The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
This weekend I had a birthday dinner to attend and I recieved so many compliments on the dress. I was very happy I decide to purchase her, please go and purchase this dress you won't be disappointed.

The order took a very long time to arrive. When I reached out to customer service I was told that my order was delivered when it actually was not. The tracking info provided was not working and the customer service rep kept insisting that the order was delivered. I was told that I would have to file a claim with my delivery service which is pretty ridiculous. As someone who has done a lot of ecommerce and online shopping I understand that sometimes orders get lost or misdelivered, not a single time was it my responsibility as a customer to go and file missing item claims. That is always the responsibility of the seller. The order did finally arrive, four days after the customer service rep told me it was supposedly delivered. So either your shipping system needs improvement or the service rep was lying. It doesnt matter, either way the whole experience was extremely unpleasant and as a customer I would not be likely to ever buy from you again. If I cant trust the seller to provide me honest and accurate info or to work with me in an event of a shipping error, I will not risk my money on purchasing from them again. Thats the reality of it. I wish my shopping experience was better, because I do like the delivered items.

MY total was over $120 however my $10 credit was not processed at end of check out.

Took to long to deliver. 2 months is very long. I love the slippers. The candles are more fore the beach or pool. The quality is foam on the bottom shoe. I wirry it may break

I had a heck of a time trying to get in I didn't or couldn't remember my password and try to redo a password and it kept wanting to turn me down so I just said heck with it and emailed you something how I felt and then it popped up that it was okay to go ahead and order and I went and ordered so thank you with that and I hope I can get it figured out on my password side thank you Michael.

I placed an order for 3 items on June 7th 2021 and it is now July 11th 2021 and I still have not received my items. I have reached out thru the chat and was told to allow a few more days that was on July 2nd. Still nothing. July 9th reached out again through chat and was given a tracking number with usps. I look it up and it comes back with no update check back later. I don't usually order from sites I find on Facebook but this company had some nice items, so I gave them a try. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY ANY STUFF FROM THIS COMPANY!
I expected to get my party dress on 16th Nov. It is 17th Nov now and I need my dress on 18th Nov as In got a party on that day. I have paid £18 for the express delivery which is shipping within 6-8days, but it is nearly 10 days and I still getting nothing.
Also, I had the worst customer services ever from this company. I have contact them but they said my parcel is shipping right now so I cannot cancel my order. Okay, I understand, so I asked for full refund including shipping fee as I didn't receive the services that I paid. BUT when I am trying to type the problem, SHE CLOSED THE CHAT AND DO NOT EVEN ASK IS THERE ANY QUESTIONS APART FROM THAT.
At the moment, I still don't get ANY reply from that.

Ordered several items on April 4th. Paided extra for fast delivery. AFTER WAITING 3 WEEKS. I GET A EMAIL SAYING ALL OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED ARE OUT OF STOCK AND THE ORDER IS DELAYED. NO SHT.
