The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
I really enjoyed the wonderful pieces of clothing. The heels are great just need to adjust the sizes a little next time I order some.
The customer was great I just had a issue with updates on my products being delivered.

But the items were good and I just know that I need to order a month ahead of time to receive my orders in time.
It was hard to contact but I did find a email and shortly after I contacted them by email, my package was sent within 1-2weeks
I was referred by a friend and you guys have up to date products and good quality.

Just not a very informative experience.
Quite hard to find contacts, but especially difficult to find regular updates on orders.

The material is some of the items material should be cotton and not rayon stretch cheap material when item is washed it leaves marks

No problems, and fast with the shipping! The only thing I didn't like was how the tabs showed that you hooked the straps in. I sewed my down.
