The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
The only thing I don't like is some of the clothes arrived early then the other. I rather all came as once.

I was sent the wrong item. And it's like jumping through hoops to have the right item, that I paid for, actually shipped to me.
They had attitude at first and it takes a while to get a response. The shirt I ordered still hasn’t been shipped out

Poor. I think you need to have a phone to call this company. Messaging people when you have problems is not a good way to communicate with customers.
I did not like messaging companies. When I have a problem I want to talk to someone on the phone.

I want a full refund on the fake items I received. Support is ignoring, but I'm not going anywhere until I get my FULL REFUND. How do y'all have your customers pay all this money for shipping, but the customer don't receive the exact item on YOUR website, and then y'all have the nerve to go back and fourth with me on the FAKE items that were sent to me. The only thing that was real was my shoes! I have one more shipment coming, and I'm going to assume my bras are FAKE as well! Let's start with all the fake items that were sent to me. The wig, it's not virgin hair at all, as a matter fact it's not even synthetic hair, it is a costume wig, and the hair is terrible. I've seen better costume wigs than the one that I received in the mail, so the description was a virgin hair wig, and I received a crappy costume wig. Next item: I received a button-down shirt instead of a long shirt, and it's supposed to be a large, but it fits like a small. I did not order a button-down shirt. The next item: the purse, I don't know what that is, the purse is terrible, and if I wear that purse outside it's gonna break off my shoulder, the chain for the purse is terrible. If a toddler pulls on it, its breaking. The purse is not the same that's on the website, the purse that I receive is ugly and cheap. The black long coat look like somebody just grab a bunch of pleather pieces and put the coat together. The coat that I receive is not the same coat that is on the website. This coat is horrible! I want my full refund, and I'm not going anywhere until I get a full refund. How dare y'all make me pay for shipping for items that are FAKE! This company is pretending to ship overseas, but they're located in California, and they have an us pay all that money for shipping.
Tip for consumers:
Please do not shop here, this company knows that they sent all fake items, and the first thing they will offer you is 10% or 20% of the items, and you do not get your money back for shipping.

I purchase a virgin human hair wig, but they sent me a synthetic costume wig. I purchase a dress shirt, but they sent me a button-down shirt. I purchase a pleather long coat, but this coat has been put together with different parts, and it is not the same coat that’s on their website. I purchased a purse, and it is not the purse that is on the website. They sent me fake items, and they refuse to give me a full refund. This company is claiming that they are overseas, but their shipment is from California, and they having us pay all this money for shipping, but I didn’t get the items that I ordered.
