A great resource for finding quality diamonds and they give you the knowledge and ability to remove poor diamonds. Helped me save a ton of money on a 2 carat diamond that I would not have been able to afford if not for Best Brilliance.

I would give Best Brilliance 5 stars if only reaching an expert from their team wouldn't require waiting for too long. The service itself is awesome, but please find a way to shorten the waiting times!

Once I figured out what I was looking for their search engine made it,, very easy to zero in on the perfect stones. After I had things narrowed down their gemologist was nice enough,, to review the stones and help me make a final decision

All in all, I enjoyed the shopping experience I had with Best Brilliance. That said, they can improve the user experience of their site. It just makes things easier. You know, relocate some options, make things clearer...
