I love everything about the process and the service thus far but I hate being told you get free shipping and then at check out there is a hidden fee from the shipping affiliate. Please give people a transparent experience.
The designers worked hard with me to make sure the images were top notch. I am so happy with the printing and the customer service through the design process. The cutting and perforation is not good. The boxes are incredibly difficult to fold and the tabs and slots don't fit. The panel is too short to reach the slot. I have lots of box folding experience so I am confident this is a manufacturer issue.
The Proof approval landed in my Spam box and I didn't reply. (That's on me).
Best-of-Signs set my order aside and waited for me to call them I guess.
I called them, sent revised artwork, and was informed I would receive another Proof in 24-48 hours. It's been fours days and have received nothing yet. And have been monitoring Spam and Trash to ensure I don't miss it again.
Now I'm wondering if I need to call them again?

I ordered several table skirts for my reps attending trade shows. They were promised to be delivered quickly. It never happened. I got emails from them saying they needed the delivery address. I had sent it initially and repeated it in a return email. A week later FEDEX told me they couldn't deliver the shipment because it had an incomplete address. I was told only the shipper could correct it. I contacted Best of Signs and they apologized. I gave them the corrected address and still have no product.
But, I get emails offering sales discounts almost every day. Deliver the Goods!
