Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
The customer service is very helpful, polite and focused on actually solving my problem. They're responding very fast and provide clear information on possible steps.
Ordered T's early in November for Christmas. They have never been delivered. No answers from customer service. No phone number. Horrible company! Wouldn't give 1 star.

I had no idea that this company was based in China as you can't find this information anywhere on the site. Anywho, I ordered 4 swimsuits and a cover up on 12 June for my cruise at the end of the month. Because I chose free shipping, a tracking number was provided but could not be tracked because... hey the shipping was free... right? I finally received 2 swimsuits and a cover up 10 days later. After 6 weeks passed, I contacted them via email to inform them that I never received my other 2 swimsuits. I also informed them that they were no longer needed and I wanted a refund. The company insisted that my items had shipped and to allow time for delivery. I went back and forth through emails for well over 3 weeks before the company finally decided to issue me a credit after denying me a refund. Needless to say, I ordered a few t-shirts to utilize my credit. Items were "shipped" on 29 August... today is 25 September and I've yet to receive anything. I contacted them last week and they advised me to allow 2 more weeks. Let me help you guys out... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY.

Does anyone know the customer service number for bellelily? Have a huge issue and I'm tired of using the email to get ahold of them when they hardly ever answer!
I ordered $117 worth of business attire for work so far 2 out of 10 items ive received and this is my fist time ordering and its taken weeks; the two items one was so trashy and my size 36D breasts were practically exposed in the front of the dress the missing material was huge across the chest which the pic doesn't show that and the model has large breasts too really upset me because I don't dress like a tramp. The shirt I got was see thru and they didn't state that under description of the item. Misrepresentation all the way around! They wont return my emails and wont return items according to the site. There are other sites that do take care of customers and allow your money back if your not happy with items so stay clear from this site! I will never use this site again. I regret not reading their policy first and read the reviews before I ordered thru this site but this is my first time ordering online at its a bad experience! So I guess ill be out $117 in the end because Im sure the other items might have issues too or might not ever show up but its a lesson learned.

Images online are exact to the actual clothes and the size measurements were really close. Just took about 2weeks to ship but was still enough time for me.
I ordered a headband 7/5/17. They immediately took my money from my account, but almost 2 months later I still have not received my headband. I have emailed them repeatedly and all they do is send me the same email saying they can't find my order and I need to give them more information. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I received a dress that did not look like what I ordered. I requested a refund and they continue to offer a 10% discount on a future order instead. Do not buy from this company!
One shirt didn't look like the picture the navy blue colour in the shirt is purple.
And another $#*! I ordered in a medium size was packed as an extra large and what am I supposed to do with that?

I see some people sooo angry that they haven't received their orders... I can't say much yet from my own experience because I only just ordered. BUT if you read the FINE PRINT on shipment information IT SAYS that for the free shipping they DO NOT provide shipping information tracking numbers ect. And that If you choose the free shipping option that it will take 15-35 days to ship. Now remember it is a site that is booming on Facebook ads that millions of people see... they probably get 100's of orders per day, if I were to buy and only choose free shipping I would expect to take the maximum time it takes to ship, and remember guys it ain't 35 days in a row, mail only works on week days, 35 business days... don't count the weekends... your looking at almost 2-2.5 months possibly to receive your shipments considering it's coming from China lol... now if you paid for standard shipping it's 10-15 business days so I expect to get my order within two weeks to a months time... I'll update with another review once I start receiving my orders, I ordered on a Saturday. So I probably won't have it shipped out till Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday I hope... people gotta read fine prints when doing online shopping lol gees if you don't like the wait then go to a store and buy right away... patience is a virtue :)
I supposed that all products outside USA are travelling by ship. So, that was the reason of delaying my cloth. Everything else was fine. As I expecting.

Company not from USA/Canada. Ship from China, no guarantee of size or arrival. Only customer service is email and reply after midnite because of time zone.
I ordered a flannel shirt from Bellelily that was really nice looking what I received was totally different and ugly. After going back and forth with their so-called "customer service", they asked me to just keep the item since it would cost a lot to return it, then they offered me a "discount" to order another item from them (I don't think so) and then they offered a 30% refund - for something that I did not order. I would definitely NOT recommend ordering anything from this company. What a SCAM!

I ordered three items in July and they never delivered. I asked them to refund my money and they stated that they could not but that I could order more items in the same amount of my original order. I tried to do that and went back and forth via email with the replacement items. Nine separate emails of stating this is what I would like to replace my original order and every single time they said to choose something else, one or more of the items I chose were out of stock. I finally found three items that were in stock. Someone else wrote a bad review and they thought it was me. They sent this message to me. This was one month after I ordered and still had not seen my order in the mail. They are holding my items until I take a bad review down that wasn't even something I had written.

Sizes run very big and material is itchy. They don't accept returns. As you can see in photos- the waist size is as big as the hips measurements and much larger than their size chart says.

So I ordered 2 tops, a pair of earrings and a bracelet. I went out of town for 3 weeks, when I came home I got my package. (I did keep up with tracking) while away) it took about a month, I ordered this a month before leaving. Anyway so I get home and i open it, I was so excited and received the earrings, 2 tops but no bracelet? So I looked all thru mail thinking it was sent separate? No! Realized everything was in same package so it was missing. I can't find the number anywhere to call to talk to someone. I finally figured out you have to email them. You know how much time that takes? Also to have to wait on a response? Omg! So irritating! So I email them on a Friday and they don't respond until Monday so I have to wait 3 days. Then they said they sent all 3 items? No you didn't. So I took a pic of what I had. Look, this is exhausting. I'm moving up north this week. I just want my dang bracelet or my refund. So needless to say don't order from them. You may have a better experience than me but I am annoyed. I liked all my things and the tops fit! But I won't go back thru a month of waiting and then not get everything I ordered. No thanks!
