The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
Easy shopping, little long to for delivery. Not for meIt's always a hit or miss when you order offline. It's a miss for ME this time. But didn't spend alot, clothes were reasonably priced. Just remember "you get what you pay for "

Company did not honor their return policy. Contact their customer service department and jumped through all of the hoops they put forth for the return and then they did not extend a refund.
Customer service was a joke. They never intended to honor their return policy. Ridiculous. Buyer beware!!

Have more of your (sophisticated better) styles on your site, your online ads are a little bit of a turn off, because they are only your tackiest. And suggestive items! I had no idea u had such beautiful things for 3 yrs! Thank u!

In top of it not fitting, the cardigan appears cheaply made with hemmed fabric. Theres bright white in the inside which certainly shows while having it on... it doesn't compliment the outfit and that was not revealed on the model in the picture... otherwise it would look as ice as it does on the model.

I was pleased to get my jumpsuit in a timely manner. The jumpsuit was well made but I would encourage buyers to buy one size up as the size I bought was tight, although I followed the measurement guide.

Order came in a decent amount of time, clothes looked good but did not fit correctly, some fit way too big and some fit way too small. Not they are just sitting their.

Very long wait. Over a month. Maybe with the black friday rush n then christmas break. Very pleased with the quality of the clothes n everything fit well. Very please.

After a day or so of purchasing, i was informed that my item was sold out. Why does it take a few days to find out that the item has been sold out. I was soo looking forward to having it.

I received all my items in good condition and almost all of them where exactly what I was expecting.

Some of the clothes are high-quality and some of the clothes are very cheap quality. It's basically a roll of dice. Something beautifully and some don't. It's not even worth the money and time to return the items and after 30 days they will not even give you your money back.

Really good so far. I purchased something yesterday and found something else I wanted to add to the order. I was unable to add it to existing order so I was able to cancel, reorder and add my additional item. Super easy and convenient chatting with a live online chat.

Once I finally received this item, it was to big. So now the fun begins... I returned the item through the USPS, they have received it on 6/21. I have been asking for my refund and now have to waste my time and jump through hoops to get it. I have the receipt from the USPS and they ask me to send them a copy of it, however they do not give you the option to attach it anywhere. Not to mention, anytime you send them a message you have to wait 24 hours to even hope you get a response.

All of the items came in just like the picture but the only thing that I had a problem with was the delivery time and the tracking numbers. The delivery took a while and the tracking numbers never worked but I did receive my items.

I didn't like the 2 products and wanted to return them both. It didn't appear that customer service was willing for me to return the products. We eventually negotiated a refund and I didn't have to return the items.
They were very courteous.
Google displayed items I was searching for and they happened to be sold by Belleswholesale.
Because I thought they were the size, color & quality I was wanted, but I was very wrong.

I like your cloth, but you charge to much for shipping and handle. The time receiving your order is to long. And the quality of the cloth is not too good comparing the price of the market

Ordering was quick and easy, received confirmation in a timely manner and also a tracking number to keep up when it was shipped and location of my order. Which was very helpful. My order was packaged very well and secure.
