Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

Bellelily is the worst. To save yourself time and money, don't ever buy anything from them.
I bought two items from them on 3/6; total worth $128.07; seven weeks later I received 1 bad quality item which doesn't match the product description at all. And 1 item never received. So I opened case with them on 4/26 asking for refund. Bellelily refuses giving me refund and kept saying the missing item is on the way will he arrived in few days. In two months I have exchanging email with Bellelily's support back and forth, finally they agreed the missing item will not be delivered. But they still refuses give me refund, instead they ask me pick another item with similar price! And for the unusable bad quality item, they said will refund me 15%! Also worth to nothing, for the two items I bought, I also paid insure fee! Bellelily is the worst.

Don't buy from this Company. It ships straight from China. I bought 2 items as gifts. They did not fit. When I contacted customer service to exchange the items, their response was that it would cost too much to return the items and they would offer me 10% refund. This doesn't even cover the Tax of the items. I refused that offer and they countered with 15% - still not good enough. I offered to pay for the shipping of new item and donate the items that were too small they said how about 20% refund. This company is a joke save your money.

I ordered 2 bathing suits. I followed their recommended sizing chart to a T. The suits DON'T fit! Upon several conversations back and forth, with them arguing that I was in the wrong, I am not being given a fair refund or return at all. Do NOT order from this website. They say 100% customer satisfaction... not at all true! They do not stand by what they say and their clothing product is not made according to their sizing charts!

Ordered a mask from them end January and it finally arrived... IN MAY. Nope. Never again.
It was in good condition when it finally did arrive but 4 months is just ridiculous. Plus they are located in China. Ugh.

I ordered wholesale from them - didn't realize the shipment would come from HONG KONG! Took 18 days and when the shipment arrived the tshirts were not in American sizing - they were very small. In fact, the S, M & L tees were all the same size. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested that I'd like to return the items and get my money back and they said no. It was very disappointing. Do not do business with this company.

This is my online shopping store because it has so many varieties of items that anyone needs, from clothing and accessories to bags and shoes. I really love the quality of all the items I've received, and the staff is very professional when it comes to solving any issues. I used to have trouble transporting items I bought online at other stores, but with these girls, I never had a problem getting the things I bought. I love this store! I highly recommend it :)

I ordered one t-shirt from them. It said it would be here within 15 to 20 days. Almost 40 days later I emailed them. I never got a response back. The next thing I know I checked my email and they cancelled my order. My payment was confirmed. They take your money and don't give you crap. Horrible horrible business.

Placed order on April 27. It shows to be shipped on April 29. It is now June 18, and no info has been posted to the tracking number since May 6. All customer service will tell me is to keep waiting and they will notify the company to expedite my shipment. This is unacceptable. I just want my money back now, but they will not do that.

They are the same company as Fairy Season, only Fairy Season actually ships your stuff! I placed an order with Belle Lily before Halloween that included several holiday themed items. Needless to say, it is now after Christmas and I have yet to receive my entire order. I've received a few pieces, and another message nearly 2 months after the original order was placed saying that one of my items is unavailable and I need to select something else... Im convinced that I will never see my items, so I will be filing a charge back with my credit card company in the morning.

I bought a pair of shoes from them which I was expecting to receive. However, upon arrival, they sent me two left shoes. "Umm excuse me is this a joke? What do I do with two left shoes?!" I reached out to customer serves where I was told "it would be best to kept the shoes as shipping would cost me more to return than what I paid for the shoes. They also said they'd return 15% of my purchase amount back to me. Umm NO! I cannot use the product why should I have to pay anything, or offer to send me the correct item. They have refused to reach back out to me to help resolve this issue. BEWARE of potential scams like this!

I ordered 2 shirts and 2 pairs of earrings. One of the shirts has a noticeable hole on the left chest/shoulder when wearing it. Customer service literally suggested "Could you please fix it at your local place? For the inconvenience, we can refund 10% as compensation of the item for you." I replied with no you can't sew a hole as there is no fabric to sew it with because it's a HOLE. And that it would cost more than a 10% refund to get it fixed. After reading reviews here, I doubt I'll get it exchanged.

Don’t buy from here. It’s cheap for a reason

Put in order late July for 2 dresses & pr. Of shoes. Took over a month to receive and the dresses were absolute garbage both in fabric and workmanship. Shoes were so-so; funky and okay for summer but certainly not of great quality. Getting a refund was a lesson in futility. It was even suggested I might like to give the dresses as a 'gift'. I THINK NOT! Got $15.60 refund on a $76.29 order. Buyers beware! Carol M.

I placed an order the beginning of December of 7 products.
Today I received 2 of them and I'm still waiting for the rest.
The wait is ridiculous. Customer Service has been unresponsive 3 out of 4 times. The one time I got a response they told me to keep waiting.
Will NEVER order from them again.

Worst online company ever! Had I read their reviews before buying from them, I would have NEVER purchased their products. The items I received were poor quality, cheaply made, different color than what was shown in the pictures! When trying to return them, they said they will charge for returning them back to China and on top of that will charge your insurance. At that point it's cheaper for you to keep their trash rather than return it. They basically force you to keep it with that damn return policy. They're stubborn and argue with you saying that their product is good product. Never again purchasing from this company -worst customer service and was clearly never.

Items ordered not the correct fit and they refuse to give a refund. Suggested I give to a friend or family member. Size charts inaccurate. If there was a zero rating I would give that. Don't waste your money on this site.

I ordered over $100 worth of clothes and paid for the insurance. It was divided into 3 separate shipments. I received the first 2, each containing one item. The 3rd package had 11 items in it and was delivered to my doorstep while I was out of town and was not there when I returned the next day. I contacted their customer service about the insurance policy I paid for. The first response I got was to check to make sure my neighbors didn't have it. Then the response was to check with the local post office. I did everything they asked and provided documentation then all of a sudden, they stopped responding to my messages. The customer service, alone, is enough to make me NEVER purchase from them. I hope someone sees this before they lose out on money too.

Honestly, just don’t waste your time or money with this “business”.

I paid for rush delivery and didn't get my items for two months without an email or tracking information. I emailed asking about my items several times with no response... this is fraud and I should be getting money returned to me.

This company is a total fraud I've spent the past week trying to contact them for my bathing suit, and I've yet to receive my item that I payed money for. My whole thing is please nobody don't purchase any item from this company. It's been 5 months no response no nothing. For one bathing suit I'm currently trying to make my bank go through a dispute for my money it's just for the simple fact of this company lacking respect. #Losers\fraud

I spent 150 on this site.
Poor choice on my part. I did not receive swimsuit I ordered they sent in several packages then tell me I need to send picture of packaging so they know I didn't get the swimsuit. I will be disputing charges with my bank...horrible service at this company...shop elsewhere

Took my shirt almost 2 months to arrive, AFTER I paid for the quicker shipping. Customer Service was horrible - they kept emailing me the same blurb that the order had been shipped and was at the Canadian Border (for 3 weeks?). I ordered the shirt on Dec 5, for Christmas and it arrived on January 25... Not impressed and will not be ordering again.

Same clothes. Same reviews as fairy season. Do not buy from either place! I ordered from fairy season I am guessing belle lily is the same people bc I still have yet to receive any of my 5 items that I paid expedited shipping for 3 months ago
