The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
Tried to get a refund just had messages saying you can have them 30% off etc
Tried numerous times to get return address wouldnt give it to me so gave up and just bought them

Easy to communicate with customer service they are helpful, I wish the shipping would be quicker if ur in the UK shipping takes 7-10 days, the wait is worth it because the dresses are beautiful.

I just wish I had ordered them 3 months before Christmas to pass out while everyone was decorating their Christmas trees. By the time I received this, Christmas was over.
I saw the advertisement, and liked what I saw.
It was cute, and showed Santa wearing a face-mask. No other year but this year did Santa wear a face- mask.

Ease of ordering. Item shown in the website had snap buttons, but when received it, it was actual buttons. Maybe it was a design change after original photoshoot.
Price was better value than from other websites if similar or exact product.
It was for my girlfriend, butt flat design was super sex and functional back door access... *Wink*

The clothes are not made for women of color. Its disappointing to spend money on clothes that arent true to size. The clothes are adorable in most cases, but I have to give half of them away.

When I purchased my items with this company I was so excited the clothes I saw online was totally different from what I received. Not to mention I waited almost a month for my items
Now customer service was very apologetic about me not receiving my order once I spoke with them and received my shipment right afterwards I decided not to call about the mix match items
I chose Bellewholesale because of the cuteness of the clothes I mean it was a very cute on line but the outfit I received was mix matched

Way too small - legs are so tight I couldn't get them on. I ordered a medium even though I'm a petite person, and they are still way to tight. Very disappointed.

I ordered four wreaths. The pomegranate wreaths are beautiful! The hydrangeas wrreaths' greenery was not what I expected. It was hard plastic. The shipping and delivery took about 3 weeks.
