Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
Don't buy from belle lily, quality is not good, sizing is off, and products don't look or fit like the pictures displayed on the website!
Complete rip off. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped as they kept emailing me telling me items I picked were out of stock. When I tried to cancel the order they all of sudden stated they had all of what I ordered in stock and wouldn't give me a refund as my package had already been shipped! Please save your money and don't buy from here!

Purchased 2 shirts in August. It's a week away from December and still haven't received them. Costumer service will not respond to you. I finally after making multiple attempts at getting a response and trying to warn others on their social media platforms, they blocked me. I opened a claim through pay pal which I luckily used to purchase and they responded with "were sorry your order didnt get to you, please send us your order and we will get back to you." I sent them the information and never heard from them again. It's been a month. Pay pal just refunded my money. Please save yourself the time and money and do not purchase from this scam.
Ordered 2 items, came to $38 at checkout with express shipping, checked my bank card as was charged $56. Been trying to get a hold of them multiple times and can't. Also it's been two weeks and I still haven't recieved my order and the express shipping is for 7days. Who knows if I'm actually ever going to see this thing. It's a scam don't buy from them

I got a few items that were too large and wanted to send them back for a smaller size but they gave me the run around back and forth with their emails. Then they tried to tell me that the shipping fee is too expensive and, "it costs to much to send them back." They told me to "give them to your friends and family member who fit them."
Thanks to all who have reviewed this site. It popped up on Facebook this morning and sucked me in. Thankfully i decided to check them out first.
I will not be ordering feom them. Facebook should filter who they let advertise on our feeds! You should be able to trust the companies they suggest to us! So thanks for all the feedback, saved me some grief people!

This company is a scam I reported them to the federal trade commission. They asked to see pictures of my in their clothes and asked for my bust size! I want a return. I reported it to PayPal as well and will be reporting them on Facebook and Instagram
BEWARE of this company. Biggest scam ever. I purchased a dress which was made with the cheapest material and the seams where coming apart. I have emailed this company 6 times and they still have not emailed me back

Ordered clothing and shoes. When they arrived... no return labels, or addresses. Had a link on paper enclosed for return instructions. Followed instructions and they emailed us back with in a few days
I have been waiting for product since December 5/16 today is Mar 24/16 and i still am waiting. I only received part of my order so far. One item a week since March 1/16. I thought a crap place to order from and every time i get wait wait wait. Don't waste your money and time. You can get same things from WISH and they follow up and refund.

I ordered $75 worth of clothing from bellelily and just received everything and couldn't be more disappointed. Sizes were completely off and the fabric was beyond cheap. I ordered a dress and it was completely sheer. I never leave reviews, but I want to save anyone else from wasting their money. I had to throw everything out, it's not wearable.
I ordered a sunflower bathing suit. The strap came out of the bra parts ans it took me hours to get it through becauae they have some weird mesh material blocking it from getting through. The quality is cheat and not worth what I paid for it. Will never shop here agian!
Well I just made my first purchase through belle lily on March 3rd my complete order says it was shipped as of March 7 so I'm waiting to get my order now so far I am impressed. But after reading all the negative reviews I'm really hoping it's not as bad as what I've been reading. To be continued
I ordered my products over six weeks ago. I paid for 7 working days delivery. I tracked my order and the tracking information is written in Chinese symbols. My friend read it for me and my order has not even left China yet over 6 weeks after my order.
I contacted customer service to cancel my order and provide me with a refund. The customer service representative refused to give me a refund sent me my tracking number and said wait kindly. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
If possible I would give this review a 0. Absolutely terrible will never order from them again.
The clothing are not what you see on the website. The clothing are extremely cheap and ugly looking. Beware, you will not get a refund nor a store credit. No one responds to your complaint. This company has stolen my $44 and I still have not received one of the clothes. I regret so much for just wasting my money.

I purchased 3 tshirts and 4 dresses. One of the dress is too small. It is weird because I have them all in medium, but only this dress is small. I just emailed them and still waitimg for a reply!
If you're expecting amazing quality for these low prices you're mistaken. I knew going into this that the clothes were cheap and knock offs but I knew this going in and expected the long shipping date and not the most expensive feeling clothing. With saying this I am very pleased with my items purchased for these low prices
I canceled my order less than 4 hours after I placed it. I emailed them multiple times and even contacted them via chat. I didn't hear ANYTHING back for about a day…. Only to be told that " coincidently" my order was sent out. Absolutely unacceptable. I truly believe the people at BelleLilly saw my request to cancel my order and chose to ignore it and send my cancelled order out anyways. Then responded to me after it was sent so they can still get some money. I've had some friends ask me about this store and I sure as hell know now to tell them not to shop with these thieves. Don't waste your money!

If you aren't worried about when you receive your item, then use the free shipping. You have no way to track the shipment. I ordered a shirt for Christmas on 12/06/17. It didn't arrive until the day after Christmas 12/26/17. So much for wearing it to any festivities! Also, I normally wear a Women's XL but after reading reviews about sizing, I ordered a 3XL thinking to big is better than to small. Guess what, it's skin tight. Luckily, I didn't pay very much because I will probably never wear this shirt.

Exactly what I was hoping for, soft and lightweight yet great quality. The is as hoped for, a perfect size 10-12, and the color is as expected. The Daily Ritual quality is good, especially for the price. Very happy with this purchase as it is always a risk to order pants online.
The cute cotton-ribbed henley I saw on the website sadly didn't match the "henley" I received, and the shirt runs very large. I count this as a loss and will never shop with Belle Lily again. I will also tell my friends and family to not shop on their website.
I order clothes for myself and my daughter the clothes received was poor quality materiel with poor quality print. The sizes was not as described and they wouldn't except my return. They was very rude asking personal size for me. When all I wanted to do was return the items. I would never buy again from them. Please be aware they clothes are rubbish and don't look like the photos on there site.
I ordered a sweatshirt. It took several weeks to arrive. It was too small and the material was inferior. I emailed them twice per instructions, but they did not respond. I finally wrapped it up and mailed it to the address on the label. It was returned several weeks later with "fraudulent address " written by the postal carrier. I asked Pay Pal to get a refund. The clothing company said I could get a refund if I send it to a China address which would cost more than the sweatshirt. I'm giving it away and accepting the loss.
I finally receivd my package after 3 weeks wait! I did send them an email asking for a update and they told me that they had too many packages to deal with recently. Hence the delay than usual. I ordered 2 swimsuits, and they were both in good condiion, sizing is correct and they both had padding, which I found really great. Overall worth the wait
