Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
Ordered the first week in September. Still have received any items. Customer service has no number and responds to emails extremely vaguely without any resolution.
Very great website to buy all quality products. I am extremely impressed by the quality of my clothes which i ordered from this site. They make me satisfied. Will definitely use it next time.
Dont waste your time. As tempting as the low prices are they will be lucky to turn up and if so months late. All reviews are similar just another rip off from China

Overall Satisfied. Ordered a dress and 2 graphic t-shirts. All fit. Quality is not the best but acceptable. Shipping time is pretty much what I have expected.
Bought 2 swim suits and they were small. They will only compensate me 30% and I need to pay for shipping. Buyer beware. Customer service nice people, but that doesnt help the pocket book. Never again
Easy site to shop. Cool merchandise, well designs. First order so will hold on commenting on quality of items and delivery.

I order several items all to be cheaply made poor quality, false advertisements and they wont even exchange, dont waste your time. Clothes are made in China.
With Bellelily, I have a jean for every wear. I've owned almost ten pairs from Bellelily already and each one is special. Their canopy jeans would be favorite jean of all time.
I have been waiting since January for my package and it is now the middle of may. They don't seem to want to help me. They wont send another one or give me a refund. Never buy from them!

My latest purchase which was done from Bellelily is not a very good purchase. I always try new brands but am not fully satisfied with the quality of clothes they provided.
The clothes is cheaply made, felt like a cheap old curtain. I ordered a extra large romper it didn't even fit a size medium,. Lesson learned. Should of read reviews.

Don't waste money, orders 2 pairs of shoes from them and when they turned up battered and bruised in just a bag with no protection they barely resembled the ones pictured on their site and were, without doubt, the ugliest shoes I had ever seen, the soles on them looked like something you would use if you had a disability or had one leg longer than the other. They were also appalling quality - i asked for a refund - after many emails back and forth they finally refunded me 15% - PLEASE DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME

Ordered several tshirts a month ago... payment processed SAME DAY... says shipped a couple days later but no tracking number (ODD). I contacted them directly, NO RESPONSE! So I escalated via Paypal for my refund. STAY AWAY! Had I thought to google prior to ordering and saw all of this horrible feedback I would NEVER have ordered! This place just takes your money and runs with it. I bought a pullover from then in July of 2018 and till this day I have NOT received it... I emailed multiple times asking where it was they told me they couldn't track my order, when I specifically showed them screenshots that I could track where it was RIGHT then! And they told me to just "wait a few more days" that was a month and a half ago...

My wife purchased three tops from bellelily.com, arrived in good time even though they arrived from China. Tops were poor quality and nothing like what was advertised on their website, I have been emailing them back and forth now for 4 weeks, they are not for offering me a full refund but are offering a substantial discount on future order or a 30% refund! Neither the romper or the sandals I ordered fit. The sandals were disfigured because of the poor packing. The romper zipper which is the only way to put the outfit on was so scratchy it scraped my skin. They smelled like awful chemicals. I received them weeks after I was supposed to. The tracking number never worked. There's no returns. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
