Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
I love buying lingerie from BELLELILY, I can try different styles on a budget. The quality is decent for what you pay for, but my lingerie is not meant to stay on so it doesn't really matter too much. TIP: use their youtube review discount code.
I ordered on June 10th. One of the items I got was a cute patriotic swim suit for July 4th. On June 27th, my items still haven't shipped. I reached out to customer service asking what my options were as I was leaving for my trip and my items were still not shipped. After 2 days with no contact, I started looking into things. It was then I found out that while the headquarters are listed in Dallas, TX, they are really somewhere in China. I went to cancel my order, as it stated as long as things aren't shipped, you can do that. The next day I got a response on my original email stating that my items cannot be shipped, and they will be issuing a refund. Four hours after that, I got a response on my request to cancel that things have been delayed due to the "Epidemic" and I will be receiving my items in 5-20 business days. I have reached out again for clarification, but haven't got any. My shipping isn't updated, and my card hasn't been refunded yet.

This is the worst site out there. I tried several times to email them and didn't receive emails back. The quality is disgusting, looks nothing like the picture. All of my dresses were short and see through almost. The quality was awful, the sizes are way off. I bought almost 300 dollars worth of things and there is only one decent dress. Looks nothing like picture at allllll. I wish I had read the reviews before. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Similar to what others have written, I placed an order December 3rd, and paid for standard shipping (10-18 business days to my location) and a tracking number. Now January 15th, the order hasn't come--43 days and 30-35 business days (depending on counting holidays) later.

I ordered a shirt, not the right size and asked to exchange it and someone replied asking could I give it to a friend and they will discount another. Um no I brought it for me not a friend. Then they stated that they had a size chart on the website I should have used. That just boiled my blood. I let them know I wouldn't order from them again and I will let others know not to either.

I received my order for 5 shirts and the 3XL was actually maybe a large at best. I emailed only to get a response saying if I wanted to get a refund was to return the items to China. Why would you order something from the US and have to return to China? Doesn't make sense to me. I would not recommend the company. See before of the response I got from them. SMH

I order a month ago only 1/2 of my order came in. Its June still my order is not here. The shirt I bought was riped and not the one on the website., This has to be the worse site I ever order from. On top of this one of shirts said delievied but never got it. File claim with USPS. They suck!

I purchased four shirts. 2 of them look way different than advertised. One of them is ginormous. The other is poorly poorly made! The shoulders are way too wide and the waist is way too tight- that wouldn't fit any one! And the fit and material look completely different in the picture! They are not answering my request for a refund and I realize now that I won't get one! What a scam!
Ugh I ordered from BelleLilly after watching Indias video and the quality was laughable! The stitching was lose on about five of the item I ordered. I ordered the same Tommy shirt and the stripes on the arm dont match where they come together to meet-they were an inch off. None of the measurements were accurate on the site. Either things were too small or gigantic and unwearable. And one shirt even had white blotches all over it. Ive never seen anything like this before and they dont accept returns so you are pretty much fuxxed.

I ordered a bikini and bikini top from this company. I ordered a size larger than i should need, per their sizing chart, and when I received the items, they were almost comically too small. I requested a refund and to return the items, and they had the nerve to request pictures of me wearing the items that wouldnt adequately cover a doll.
I sent them pictures with a measuring tape reflecting how tiny the items were, and they asked me if I could just give them to a friend and buy more items if they gave me a discount on the additional items! I again requested a refund, and they offered only 10%. I've filed a complaint with my credit provider.
I just received two pieces, knitted sweater, or so I think, and a tribal jacket. The sweater is poliéster and the mesh is just a design. The picture is totally dicieving! And the jacket is the worst material as well. The picture with the model does not correspond at all to the real product! Please don't get in this scam as I do!
I bought a husband shirt a little big so that I could tie a knot at the bottom and wear it with some cute sandals and jeans. What I got was a shirt too small and they said that it is what it is. It felt like a large and it was suppose to be a 3x. They said it is, no it is not. I've bought shirts my size and a little bigger so it would be baggy. This was a large. There service is terrible and they don't do refunds. Screw them. Don't buy.
I was hesitant to purchase from this website to begin with and I should have stuck to my gut feeling. Very Satisfied with my purchase! I am a big fan of leopard fashion, and have been looking for shoes like this. Their sizing is pretty accurate and quality is decent! Great price as well.
I ordered some clothes from them which were not of perfect size, so I had to return it back. I was waiting for my refund but couldn't contact them, but finally I found their number and called them. They took about 2 hours to refund the money but finally I got my money back within 2 working days.

I ordered a tankini in size medium. When it arrived, the top fit like a 2XL and the bottoms like a large. I emailed them telling them the issue. They responded by telling me that I needed to take pictures width measurements of the clothing and if it was off by a certain amount they would give me a replacement or partial refund. I took the time to do the measurements and pictures and send them to the company. They then responded that they would give me a 10% refund. What a joke! I can't even use the tankini at all and they only refunded me 10%. So frustrating! I will never order from this company again.

I wouldn't even give them 1 -Star but that is not option. Refrain from doing business with this company. Absolutely no customer service. They refuse to answer any of my emails beginning in mid-December. My son ordered a necklace and received the incorrect necklace. Attempted to contact them via email on several occasions. No response. I wish we would have read the reviews on this joke of a company before he ordered. Fool me once but not again. DO NOT ENGAGE DOING BUSINESS WITH BELLE LILY.
They say that your happiness is the utmost important and they will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy but this is not true I paid $96 for two pair of pants that are not the length that they said they would be and I took photos and everything and showed them that they were not and I ended up getting $24 back from a $96 order so and that was with a lot of arguing over weeks so don't go there! The prices are just not worth the disappointment & hassle of trying to get them to keep their word. BUYER BEWARE!. I Will never purchase clothing from a noname website again!

I was skeptical! I was like this stuff is so cute, but is this a scam? NO! I ordered 15 items, 2 suits, a hat, and rest tops! Every Thing was beautiful! Ive had so many compliments! The suits run small so I ordered a Large. THE TOPS DO RUN BIG. Evn though i got a medium, they fit a tad big but i like to tye the end of my shirts in a knot. The hat is gorgeous... o couldnt believe the price i paid... it did take a while to get it... a month exactly. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE answered my questions as soon as they could... during the panademic, it did put a delay on shipping, and affected their warehousing and cutomer service. I am so happy though.
