The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
Looking for out of the ordinary gif ideas we stumbled on this jack-of-all-trades and it seemed appropriate gift for someone who tends to have everything.

Has got to be the worst experience EVER
AVOID at all costs
They maybe cheap but everything about them is a waste of time and money
Customer services delete your messages so have to repeat everything 4 or 5 times but still don't read what you type or do not understand plain and simple English language
Absolutely useless and delete your messages so keep a copy of what you send
Because I’m disabled and don’t have endless funds and were advertising as a company based in the UK so followed their size guidelines but according to their customer services their “measurements are correct in their country” which I can only assume means that a basic world wide known measurement of cm or inch is different in the country their company is based
I chose these items as a present for my partner as a gift for her birthday only for them to not arrive in time (3 weeks late) wrong size (apparently they have their own measurements which are wrong)

My package arrived sooner than I expected after I found out it was shipping from Korea. I needed my order sooner than it arrived. There should be obvious notice that the order will ship from Korea BEFORE pressing the confirm pay button.

Although it took forever to get my stuff I like most of my items. I do have a few returns per sizing issues but over will be shopping in this site again.

Thought delivery was way too slow!
Personally, I think I'd appreciate it more if fabric had some natural fibers, and was a little heavier.
Like the look of the jumper though.

Requesting reimbursement Orion face masks - will not wear
Request reimbursement for the two damaged ornaments. These were to be Christmas gifts but clearly won't receive in time. The packing lacked.

Not good, the ornaments were tiny, 1 1/2 in. Pictures and comments on order page show them to be about 4 in. Very disappointed, wanted to use these as gifts.

It took about four weeks for my merchandise to come in but when I receive the two blouses they were beautiful they do fit a little small so I would recommend going up the next size.

Shipping took forever
The swimsuit was an XL but was extremely too small. So thier sizing is not accurate at all.
I liked the flow of the swimsuit.
But very unhappy with the size once I recieved it.
