Ordered for Mother's day on Wednesday with Friday delivery. Checked tracking on Friday and it shows it will be delivered on Monday. I called and they sent another shipment with a guarantee of it arriving on Sunday for Mother's day. This order shipped on Saturday and again it shows delivery on Monday. I again called and asked to speak with manager. Manager says they have a special agreement with Fedex and it will be delivered as promised. A quick search shows Fedex does not deliver on Sundays. Very upset, will never order from them again.
We ordered a product to be delivered on or before Mother's Day. We called customer service to find out when our product would be delivered, and they informed us that they did not have a local vender to deliver on Mother's Day and that our gift would arrive on Tuesday. This was after their website confirmed delivery by or on Mother's Day. The sad thing is, they never sent me an e-mail or phone call to let me know it would be delayed. To make up for the error, customer service gave us a $20 credit toward our next order. We will not be ordering anything from them again so we are just out that money. Do not order from this company, they are not effiecient or reputable.
I received a gift from my daughter today. After all the hassle she went through. Taking the time and expending her money. The strawberries were not to what I was expecting. The ice on top was melted. The berries were not fresh, almost soggy, very poor qualitiy. I need a phone number to call so she can get her money back.
Berries were pretty bad... soft, mushy, almost like they were frozen and defrosted, and bad tasting... chocolate coating tasted like cheap crappy chocolate, and the white chocolate was almost inedible. Not worth much of anything, and I would recommend not buying these overly expensive junk berries... horrible

I ordered 7 baskets today for $29.99 each to be delivered tomorrow to the same address.
They charged me $14.99+ additional $4.99 for each basket, a total of $19.98 more for each basket for shipping going to the same address.
That's $140.00 more for shipping, when I contacted them by email 7 minutes after I made the order and realized it they emailed me back that they can not cancel the order.
I then called them and spoke to a CS rep that was trying to convince me not to cancel my order after 15 minutes going nowhere with them I hung up the phone.
They should not be in business, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered the package of day one flowers and second day strawberries. So first day flowers were delivered but obviously not to my wife cause she didn't get them. Of course they say ok we will replace them and send them on 14th. Well she does get them but dead and hell one is broken. Who does this? Horrible Valentine's day I want refund! I do not recommend getting flowers period
Do not order from this place they are horrible, the shipping is outrageous they charge you twice for shipping, the customer service reps do not speak English you must repeat yourself over and over I cancel my order and will never order from again they should be shut down
Order for my mom for Mothers Day... With guaranteed delivery of 5/11. Didn't arrive. New delivery date is 5/13... day after Mothers Day my mom is going to receive a box of rotten fruit... Will be day 4+ in transit by then. Called custom service and had to wait over 30 minutes to talk to a service rep on a terrible phone connection and did not speak English very well. Hopefully they will process the full refund I asked for. They only offered to refund the cost of the guaranteed delivery and expected me to pay for the rotten fruit they are delivering late. Will not be doing business with them again.
I have received these twice, the first time they arrived in good shape and were fairly tasty, the second time they were melted, the strawberries were unripe and had very little taste. It was disappointing, especially since not wanting to let the sender know that they were not good.
Order was suppose to come Mother's Day. Then Tuesday after Mother's Day. Then today (Friday after Mother's Day. Still no strawberries!

My wonderful son and daughter-in--law bought and had me delivered these berries. They arrived covered in ants - the box was full of them. The ice pack was melted and the chocolate was melted. Clearly box was labeled perishable but there was no safety covering, the box containing the berries was not sealed in any way. They have 100% gurarantee - but then I read of their horrible serve department. Dont waste your money.
Outrageous standard shipping cost. I received a 30% discount coupon via email and it didn't work so I had to place my order over the phone. The representative did not speak good English and could not understand me so it took 25 minutes to place the order. Not worth the money.
I ordered on July 25th for delivery on july27th my anniversary date, order came July 31st. I don't even know who to blame SB or FedEx. SB did send out a new order but that one didn't arrive on time either, but did issue a refund. If they can't get delivered overnight it's no way a strawberry will survive
Ordered berries in conjunction with 1800flowers for my daughter's 40th. Neither were delivered on her birthday. I called to find out what happened. The rep said I had requested them for the following day. Had to convince them that I was pretty confident that I knew the day of my daughter's birthday and the mistake was theirs. They weren't delivered the following day either. Surprise! When I called again to find out why I was told they would not be delivered for FIVE more days. No reason. They did offer me a 50% discount on the entire order but at that point I just didn't care and cancelled the whole thing. You don't get a ‘do over' on your 40th! Horrible, horrible customer service. I was beyond disappointed.
Paid for guaranteed delivery no later than 8PM on V-day. As you can guess, no delivery. I called and they said they could certainly have it delivered by the 20th. Absolutely unbelievable, but as I read all the reviews sounds like they have ruined many valentines days for couples. I'm now running out at 8PM at night to try and find some type of gift for my wife. Unbelievable... my empathy for all others that are suffering my plight!
My sister bought 2 dozen berries to my house and I've not got them. They claim to have been delivered at 11:28 am but I checked my porch for mail at 11:30 And fed ex doesn't deliver that early to my area. Smh.
They are run by Pro Flowers. If I knew that I would have never used them anyway. Nothing but bad experiences with pro flowers. Sharis Berries continued the dissappointment in true pro flowers fashion. My wife never got her berries. We stayed home all day as I anticipated the arrival that never came. When I called they said I would get a refund in 10 days. Thats funny. It didnt take 10 day for them to take my money. They suck. Would not recommend to anyone. Hope they go out of business. Still waiting for my refund...
Placed 2 delivery orders for my family, both of them didnt get delivered. Gave them a call to figure out why, they say they cant process refunds. I wasnt even asking for a refund at that time, like wtf? You take my money and dont even deliver the product, and have the audacity to tell me that i cant get a refund? Is this a scam? Please do not order from this place, you are better off flushing your money down the toilet and save yourself from the stress
I can never establish an account online. It always tells me it never heard of me. It always tells me my mother's address doesn't exist although Shari's has delivered there several times. Customer service can't hear and doesn't speak English. The delivery charges cost more than the berries.
I got some chocolate covered strawberries as a gift before and they were fine, I ordered some for my family and they were destroyed upon arrival, broken chocolate all through the tray and uncovered strawberries. Not to mention 7/12 strawberries still had leaves/stems attached. Had the chocolate not been broken we would have discovered them while trying to eat the strawberries. I also ordered some caramel/chocolate pretzels and they were crazy stale! The caramel was absolutely disgusting. They add so many fees for shipping and other options that shouldn't even cost that much. I'll stick to making my own if I ever want chocolate covered strawberries ever again. Complete crap. Still have yet to hear back from costomer service on what they have to say about the terrible conditions in which I received my order. Will never buy from them again!
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
