The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
Will order again, was very happy to receive order when stated and it was correct. Would recommend. Surprised it didn't take 20 or more days like most websites.

The customer service is outstanding, they'll give you discounts/refunds ect to compensate unsatisfactory on the longggggg wait times. But it takes forever to receive your products

Horrible took long to get my items. I went in my vacation without them. Once I received them one outfit don't look like Nothing I picked out. Its all good. Never again will I shop here.

First time and great selection. Received items and they seem smaller in size. XL fits like a small. Took over a month for items to arrive...Over all the are a good quality of items...I like them...

Overall a good experience. Did not arrive by Christmas. Was unable to track the item which caused some anxiety as I wanted to know how far away the item was so I could tell my granddaughter.

All the lingerie sets i ordered in an XL dont fit my curves. You dont have any sizes bigger. Im a full figured women not a small size. I dont think i will order anything else.
They offered me a 5$ credit coupon, but i spent alot more money..not worth it!
Just to try it, but was disappointed.

Don't bother buying anything from this site if you're plus size as even though they have a plus size range it's very badly sized. I won't be buying any more from them.
I found it on Google while looking for a particular item.
I liked the colour and style and it was well priced. But I was disappointed when I received the item.

My items where behind schedule due to one item being temporarily unavailable. When all items was available I receive my package some weeks later. There was great communication all the way through.

This shipment was flawless, let me first say that. My package came earlier than expected which is always nice. However I can't say much about my second shipment, it was lost, the post office said they delivered I was having a party at my house at the time they said it was delivered. So after so many back and forth I got in touch with Bellewholesale and honestly felt like it's an "oh well, sorry, but we send it", so sorry, not our problem, vibe from them. I ask why what was the purpose of paying shipping insurance and my package NEVER arrived. NO response to that. I was offer a $10 dollar coupon on my $80 order, I honestly felt insulted and I told them. I like their clothes, quality and the prices, however I dont care for their way of handling issues. So this last experience left a nasty taste in my mouth. I want what I paid for and not have to pay for it twice. If I can find another company that sell the exact same thing I MIGHT give them a try. Like I said I have mox feelings about this company... I wish they had an option for FedEx I would rather pay that then the high shipping cost for the post for the post office and they lie about delivery

My daughters shop here and they also had issues with receiving their items (NOT THE COMPANY FAULT). However they're ok with that. The clothes are REALLY nice quality, and worth the price NOT the headaches

It took a long time to receive it it was a Birthday gift to my self but just got it yesterdayy birthday was December 21 and then I couldn't even wear it
They always chatted right back with me when I chatted with them

I was so pleased to find a site that so much cute stuff in one place. The clothes fit nicely. The shipping was pretty quick. Overall I have no complaints. I will definitely be back.

The quality of dress is amazing also it's just soo beautiful. It's a classic black dress that you need in your wardrobe! I really like the material of the dress also ladies it's not see through!

Took forever to get here, like over a month. Straps on shoe were very lose and not adjustable at all tho actual shoe itself fit and straps didn't even look like what they look like in the picture.
