Every item in my order (5 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days after I ordered)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (sizing is off, shirts were badly sewn), I am beyond satisfied! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a few tops that were too small. 3 mos later, I'm still waiting for my refund to be approved. I've emailed them 3 times with no reply. I've never seen a company to where it's so hard to speak to a customer service representative.
I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise. I always check the info on what material they use before purchasing. I received the items approximately 4 weeks after I ordered. Only 2 out of 5 items were as advertised. The others were made from a different fabric, or were grossly misrepresented in the pictures. One was a completely different design and material. To be fair, one of the items that was correct was a pair of sneakers. I don't think you can really misrepresent those. I will not be ordering from them again, especially because their return policy is vague in terms of whether you will be refunded if you choose to return any item. The first pic is what I ordered. The blue and white top is nothing like the actual picture. It is supposed to be ribbed and fitted. The multi striped top looks like the picture, but the material is not what was represented. It is supposed to be a cotton blend. It is strictly polyester.
I ordered 11 items that cost me over $200. Only 4 correct items and I have no idea where the other 7 random items came from or why they even sent them to me. It's unfortunate that these people have this fake website with items that do not even exist, as my package was filled with a bunch of random JUNK that I would never buy. I basically just donated over $200 to this person because I didn't get half of what I paid for and there is NO RETURN POLICY. A legitimate retailer would include a printed receipt in your package with return policy instructions. They don't even have a return address on their website and they use a hotmail email address. This site is a scam. Save your money, You've been warned.

My wife ordered almost $300 worth of new clothes for herself and once she opened up the box everything was different sizes. She ordered all smalls and received all large and XL items that were extremely massive on her. When she emailed and asked to send them back or get a return they told her no it would cost us more money and told her to give the items to friends or sell them. Once emailing again they started saying they needed her breasts size and panty size and needed photos of her breasts and panties in order to make sure they sent the wrong size. After going back and forth for a month they have no offered to give 30 refund only and still refusing to take the items back and give a full refund. Worst company we have ever dealt with and even PayPal is having issues getting a refund.

I have ordered few items there, the one has arrived today (yep, 1 month after the order has been placed and paid - but they have mentioned it before you made the order).
The quality is obviously not high, but do you really expect high quality for 8 backs swimming suit? For the price you pay it is ok. Waiting for the second part of the order and then will write the full review.

Check carefully the delivery time, if you order for Christmas - place the order in October, and don't expect high quality, just normal few-times-to-use stuff

Absolutely abysmal customer service experience. Needed to return a hat and customer service started "helping" me by haggling about what the refund amount would be instead of giving my options first. They lead with the assumption returning the item would be too expensive and offering me a 15% refund. Emails were exchanged a minimum of 6 times before they admitted they could offer a 40% refund or I could send the item back to China but the address needs to be very specific and insurance needs to be put o the item. When I accepted the refund but let them know I would not be able to write a good review as my experience was poor - they offered me another 10% refund. Basically admitting they were keeping the truth from me from the jump.
My advice - only purchase products based on your exact measurements and be prepared to only accept a partial refund as it is insane to expect products to be shipped back to China on the expense of the purchaser.

Know your measurements and don't expect to be able to return your item for a full refund as it will cost you more to send the product back to the China warehouse unless you purchase many items.

0 stars! Ordered shirts in April. I tried to track shipping but said tracking number doesn't exist. Pretty sure they they never shipped it! I tried to contact them through the customer service email with no response. I filed a dispute with them through Paypal because thats what i used to pay for the shirts. They wont't talk to me through the Paypal dispute. They finally emailed me through my personal email to ask me to drop the dispute and then they will refund me. What the Hell? Why would i believe that?

Bought Christmas present for my sister (she sent me link to what she wanted) purchased December 6, they charged my paypal account that day, did not received product until January 7th. Only after I filed a complaint with paypal. I ordered a wrap that is nothing like what is pictured. It turns out it's just a long scarf with arms. Three of us tried to figure it out. Trash, since they don't take returns. The blouse, cheap fabric, short in the back, arms are about 4 inches too short. If you want to throw your money away, put it in the trash, because that's where these products will go. We did get a good laugh trying on the wrap so maybe that was worth $36.00.

You cannot return anything you buy from there, they are in China. They will try to placate you with a coupon and a partial refund. They tried to make it right, but I wanted a refund (accidentally ordered two of the same dress and contacted them moments after I ordered to try to fix the mistake.) You get what you pay form

This website is an absolute joke! Bought items in May 19, they were not true to size, nor did they look anything like the website displayed! Obv, a refund was wanted - all sent back in June. I was told to send back recorded delivery, (extra £20 spent) which I done, provided this website and PayPal with the tracking number from Royal Mail - so this went on months, every few weeks I would email enquiring about refund, same thing always said - package still isn't received'! WELL, few days ago (October) the parcel was delivered back to my home address on Northern Ireland, they refused it! & now, offering a 5% refund. NO CHANCE! Nearly 4 months later. The most unprofessional website, selling clothes and shoes that are horrendous! The shoes where covered in yellow sticky stuff! Please, never spend your money on this website!
It's been a good experience so far... although I ordered a couple of things that weren't true to my size but the others were perfect... you offer quality things at cheap prices which is great for young mom on a budget... I like shopping here
Everything on this site is polyester and texture is printed on! Don't be fooled models are not wearing what you receive, there is no possible way! Very disappointed and wouldn't be caught dead wearing this stuff other than on Halloween. Cheapest stuff ever & you pay for something that should be made different. Save your money

I own a boutique & made the mistake of thinking it is like my other wholesalers & wld receive my order promptly... NO! Its awful customer service, the orders ships out separately over weeks and your items arrive months later. In my case after Oct Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser in my store. Im out sever hundred dollars & I have no product.
They dont allow reviews on their site, so hopefully more ppl read these. I wish I had done my research before ordering, its not clear anywhere on their site it comes from China... I will just stick to my known wholesalers from now in. Expensive lesson for me.
Much nicer quality than I expected! It's a lot of fabric so don't worry about it being too small if you order one in your regular size.My daughter put a black cami under it with black skinny pants and then belted it low on the hips -it looks fabulous.
I have placed an order on december 5th 2016... still waiting for it 3 months later, it 's far from the 7 days that they annonce on their site. I don't know if i will be able to give my Christmas gifts before easter!

After reading some reviews I became concerned for my order, I politely emailed customer service asking if they knew when about my package would arrive and they replied within 24 hours and activated the tracking even though my selected free shipping. I got all 6 items together, a week before they were expected, correct color and size, I noticed on my longsleeve, jacket and swim suit the sizing was a little small but still fit.If you have any questions, politely speak to customer service or try small orders at first
My order took over a month to arrive. Once I did receive it the items were all too small. Their size guide was completely wrong. One of the items had a stain. Customer service offered to refund 10% of my order. They can only be reached through email. It was a complete rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Horrible, the item came and didn't not fit correctly. After two days of emailing back and forth with customer service, they say international shipping return fee would be too expensive so keep itaybe as a gift for someone, what kind of company does this but doesn't say this ok their return policy? So misleading and disappointing. Never again.
If I could give zero stars I would. They have absolutely no customer service whatsoever. My friend and I both spent roughly $70 on shirts at the same time, they were purchased over 30 days ago. Both of our tracking info says the same "as if April 16th they were picked up by a carrier in California"... there has been no update since then and I have received other packages from places further. We have emailed, messaged and tried to call and keep getting the same runaround. There is no option to request a refund and these people have taken so much money and not delivered their product. Do not get scammed by them like we did.
I didn't know this company is located in China when I place orders. I need to return them, Due to the poor quality, then I was told the shipping costs will be extremely expensive.
If they are doing business in the US, Why they don't have a location in the US that allows US consumers to return the purchase? I believe they have access to/from China all the time. Why as an individual buyer we have to be responsible to pay the extremely expensive shipping costs?
Why the company is not clear about its location and "difficult return police" upfront on its website?
This kind of dishonesty and unethical performing results in damage to US customers.
I ordered several things from their site but they told me they are in 2 packages. I recived the first one and love everything, but I'll be leaving America soon so I would like to receive my second package before it happens..
Seriously the worst company I have ever had to deal with. After a month of waiting for my order I emailed them and They told me my order was out of stock and I could pick something else. Since the item was for an occasion and the occasion passed I told them well since it's out of stock just cancel my order and refund me. 2 days later they sent an email saying it was shipped. I emailed again and said why did u ship it when I said I wanted it cancelled and he said "it's shipped so I can't cancel it sorry". This was 2 months ago... still haven't received it. Don't waste your money they are scammers and I'm glad I only spent 12 bucks...

I ordered a necklace and a women's dress size Large. Took forever to get the items and ended up getting a dress that was clearly two sizes smaller than the average Large. Instead of the necklace I got an infant sized bracelet with stars on it. No returns, no way to contact anyone. Basically money out the window.

The quality of these clothes, especially the dress and leggings I bought is cheap materials, like the ones used to make low-budget Halloween costumes. I can not wear them without looking silly and strange. Will never purchase again. The photos of the clothes I purchased from their website simply do not match up to reality... not even close.

I made an order for 68 off the $1.99 clearance hats. The website showed they were in stock. Bellelily emailed me to tell me they only have 7 in stocks and that I need to pick other merchandise to get the amount of money I paid. I emailed them and told them to just sent what they have and refund the rest. They emailed me back telling me to pick other merchandise. Um, no. If I am not getting what I paid for, then I should get a refund. So now I have to dispute the charges. Don't waste your time.
