The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
The clothing I have received has been well made and so worth the money.
Because I like the different styles. You don't tend to see them in regular shops.

They made me pay for 3-6 shipping and it's been 11 days there's no refund button and I never get a quick response I explain to them I need it for Saturday and it's Saturday I'm furious

I ordered 3 of the 2020 Santas - very cute ornaments and good price. Unfortunately, two of them arrived broken and in very flimsy packaging.

The shipping took s long time. Still haven't received 1 pair of pants. Every time, I check everyday, still shows waiting for shipping label.

Unfortunately found it uncomfortable to wear and plastic just too hard, sorry but won't be wearing it, after 10 minutes it was too much
No particular reason, service was good and delivery fast, but product uncomfortable, needs a softer plastic

FIRST, YOU CANT E CHANGE ITEMS OR RETURN THEM WITHOUT PERMISSIN. AND, Only half the clothes I ordered looked like the photos on the site. The rest were ugly and fit loosely.
I had to ask for a return and I wanst allowed to return my items.
I bought s eaters before this order and was satisfied. But this order I was not.

I thought this would be a great keepsake to remember this trying year, however THREE of the FOUR figurines were broken! The ones
That were broken were either missing an arm
Or a leg or both.
