The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
The experience in dealing with customer service was great the time it took to out my order together was way too long... I had 6 pieces and one wasn't available and it took more than a week and a half to prepare the order... so instead of getting it in the two weeks as stated it took almost a month so not impressed. Also the quality of most of the pieces was definitely less than desired. Most were completely see through but the shipping costs to return isn't worth it... doesn't make sense

They came from CHINA! So it took a while to get to me. I thought the site said they have places in the US that it comes from.
When it finally came... the package was very small so I could tell the quality was going to poor. And it was.
The sizes are 2-3 size smaller than US sizes.
I will not be buying from here again
It was affordable but I got what I paid for. Cheap

I was surprised by the quality and thickness of the material. It's not see through and is pretty much exactly as pictured. I used the size guide and bought a size bigger than I normally wear and I'm glad I did.

Shipping took a long time and the products were smaller and lower quality than expected. I guess I got what I paid for, but I wish I hadn't have wasted the money. We hoped these would make cute gifts but the quality is too low for us to give them as gifts. We will use them as gift toppers instead.

Will ship out bulk orders in multiple packets to get them to you faster. Some companies will hold on to your packets (to save on shipping). Products are on point, great seams, cut threads, professional finish.

Shipment tracking was not accurate. I checked daily and it was not reflective of it's true location. I was wary it would not arrive on time. It did make it on time though. The fit of the tunic is not flattering. The material, polyester, throws the angles off on my plus side physique. I would have preferred a stiffer cotton.

It was easy to follow. I had a couple of issues with my order, I must say that customer service was prompt in correcting the issues and I received my order in time for my event. The clothing are true to the size you choose. I give my recommendation.
I was able to get all of my concerns addressed and I was very Satisfied with my order.

I placed my order early October and I have yet to receive it! It's paid for and I had no idea it would take this long. I will never order from this place again! I am so disappointed!
Replies lack concern for my issues. I asked to be refunded for an out of stock item without success. This is not how I expected to be treated. Worst experience ever!

This is my first order from bellewholesale, it was a little unnerving not getting a confirmation email. However, I did receive my order in about three weeks and I was blown away at the quality of the merchandise. The prices are so low I thought for sure that the products would be Janky but everything is beautiful I'm pleased and I will be ordering again!

I was disappointed that even though I double checked the sizes before ordering, the sizes I received did not match he size charts published. The order was delayed even though I did have to pay such a large amount for shipping and this shipping fee was not returned even though the delay was due to product availability not transport issues.
I contacted the customer service to ask when can I expect order, then is when I was notified of the delay. I then inquired if my shipping fee being returned or reduce, this was never address.

First of all, I googled to find an outfit that I had purchased last year. It lead me to Bellewholesale. Even though this company is in China, I received my order in less than 30 days. The outfit is exactly like I saw on line. I get plenty of compliments when I wear the outfit.

They lie about shipping your order every thing is about covid that there excuse keep giving false shipping time until they can't lie no more than they remove the false tracking info nerve again please be careful with ordering with this company

The items were of decent quality, they are just much smaller than the sizing labeled.
The items took over 10 days to finally ship.

Very good. Could have shipped faster. I ordered a costume for Halloween but did not get it until a week after. It's okay my own fault I should have ordered sooner at least I have my costume for next year

I ordered two different colors of this item. I thought I had ordered one Small and one Medium so that I can try the fit of each one. I reached out to Belle Wholesale and they were not able to let me do an exchange but they were willing to offer a 20% refund of what I paid.
The price was very good!

The Outfit was great I will shop again for clothing. The prices are great and quality good for the price in clothes department.
Know the hair is not as described. It was not lace unprocessed hair. It was a nice synthetic wig.

I placed this order May 6th and paid for Express shipping because I had my graduation in two weeks and wanted the outfits for the occasion. Even with Express shipping, my package arrived a month later... I am not pleased with this.

Well I like how fast customer service response was regarding my my shipping of my order. They explained due to COVID-19 it would be some delays. They reassured me that my order was first priority to be shipped out and it was came when the delivery date on time thanks

Products ok, I was not super impressed, but I was not super disappointed either. The pads were good for only one use. I did not read the descriptions properly. I think the packages were awesome! I think that the sizing is a little off and need to be adjusted for irregular fit as well. I hope this helps.

This is was my first shopping experience and I went back and made a second order OMG those ones fit perfectly no complain at all for my second order. Bellewholesale will be my go to from now on there clothes is very one of a kind and fit very well.
It just show up on my computer as ads and I look into it and then decide to try it out

My order no. 0B******* never reached me while they keep saying its reached to me and received by me. I asked them to give me the info of consignee who received or any signature or proof but they keep on neglecting. I have lost my 223$ with them. They don't even put tracking on their website proper or officially whenever you track its gives you wrong and face info. I dont recommend them after what had happened to me. Several articles looked nothing close to the pictures. The shipping was very slow and did not arrive before my trip. I ordered from here and several other sites. This was the only site that the pictures were misleading and slow. I will not order from this site again.

I paid extra for faster shipping. It was supposed to be delivered by the 22nd or 23rd according to the guidance when ordering. However, it did not even leave for the United States until those dates so no way it would get here in time for Christmas.
