The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
The wig was my only issue. I ordered this wig based off the picture and when it arrived the wig was nothing like the picture. I am so upset. I was really looking forward to receiving this wig.
I was refunded thru PayPal due to Bellewholesale just said this was the item I ordered but never addressed the issue.

I bought several items. 2 of my items were not in my package. There were a few items i thought the quality should have been better and the others were ok.
They have great items and good prices.
Needed them for a trip and outings with my family and friends.

It was easy to place order. Received order in a timely fashion. I do not like the ability to contact in order to attempt return. Because of that, I may not order again.
I sent an email because I could not locate a phone number and never got a response.
I saw the items come across my feed line on the internet.
I loved the colors.

The order to entirely too long to receive and I didn't care for the material of the clothes once received.
Customer Service Representative did respond to my complaint but, was unable to truly resolve it.
I like the styles and pictures of Belle products.
Looked as if it would look good on me.

I ordered. Was told the item was not available after I had paid. I responded with a complaint. Then following I received an email after 3 weeks that the item I ordered was being sent to me.
I like the trendyness and quality of the clothing.

It would be helpful if there was a timeframe for delivery available when I make a purchase, knowing when I will expect my delivery and when it has been shipped would be helpful.

This company it is a SCAM. SOOOOO HARD TO GET THEM REACHING BACK. AFTER ridiculous WAITING TIME, I RECEIVED MY ORDER INCORRECT. NOT TRUE TO SIZE. AFTER ARDUOUSLY TRYING TO GET HELP I WAS TOLD NO REFUNDS EVEN DO THEY WAS WRONG!

The the baby doll outfits was great. The blouse and dress fit great I did not expect the color red would be more of a orange color. The dress and blouse was for a black and red party.

The prices were a tad high, the shipping was untraceable, and variations of the product was limited. Nonetheless, the gift was a good choice and appreciated both by the recipient and purchaser.
