Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

I thought I was getting cute Over the Knee socks when I made my purchase at Bellelily but sadly, I was mistaken. I didn't read the full return policy and didn't realized that even if the socks came extremely oversized and in the most scratchy and awful material, it would cost more than it did to purchase these socks. I didn't know it was from China while making my purchase and did not know it would cost $7 to ship it both ways. That would be $7 out of my own pocket just to have these horrible socks removed. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It's a scam!

The clothes are of extremely poor quality, I req an address to return and am in a battle of emails, where they are offering 25% discount to keep the clothes they suggest giving the clothes away. STEER CLEAR - NIGHTMARE

Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY, They do not accept returns and negotiate discounts to keep the items, stressful to deal with. Not acceptable, I will not stop until I get a full refund.

Clothes on the website are cute, but BEWARE that what you order is not what you actually get. The colors are off. The sizes are definitely wrong. The material of the clothing is thin and cheap. Cannot return clothing, even though items are still in original packaging and not worn. WOULD NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

They will not deliver your order. They will instead ask you to pay for a re-delivery which you will never get. Bunch of scams! Shop at a trusted site instead

I ordered a top 2 months ago and still nothing but they did email me once saying that it was on it'd way and if I don't receive it in 60 day's let them know. In the meantime I've been receiving email after email apparently from Canada post on the delivery status. I went into post office today and they confirmed that it was a fraud. Adding Canada post does not send out emails? The man pointed it out to me that the email sent is different from the way it looks. I'm pissed off cuz now I call to cancel my credit card and the man reads me out about 10 different transaction from Hong Kong to Alberta to Ontario. I had no idea until I asked him my availability on my card. He says u have 2 $ to spend. I put money on the card every few days plus some. I'm blown away and just got another email from Canada post at 2 am in the morning. I'm going to dig deep and find the 1 and only email that I got from Belleville I will post it on here. I live in Victoria bc canada. I do recall some of the email and it said it was coming from China and it takes a while for it to clear then the next day or two later I started getting the emails from Canada post but not real.

This place is a dang joke. Nothing I got looked like the pictures. The colors and material was not the same as the picture. Do not order from this company. Don't waist your money!

I bought several things from Bellelily and when my items were received they were way to large. I measured and used their size chart and none of my items were even close. When I contacted them to exchange them - they informed me that it would cost me more to return the items than they were worth and to just give them to family and friends and place another order and they would give me 10% off! What a JOKE! So now I have clothes that don't fit and I am out my $100.00 This company has no Customer Service - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I bought 3 shirts from them back in August. One shirt came a month later, a polyester flannel cane the month after that (not in the description; nor what it looks like on the website), and I still have yet to get my tank top. I have been emailing back and forth with them since September to get my refund and they keep sending back the same email

My favorite jeans. I ordered a long/tall and length was right for my 33 inch inseam. I washed them with a cup of vinegar the first time to prevent fading. They have not faded like my other jeans

DO NOT SHOP AT BELLELILY - I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT BELLELILY. They sell you terrible quality items for cheap and when they aren't what you expected they will offer you a terribly small percentage off of a future purchase (like there will be one) instead of refunding your money. BELLELILY IS A SCAM and their customer service team have to be computer operated because I've never met a more inconsiderate group of individuals. They do not put their customers first whatsoever, in fact I would go as far as say they do not even care about their customers from the experience I've had. I had to repeat myself on numerous occasions explaining why I was unhappy with their product and would like a refund and I'm told tough luck. They won't let me speak to their supervisor because he/she is apparently never coming back from vacation. I mean absolutely ridiculous service. I will never shop for this $#*!ty company again and if I could offer zero stars I would.

BELLELILY AND CHIC ME COMPANIES ARE SCAMMERS!ONLY ORDER THROUGH AMAZON AT LEAST THAT WAY YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I ordered through both companies and they sent wrong sizes, their sizes are wrong, ex a definite 1X was given to me when I asked for large. I ordered around 150.00 from each co., they won't return ph calls or emails. Their return address is in CA but after a month of trying to talk to someone they finally told me the clothes come from over seas and they don't take returns. This shouldn't be allowed to happen. Both packages came back addresse unknown! Wow how Comforting. Ppl do your homework. Scammers for sure!

That they were scammers from the start, their return address doesn't exist, they won't answer phone calls or emails, their clothing is all sized wrong and very cheaply made

Worst experience ever with this company. I order a bathing suit, don't see it after a month so I email they said "there was a problem and it was shipped back to the seller" so I said I'd still like it they tell me they'd have to charge me to ship it again. So I said screw that id like a refund then they tell me that's fine but they have to subtract the shipping fee off my purchase EVEN THOUGH I PAID THE SHIPPING like that makes no sense. Will NEVER purchase from this place again. It's been 3 months and I have no seen my package and probably never will.

I bought three dresses, after a month and a formal complaint with PayPal finally I received my order, only to be very disappointed, the dresses have the lowest quality I ever seen, they are made with a cheap polyester and all the items are made in China, they don't even have the tag with the company's name, don't waste your money!

Hahaha it's seriously laughable at how bad this site is! The clothes took over 3 weeks to come (and I still don't have it all) and they are TERRIBLE! I don't think I could give them away for free... should have known by the cheap prices! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY! DON"T DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IT!
