Best Brilliance

Best Brilliance has some really stunning pieces, but I was a little overwhelmed with the number of customization options for each product. I had a hard time deciding which combination of stones, cuts, and bands to choose from. That being said, the ability to customize your jewelry is a major selling point and what sets them apart from other online retailers.

Compared to other online retailers and brick-and-mortar stores, I found their prices to be reasonable, especially considering the quality of the pieces. But would be better to offer faster shipping options, even at an additional cost, for customers who are in a hurry or have specific deadlines to meet.

While Best Brilliance offers competitive pricing, there is room for improvement in transparency. Providing more detailed information about the pricing breakdown, including the cost of materials and craftsmanship, would give customers a clearer understanding of what they are paying for and help build trust.

Not sure if all these custom designs are good for everyone. For me, too many options are a source of confusion. Having said that, their support team has proved itself useful, helping me find my way in this whole set of possibilities. Made things easier for me.

My first time -ordering from your company, At first I was concerned about ordering jewelry over the internet. I'm not worried now, I received my ring a couple of days ago and it is, everything that the description and picture showed it to be. I was,,also very pleased with the price. Would prefer, if the videos were also recorded from a distance besides close up.

All I gotta say is Best Brilliance knows their stuff when it comes to jewelry.The website is smooth, and the customer service is helpful. My only suggestion would be to add a mobile app for all us jewelry lovers on the go!

They use SGL labs as their certification which means theres a chance your diamond is fake. Be careful. I asked them for a reputable gemological certificate but they dont have any diamonds that is GIA certified

I rated them 3 just because they don't offer a wide variety of earrings. Other than that, the site is really helpful, and the service is also great. Sorry, variety is really important to me...

Enjoyed working with Paul to order the ring of my girlfriend's dreams. There were a couple issues but Paul was very professional and made things right. Would definitely order from Best Brilliance again.

I'm not a consumerism culture victim, but rings are a thing for me. No idea why… I love the fact they make an effort to offer many alternatives to people who have an issue with natural diamonds and all the pollution these cause. Prices are great, which is also a major plus.
