The products were all very cheap quality and didn't look like they did on the site. In addition, it took 2 weeks before my orders were even processed. There was additional time for shipping. I will NEVER buy anything else from this site.
One of the most frustrating (cheap clothing websites) to use. Hopefully you won't be in a rush because shipping takes forever (if sent at all). Always excuses for high demand, supply, etc. I have a tip (don't advertise it if you don't have it). Their communication is by a ticket system so sit back and wait for a response which is always generic b.s. And frustrating answer. Offer you points to sit and wait longer for your order, No Thanks. Sizes for your loved one are always hot or miss. Either too tight and fit Asian women or too baggy and look sloppy. Never spent the money and aggravation on trying to return an item after waiting so long to receive it, why bother. Just causes another frustrating experience of not having the gift that you thought you would have for the occasion.
I don't usually write reviews but this time I had to. Ordered 3 items - 2 of the items took 6 weeks to arrive - the last item took 8 weeks to arrive.
Once you order something from them, you will get a spam email every day. Their "unsubscribe" button does not work (actually there is no unsubscribe button, you have to go to "report problem" then click
"do not receive emails anymore" and that does not work)
I emailed them multiple times to remove me from their list and they never did.
I can imagine how anyone had a positive experience from this website!

Products look great, prices on Santa's good. Information clear? I The company had trouble finding me, although I have lived at my current address for 33 years. I was surprised to receive the package yesterday. The items were like pictured, except the Santa with his pack is very solid and heavy. I liked the Santa with mask but was disappointed I could not order the Black one. It looked like inappropriate black face.
I liked the products and prices when I searched on line.
I liked the looks of both ornaments, especially the old fashioned Santa with a mask. I wish I could see what the packages in Santa’s pack are in the other one and that it didn’t weigh as much.

I just received $500 in merchandise and nothing fits or looks the way it did in the pictures. I'm now trying to return but you have to fill out a ticket. You can only do that by clicking on your order but there is no record of this transaction so I'm unable to return. There's no customer service contact info. I'm going to report this as fraud.

I wish It didn't start me over from the top after I've finished looking at an item and want to go back to where I was. Other than that it's great. The clothing are good quality most of the time but sometimes they come very thin and see-through. It's a hit or miss but they are still cute.
It's affordable and I've seen reviews about it.

Although they have some very cute things I was treated extremely unprofessionally when trying to return two shirts from an order. I tried emailing and every response back was automated saying NOT to send the items back until they got back to me with an address on where to send it. There was a link also in the email implying it would give information about their return policy and my return request but instead it lead to three other options that were to shop more. I also left repeated voice mails with never a return to my calls yet. I repeatedly emailed over and over and continued to get the same automated message back. Finally when someone did actually write me back, I ultimately was told that it was over their 14 day return policy! My initial request was within the 14 days. It's unfortunate the situation has worked out this way. I will not be doing business with them again.

I was very satisfied.The problem is that when my next order was two shirts with one, which I didn't like the fit or cut and the other was a bit big and wanting to return them for one in a smaller size and the other an exchange. Poor professionalism, no responses to my specific questions in multiple emails and phone messages. No one answers the phone. I was ripped off

The clothes too longer to arrive ie more than a month. To my utter shock, quality was poor. Returning clothes is very cumbersome. Wrote to customer care and have not received feedback yet.

This was my worst shopping experience ever. First all my items were not available, so the piece I really wanted has yet to arrive and my event is over. Second it took forever for my package to arrive. Once these items arrived nothing fits nor looks like the picture once its on your body.

I thought delivery took a while, so I emailed them. They got back to me in 4 hours saying they contacted the shipper and it was shipped the next day. Would definitely shop again compared to other sites.
I saw it on an ad, and has similar clothes I’ve bought from someone else but the things I bought from someone else never arrived.

Offering folks 10% of purchase price back to keep poor product is awful. The very high, non-refundable, shipping costs ensures company has been paid for their product for sure. You need to do much better!

Worst experience ever. They took my money and didn't ship for months until I threatened them with a legal letter. Product is horrible and customer service is the worst. They are like robots. You cannot unsubscribe, even if you never subscribed in the first place, they will hound you with multiple marketing emails daily for more crap that they won't ship. When you unsubscribe you get an error. I can't get rid of these people and will never EVER buy from them again. Please ignore their persistent ads on instagram, the product is nothing like what they claim and there are numerous complaints against them. Any good reviews they have are FAKE.

I was a little unsure about shopping at first due to the layout of the site, but all of my items came in great condition and in separate wrappings. They were all folded nicely, and fit perfectly! 100% would shop here again
The dresses on this site are uniquely cute, and really fit the style that i’m hoping to achieve. The clothing are all great quality and fit amazingly!

Really disappointed with item. I ordered a Red blouse and received an Orange blouse. This was to match a Red skirt. It also didn't hang nicely. Gave it to the Refugees group. Will not be ordering again. Please Unsubscribe any more emails.

Ordered a few sets before I sell them on to my customers. Not impressed with quality so won't order again.
Not good enough even in the slightest, I'd be ashamed to even sell these sets for more than £2 each, if that.

I purchased a novelty Santa ornament that represents 2020. It is true it is my fault I didn't check the size of what I was ordering but then, I'm extremely disappointed in the shipping I paid. Assuming this was more of a fragile ornament I was okay with $10 shipping. See photo and try to wrap your head around the fact this isn't just a way to gouge the customer with shipping costs.

I was very confused by the multiple different ornament options all clumped together as "color options" for the same product. It was hard to fully comprehend what I was ordering and actually wondered if I did order the correct one right up until I opened my purchase. I had a hard time finding a way to contact this company about the poor quality of the products I received. The response was quick and I am satisfied with how it was handled, but the customer service was the only pleasant part of the experience. I'm also incredibly irritated that I was automatically signed up for an email blast I want no part of, there's no way to unsubscribe, and I've contacted the service department multiple times to take me off the mailing list and yet I keep getting promotions. I'm about ready to just block this entire site since I know I'm never buying from here again.
I was searching for quirky 2020 Christmas ornaments and loved the masked Santa with cleaning products in his bag. Poor decision on my part, but that's actually kind of perfect for 2020.

This company is running some kind of scam. I ordered a pair of shoes from them on a suggestion of a friend. What a mistake. I ordered a 8.5 and the sent a 4.5! When I apprised them of their mistake they were not accommodating at all. Note that the company charges an egregious fee of $13+ for shipping AND return shipping. The CSR dropped my live chat. Despicable customer service. I've been selling for years on a platform and treat my customer with respect. This company does not know customer service. I'm reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. They won't fix their mistakes, yet place it firmly on the buyer. Their business practices are shameful. They don't back their website. I'm out of luck and out the money. I'm not spending another $13+ To pay for a company's faulty website. Buyer beware.

The dresses are not high quality. The customer service process for returning was too complicated. I asked for a return upfront. It took three rounds of 24 hour wait time messages to get an answer for the actual return address. I didn't want a coupon or a discount code. I wanted my money back and I said that from the start. The dresses were way too small for the size labeled. The material is see through and I would not feel comfortable wearing it to an event. I will not be purchasing from you again.
Taking 12 hours to answer my messages and not being upfront with the return address wasted my time. Bargaining for a discount coupon or future cash towards a purchase is not what I wanted. I said I wanted a return. After taking three days to finally give me the answer, I ran out of time to return it so my money was not returned.
Because you offered a product that I wanted compared with other websites that were sold out.
I wanted to wear them for a party on New Years Eve.

Quick and easy. Order was delivered correctly and was accurate. The tops on all my orders fit perfectly. However, the bottoms were not as fitting. The average small doesn't always match petite or smaller framed people. Overall, I like what I order, and I'm keeping 3 out of 5.

I did not receive the shirt in a timely fashion. The holiday shirt was meant to be worn December 25th. I just received the shirt December 31st. So if I wear it will have to be next years holiday time. I think your shipping techniques are unexcusable and sucks! If I had know you were over seas I would not have ordered the shirt at all. Ruined my holiday! I sent several messages to see where the package was and all I got was out for delivery be paitent...what kind of answer was that? I will not be using your company. This was totally ridiculous! (Look up the word!)

After initially being disappointed as my package was returned due to the system knocking my house number off they rectified quite quickly and resent my order though too late for my holiday
Problem.could have been resolved if I could have spoken to a human as trying to say tracking number to a machine is impossible as so many letters can sound the same over the phone ie S and F B and D
