Don't do it. They will take your money. And a robot customer service that says the exact same thing every time no matter what you say. There is no live person.

I ordered in January and received half my order in March the other half was out of stock and I received a refund. Unfortunately the stockings I ordered are very tight at the top, so tight I couldn't wear them for fear of stopping the blood circulation. Sorry to be blunt but it is the truth.

The delivery time took a little bit, as I expected. I ordered a few items from here as a trial run. Unfortunately the items that I received are cheaply made. The materials are of low quality.

Worst customer service. I noticed the address was wrong contacted them right away was told be up to 24 hrs for a response and then they shipped it. I was told that I would have to wait until the person at the wrong address to send back. There was no help

They charge you hefty fee for shipping and it is impossible to return if the clothes size doesn't fit. Poor quality clothes. Now I have two items that I can't wear and not be able to return or exchange. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

The company asks you to provide measurements and photos for return which I did. The website measurements were off and the outfit did not fit me at all. They gave you all kinds of excuses for returning products. The customer service even told me the products were shipped from US while the parcel clearly shows it was shipped from Canada. The company is dishonest and the quality of product is very poor. I would not recommend ordering from them. Save your money and buy it elsewhere.

Fair. Shipping was slow and more expensive compared to other outlets providing similar products….and tracking the package was difficult on their website, until the shipment arrived in the USA, at which point it was more easily-trackable.

I ordered 2 hoodies, they arrived in a more than acceptable time considering they're shipping from abroad. The hoodie are much better than expected. They look exactly like the images, are made from a lovely thick material, lovely and cosy and look fantastic on, a bit more glamorous than a normal hoodie. I would definitely buy from here again.

While I'm aware this was shipped from the other side of the world. There was very little update as to the movement od my order. Most of the time the tracking information was only updated 4 days after the fact. This was a Christmas present that didn't arrive on time

The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.

Easy to order, delivery was late. I ordered on 1/16 and received the order on 2/7. Super soft inside, ordered a size larger as recommended. However, my daughter is tall so they fit well but were too short. Offering tall sizes would be perfect.
My daughter only wears leggings and in winter she wanted something warmer.

Well, in fairness, the long wait for the product, just at 30 days, seemed excessive. That's the only thing that might make me hesitate next time. Product is sound, as advertised and I did eventually get it.
It was fine. I became concerned after two weeks and the sandals were not here. Customer Service responded to the concerns, sent shipping info and such. By prompt emails, I learned it was 'going to be awhile'.
