I ordered two jumper from this website. However, when the package came there was only one jumper in the package. So after trying to get in contact with them through the email address on their website, which doesn't work, and not getting a reply from the online queries service. I finally managed to get through on the phone number provided.
Where I was told it was my word against the system (which stated that two jumpers had been sent out) and so the best they could do was send me a new jumper but I would have to pay £6 postage which I had already paid twice to receive the jumpers originally.
What appalling customer service. Do NOT order from this website.
