The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
It was a fast shopping despite tetting the dress late from the second Carrier. It was worth the wait.

I waited about a month for my order to arrive. I ordered 20 items and when it was delivered only 14 were in the package sent.

I ordered from this place the first time since I saw good reviews and "fast shipping" which was clearly fake. If you have a vacation planned or a celebration and you depend on their clothes to arrive on time or ever- DONT. Oh I also paid $42 for shipping! I need my shipment ASAP i saw that after a month they juuuuust now " 2021-05-14 09:03 Shipment information sent to FedEx" WOW. I need it ASAP. At least do EXPIDITED shipment right away I need this latest this friday. Hope this will speed up my shipment process if not idk what else will. Ill keep you all posted guys. Great material I order a lot item I had only one item I wasn't satisfied with everything else great quality. But slow shipping it took over Month to get my Item so plan month in advance in ordering

Take a look at the photo. Take a good look. That's what I bought—three-dimensional sculpted resin figures. What I got were fuzzy color photocopies of this actual (entirely misrepresented) item, glued to a thin wooden board. So I sent them a request for a refund. They tried to offer me a 10 percent discount. I refused. They then offered me a 30 percent discount, pointing out how expensive it would be for me to mail back the items, and how they couldn't be responsible for things that might get lost in the mail. (Are you getting this? These sleaze bags actually expected ME to pay to mail back THEIR misrepresented products, or settle for a 30 oerccent discount.) I again refused as the items I received were absolutely not the item that was pictured; when I pointed out that this constitutes MAIL FRAUD, and that I planned to report it as such, they finally offered a full discount but they STILL expected me to pay for return shipping. Screw these guys. They are sleazy scammers and should be banned from selling in the USA.

Saw a product I liked at what seemed to be a good price. Turns out, that was a lie.
Because the fraudulent item photo posted on their site showed a full-color 3-D resin figurine, not a fuzzy color photocopy of that item, glued to a board.

My biggest problem it takes to long to get to me after I pay for it, so NOW I KNOW. I love the styles and prices for us women... I can give a chance it was my first order..
It was a chat but once I did that I found out one my purchases was out of stock, I was asked do I want to wait for it or cancel? I wanted to wait for the cute sweatsuit, right after that I received my four other purchases, and the out of stock item is now on the way...

Not real. Its not himan hair or a lace front. It took forever to get here and its so fake and shinny looking. Kids had a great time with it. But it looks like a Halloween wig

The shopping was easy and convenient but the shipping was a little expensive and then returning items are expensive because you offer "No Free Returns".
The selection of clothes looked nice and the prices were low.

Scam, terrible quality materials and faulty knock offs. I spent over $600 with paying for expedited shipping.
Their website states 3-7 days for processing and 3-4 days for expedited shipping. At most, it should have arrived in 2 weeks. It took 22 days for EXPEDITED shipping.
I had about 25 items and I only opened 3 items to check quality and I was highly disappointed. I was out of town when the shipment finally came in. When I finally was able to open my package I hated the quality and initiated a return.
Their website states that you have 14 days to contact customer service to return items for a full refund. I started the return process per their guidelines and they told me that I couldn't return any items because they had a new policy that went into effect during the time frame of my purchase stating that I only had 7 days to contact CS. If this also were true, I contacted them at 6am on the 7th day and they still said it was outside the 7th day. Very insane.
I promptly asked where on their website did it state this "new" policy. Still haven't received an answer.
I also used Klarna as a 4 installment plan … Am I wrong to think that you get 30 days in between each payment? They have been hitting my payments back to back until I realized that I've almost paid my whole shipment and I have only had my order for 8 days.
Please please, do not order from this company. Save yourself some grief. I've noticed on other review forums that they had to remove several comments of false reviews.

They never gave me any updates on my order they told me it was take 3-7 work dayz for them to ship my order now there say it take 15-30 work dayz I'm starting to get unpatient and now I'm getting the FBI involved
