The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
I recommend you check what size and get a size bigger because the iteams come out smaller which is a waste of money unfortunately but some of the products and clothes are really good

I wanted the long sleeve T-shirt /corset as to go out to a restaurant and other paces and the leggings and tracksuit for home or gym but it was to small for me the only good product I got out of it was the long sleeve T-shirt

The adds where lies. The wigs are cheap. And the long unprocessed human hair wig I bought, was a cheap plastic big ole lie from BelleWholesale. I will never order from them again. EVER!
The pictures were of pretty wigs. But that is not what you actually send your customers.

Very disappointed with the time it takes to receive order; how the order is shipped in pieces; the quality of material of certain items; boots ordered and received without laces and still haven't received; and HAVE NOT RECEIVED CORRECT REFUND FOR CANCELED ORDERS.

The site was not as user friendly as expected, however the customer service team was nice. The response turn around time was awesome.

Very very dissatisfied the items was shipped out 3 times and never received it and I have to pay shipping fees and I never received package
It was prompt but for a refund no answer was given saying when I will receive my refund and why should I pay shipping fees when I never received one item.

Disappointed because the lace on t-shirt was damaged. This was right on the front around the neck line. Also on the other t- shirt the world map was completely ineligible on the back.
