the back that were not sewn together. Thread sticking out on the legs and sloppy. The fabric was obviously a veeeerrry low quality fabric. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. You definitely get what you pay for on the site. Fair warning do not order anything from here! I will never order anything from this site again. I could have seen a better pair myself.

Never received my order and when I Weston track it it says I have no order, I tried emailing them multiple times and messed them on their website and I haven't heard anything from them. So if I paid for my order never received it it's showing that I have no order to track and no one will respond to me they basically robbed me! Don't buy anything from them it's a scam.

I waited a while to get the idems I bought they all came one at time. When I got them I loved them they all fit nice and good quality shirts. Definitely order from them again just give yourself enough time if planning to wear it to something. If not in a hurry to get them it was fine.

I placed an order and received a top in the wrong color and they pretty much said it wasn't a issue and they couldn't give me a refund or replacement. I will never order from these rude people again! Shipping time was ridiculous also!

I have informed bellelilly the size is incorrect they refuse to exchange or refund my item but offer me 15% discount on my next order becarefull people as rgey have a no returns policy on there website whitch just shows the trash there selling!

After measuring myself, I ordered 3 bathing suites that were according to them size M (I am a size S). First one came in after a month, barely squeezed myself into it, felt like size XXS. Second one came in 1.5months later, would fit ok except the top was a little but loose and the watermelon print did not match the cuts of the bottoms. So noticeable, horrible quality and work. Finally third one came in 2months later, bottom fit ok, the top had some straps on the back. So the straps were extremely long and if you would wear as it is suggested the top goes down to your belly button leaving your chest all out. Lmfao I never order from China, but they looked so cute so I said I'll try. What a waste of time and money, had a good laugh though.

The first time, the delivery was slow in Canada, wrote them and they were really kind and followed me until I received it. They were really sorry about the delivery delay. Every email was respectful and understanding.

The second time, the delivery was within 2 weeks and all my items in one parcel.
I sure recommand their original products!

I ordered a dress from them on 7/17/2017. It is now 11/9/2017 and I still haven't received my dress. I emailed them and they said that the dress wasn't delivered due to the delivery company. Likely untrue. I asked for my money back seeing how summer is over and I won't be wearing a dress for several months. They are refusing to give me my money back. They want me to pick another product similar in cost. (They will cover the shipping they said, haha) This company is a joke and I do not recommend ordering anything from them. Terrible customer service.

I would never shop with this company again. I ordered a bathing suit, the bottoms were way too small. I emailed them to get an exchange, they took days to respond every time. They asked for my measurements and a picture of me in the suit to see how it didn't fit. When I told them I would just like to send back for a medium, they sent this

Tried 6x to pay for items, every time I click pay, it takes me to the home page. Emailed them. They emailed me back a ticket # that doesn't exist. Refused to help via email. Insisted on addressing it via a ticket that doesn't exist. Horrible customer service, horrible functioning of website.

Bellelily eventually responded to my messages, but all they cared about is the bad review I left them. They kept telling me that they will refund me what I paid in the expedited shipping if I take down the bad review. That is some bullcrap. I ended up having to take the issue up with PayPal to see if they could resolve the situation. Bellelily is a company that just wants to scam you out of your money. DO NOT USE THEM

I bought a dress on May 25th and paid for expedited shipping, it is June 10th and I still have not received it. There is no way to track the package, and I've tried message Bellelily and no one has responded back to me. I wanted the dress for my wedding shower on June 8th, but since the package didn't come I had to go out about by another outfit for the shower. I want my money back! I would give this crap company 0 stars if it was an option!

Asia was my stylist and was so friendly and personable. She was attentive to what I liked and didn't like. She engaged with my friends that were present. All staff and customers were masked due to Covid-19 which made me feel comfortable. I tried on so many amazing and beautiful dresses and this was the first ever bridal appointment I had gone to. Asia didn't make me feel bad or guilty that I wasn't going home with one of the dresses. She even welcomed me back if I wanted to try the dresses on again or keep looking. I'll definitely come back in the next few months when my wedding date is finalized! Thanks Asia! You rock

If zero was an option that's what they would get from me. I order a dress, size large, I can usually fit a medium. I always order a size up to be safe when ordering online. I received the dress and could not even get the dress over my thighs. It was entirely way too small. So I immediately filed a size claim. I wanted to ship the dress back and just get a larger size. I didn't even want a refund. I antes the dress. They emailed asking my measurements and wanted a picture of me wearing the dress. I could not get the dress on to send a picture so I explained that to them and sent my measurements. They then responded and said they are not responsible for incorrect measurements and for me to keep the dress for someone it does fit. I will never order from this site again.

I ordered 2 pair of socks on November 30th. I haven't received them yet. After emailing them, they advised me they had been shipped on December 29th. As of today... nothing! They are slow to reply to emails and keep telling me it is coming. Won't offer refund and won't send me my order.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM! Save yourself the time and money. Shipping took over a month and the product was made of a felt material. Contacted for a full refund and return and they told me they don't recommend it and they'd give me a 10% refund if i gift it. The joke is i wouldn't gift this product to my worst enemy. Consider yourself warned!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company will steal your money, don't do it. I placed an order on Nov 30th and paid for 3 day expedited shipping. It wasn't shipped until Dec 30 and arrived Jan 3, from Ontario Canada. The items are complete garbage, don't match the pictures or sizing or material/fabric. I've been disputing with PayPal and turns out its a company in China.

They now also operate under the names www.fairyseason.com and Aukey E-Business

If I could give this website 0 starts I would. It is the worst website to order from because I have been waiting on my product for over 2 weeks and still have been trying to reach them and they never answer. Save yourself this website is trash and customer service is trash. DO NOT SPEND!
