The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.

One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.

Shipping costs almost as much as the order -interesting, The product is what I ordered and wanted, it arrived as advertised as well. I have received 4 email a day now asking if I want to buy anything else. I was very excited to get this black dress with silver chains but when I received it the quality was very bad and see through and it says one size fits all but it wouldn't go past my thighs and I have very small legs. Also one of the top chains were snapped when I received it and I bet if I were to try and pull up the dress any higher it would've snapped all the chains because of how low of quality the material was made out of. Definitely do not recommend.

I tried contacting them twice on the website and I had no response but when I emailed them they replied within 12 hours.

I paid for expedited shipping to get my outfit by New Years and when I got tracking it said it wouldn't arrive until Jan. 2nd. I reached out to customer service and they were very polite and responded quickly. USPS actually updated the tracking just after that and it did arrive on time.

I did appreciate that the clothes came to me in time. I paid for express shipping and got that. The clothes however didn't look like the photos, the material was much cheaper looking and not as shapley or stylish.

Impossible to contact. I couldn't get anywhere. Site constantly returned me to screen which consisted of set questions none of which helped my predicament.

In the picture of the Santa ornament, it looked like it was a glass 3-demensional ornament. What I actually received were metal and flat. They are adorable and I am happy with them, but definitely not what I expected.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. So here is the situation for my order. I found several things that I fell in love with on the site, so I ordered them. They were ordered on Dec 7th, figured it would take a couple of weeks since it was the holiday season. No worries, they weren't going to be gifts. First they charged me $30 for the shipping which I thought was a little high. I didn't receive my package until the 8th of January. Was really excited to open it up and check out my new stuff. Opened the package and started trying them on. Sadly non of these items fit. I usually wear a large shirt so to be safe I ordered XL and even 1 item in a 2X per their size chart. Absolutely nothing fit. When I contacted the company they said I could return the items if I pay the return shipping. I'm sorry, this is not the normal way that companies take care of their customers. I will never purchase anything from them again as sadly I have learned my lesson the hard way

all.of the products i ordered were 2-3 sizes smaller that what I ordered and what the tag said on the product. I ordered a quarter zip, for myself, in an XL. When I received it I couldn't even fit into it. It was the size of a Medium. Same with a sweatshirt I bought my mother. Bought her an XL I the sweatshirt and it was the size of a Medium. I had to pay for shipping and I ordered it early(mid December 2020 and didn't receive it until 3 week after Christmas. There is No 1-800 number to call they make you email with no immediate response. I will most likely NEVER order from this company again. If I could give them. A zero star on review I would!

Ordered leggings xxl so not tight at all. Came in about size 2 with NO papers so returned them to address on envelope. I write PayPal which went to them so they offered me 20% of price they keep slacks I pay all shipping. After refusal they offer 30%. Now they said they won't give me any5hing as Zi mailed it to wrong address that was only one I had. I rec3ntly had same exact scenario with Chinese company but PayPal got refund for me,

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use them. Stay fa4 away from these Chinese sites that think they can send wrong thing, get it back and only give you 20% of value. Thieves!

My experience was awful, I did not receive what I ordered. On top of everything else they wanted me to pay shipping to return the wrong item I received. Had they sent me the right item that I already pay shipping cost for I feel I shouldn't have to pay to return their mistake that's charging me shipping twice for something that I did not order and I don't think that was fair. That is not how a business should be run.

Which is ballsy because of the fact that if you're returning in the first place, you obviously probably don't want to buy again so yeah I would describe my experience as annoying

I received the jumpsuit but it was too small. I contacted them through email. They have me jumping through hoops and would not issue my refund... IT DID NOT FIT... they kept offering me partial refund if i kept it. But it does not fit why should I keep it. They asked for my measurement... I sent it. I returned the jump suit PRIORITY MAIL. They asked for pictures of the receipt. I did that. I also included the tracking number.It was delivered on August 8th 2022. Now they just stop answering my emails. I need my refund. They have their jumpsuit.

I had the the hardest time to get a live customer service rep. The numbers didn't work, the chat didn't work, your info didn't help. It took over a month to receive my merchandise. The tracking number wasn't available. Your sizing isn't true to size. I ordered according to my size, but when I got my order, everything was smaller than size. I know by returning my merchandise it would take just as long to get the right sizes.

First of all, I ordered the items to have for the 4th of July. Needed them before the first of July. They were late. Secondly, some of the items were too big. Half the items were sized way smaller than the tag reads. So only half the items were actually wearable. I've tried to get a return label and return address so that I can return them. They will not send me the return address! They keep offering me 20% refund or now 40% refund at this point and now they stopped responding to my messages. I cannot wear these items and will never be able to wear them because they are the wrong size. I ordered according to their size chart. I ordered XXLs. I ordered three pairs of shorts and two pairs of pants. Only one of them was sized correctly and they're all marked as the same size. They will not work with me. They will not allow me to return these items! Very bad experience. Do not order from these people! This is basically a scam site. Nothing looks like it does in their pictures either! And, the shirts are made of crappy non-breathable fabric, all polyester! Beware!

They will not send me a return address. They will not acknowledge that their products are either inconsistently, manufactured or Miss marked. It is their error. I want credit for the items that are sized incorrectly and they are not responding to my messages any longer
