Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)

I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.

I ordered socks on November 30,216 for a Christmas gift. I still have not received them. They have verified my address and stated they would send a new order (just last week!). Each time I email, they take 1-2 weeks just to respond. With "Sorry for the late response" Terrible customer service and I'm not sure I'll ever receive what I paid for!

Fabric description is hit or miss "polyester" can mean soft and thick or plastic-feeling and thin like item *******. And the plastic adjuster on the strap was sewn on backwards. They offered a 10% discount in return. But the other 3 items I bought were ok, I haven't tried the swimsuits in the water yet, but they look sturdy. Everything arrived, thank goodness.

I read all of these terrible reviews after ordering 3 shirts from this website and was terrified. I sent them an email right away asking when my items would arrived, expecting to never receive shirts or a response. However, someone replied to me less than 48 hours later saying the items were on their way. Sure enough, 15 days after purchasing, the clothing arrived to my home. The shirts were correct, the colors were correct and the sizes were correct. I do feel as though the fit it a bit awkward but I ordered an inexpensive shirt for a river trip. I definitely got what I paid for!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their service is absolutely terrible. I never even received my item. They put the wrong address on the package and then would not rectify the situation unless I paid an additional fee. Their customer service team barely speaks English and was slow to respond and very rude each time. I've never had such bad service.

Ordered some sandals online. Got them in mail and they fit and looked nothing like picture. Asked for money back and a representative sent me this. Telling me to just give to a friend?!? Why would I want them to have these if I don't even like them? They claim that they want to provide customer satisfaction but prove otherwise.

The jewelry is nice. The clothes, and flip flops are plastic. The bathing suits come not the way they are pictured. I bought a "cashual" bikini that showed the bottoms fully covering the lower half. I get it and it's a thong like bathing suit. Lol this place is not somewhere I'd shop all the time. It gives me 5 and below vibes. Which there is nothing wrong with that just from the way it is cheaply packaged to the prices seeming low, but should be lower.

Some stuff is good some stuff is cheap and you may want to go somewhere else

I was so excited to receive my 3 bathing suits that I purchased. They came to a week later which shocked me. Everything was going well until I saw how big they were. I went by their size chart that they provide on their website. Needless, to say the chart is completely WRONG. I am a small person but these bathing suits looked like they were to be worn by a 5-year-old. I tried contacting their customer service department to see about exchanging for a different size. They took FOREVER to even reply to me and only offered a 10% discount on a $60 order. What am I going to do with these? It has gotten to the point where I am filing a dispute with Paypal to get my money back and if that doesn't work I will escalate it to my credit card company. Worst experience I've had with an online company.

I gave them one star because the products actually showed up at my house so it wasn't a complete 100% rip off. The stuff that I ordered came and it was like children sizes. They have no return policy they're just gonna continue to message you and send you emails telling you that they're going to refund you 10% but they're not going there is no return address you're basically out the money that you spent. And they don't give a rats $#*!. I think that this company gets one person to buy and they just continue to screw people until they run out of people tp screw IM OUT 67 dollars because i did not read the reviews, i hope your reading this

Do not order from this company! The clothes don't even tell you what they're made of and they are slick and oily, falling apart at the seems, do not fit properly... please don't make the same mistake we did!

The 2 women's shirts I ordered came in about 20 days. Although they were the size I ordered, I think they are youth sizes. Customer service is a joke... I'm sure there isn't a customer service phone number because this company knows they provide cheap products & they don't want to deal with upset customers. I will NEVER shop with this online retailer again, & I will tell all my friends to stay away!

I've contacted this company several times about getting my money back and returning items. I wear a size 9 shoes all the time in everything I wear. There sizes are not right and they are blaming me! They want to give me a discount and not return! I will never order from this company again!

I'm a single mother with a 1 year old son. So I never do anything for myself. Well I seen this really pretty sunflower dress on there site for $20 so I got it along with a momma bear necklace. It took little over 2 months for me to get my package. So I got it and 1. The dress was cheaply made 2. The fabric felt cheap (which I don't care about but for $20 I won't something good) 3. I ordered a xtra large and the dress is 3 sizes WAY to small. I could see every single fat roll. So yeah I will never be buying for Bellelily again!

I placed an order over two weeks ago and it still hasn't even shipped. I've emailed them several times to ask about my order status and I just get an auto-response that they will contact me shortly. They never do. I'm starting to think they ripped me off. If I ever receive my order I'll review the quality of the clothes. But I'm not holding my breath.

DO NOT order from BelleLily. I ordered on December 1st, 2016. It took 19 days for the item to ship and from there they said it would be 10-25 business days to arrive. I had christmas gifts in here... obviously now it's wasted. It's been 40 business days and i still have not received anything! This place is a scam and will not refund your money back and they have no number to contact: it is complete BULL$#*!!

I paid for faster shipping so I'd get my swimsuit before my vacation. The shipment boundary passes, I wait. Weeks go by, still no email to say it's on the way. I've been trying to request a refund and so far have had no reply. If only they were as quick to respond as they were to take money from my bank.

I ordered 3 size Large shirts from them. All 3 are different in size. When I asked about this and if they can replace the 2 smaller shirts with the size of the larger one, they said they do not accept returns and offered me 15% off my next order. WHAT? I don't want anything else from them with this poor quality and horrible customer service. It also took 6 weeks to get my merchandise. All 3 shirts came in separately as well. HORRIBLE

Their clothes don't fit. Their material is so cheap looking and falls apart. They won't let you return anything. They absolutely don't give any refunds even when their sizes are way off. They pretty much steal from people. They are a scam. Here's what I ordered in pics. This is what I got. Looks nothing like the picture. The material is cheap Christmas tree tinsel. Thats what It felt like. Ugly. And too small. They wouldn't give me a refund.

Most of the clothes I received looked like hat plastic that were very unattractive nothing like the pictures that were posted on the website. When I received the items and contacted customer service they wanted pictures and will not send me a return address. This has gone on over a month. They first told me to take a 15% discount on my next order. Then it was 20%. It's up to 35% but that's nothing compared to the money I spent. Don't order!

I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 12/6/17. I received an email on 12/10/17 that my order had shipped and I would get a follow up email within 3 days. I have never heard anything else from them. I contacted customer service on 1218/17 and also on 12/22/17. Both times I was given a reply that someone would be contacting me as soon as possible. I've never heard back from anyone. Their customer service is supposed to be open 24/7. So disappointed. Do NOT order from them

I ordered two t-shirts months ago, just received one package was marked from China with a five dollar sticker on it, It is very poor quality and I never received the other tee-shirt I payed for. I wish I had read these reviews for this company before ordering! Please do not order anything from this company!

Do not order from this company. The clothing looks different in person from the online pictures. Quality is poor. They also advertise that they accept returns. When I tried to return some items they told me to keep it because it would cost me too much to return it to CHINA! They offered me 10% refund! What a crock of BS. Save yourself the trouble and stress of dealing with this shady company.

This is the second time ordering from this site. I loved all three of my shirts from the last order. I placed an order on 3/13/22 and it's still in processing 3/20/22. So if you do order from them, plan on waiting forever to receive your items. That's the only downfall for me.

Their site claims 1-8 business days to process orders. I placed an order on Dec 4. My payment was processed immediately. The order was not shipped until Dec 21. I wrote to the company asking for a refund when the items had still not arrived by Jan 17. They refused to refund me and asked me to wait ANOTHER week. Ridiculous!
