I didn't want to love these pants, as they are a little expensive and the shipping can be slow (like 3-6 weeks after ordering) but I find myself reaching for my betabrand pants every time I have to get dressed for work. I only have two pairs so I need to order more. They are so comfortable and unlike other similar brands these have the normal amount of pockets as regular pants, without compromising comfort. The most comfortable work pants I own hands down. Soft, quality material as well. The customer service is good and they will meet your needs to the best of their availability; you might just have to wait a while.
I received a pair of the 7-Pocket Dress Pant Yoga Pants and one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other. I tried to call customer service but the number was out of order (!) so I emailed asking if they could overnight the replacement, since this was clearly a quality error. I got a standard reply saying they'd ship the exchange once the original pair was returned. I'm waiting 2 weeks now for that to happen. Came on here and found out I'm not the first person to get a pair with two differently sized legs - and they apparently just keep sending them out. Used to be a great brand that I liked to support but I won't keep overpaying for such bad service. Dupes are easy to find at half the price.
I love their clothes, The price and quality are amazing. The customer service well train and helpful. I had an issue with my delivery that was stuck in the same place for three days and they took care immediately. Betabrand should give customer services classes to a few companies out there. Good job!
I ordered several pairs of pants from Betabrand over the summer. I waited more than two months for the items to be shipped. I reached out to customer service on five different occasions, and each time was told that the items would be shipping within a week. When that timeframe was up I would email them again and get the same answer. Every time the only options they gave me were to either wait or get a refund. Then when they finally went to fulfill my order, they refunded half of the items I had ordered because they sold me things they didn't actually own. There are tons of other companies out there that make comfortable work pants that are way more dependable. My recommendation would be to go find one of them.
P.s. Just checked the label and guess what? Made in China. Below is their ad. Leads one to believe they are made in California.

I am 5'8" and weigh 146 lbs and am 61 years old.
The pants are way too long and too tight. I understand they are yoga pants and are supposed to be tight. Look at my pics. You can see every fat cell in my legs lol.
I do thank Betabrand for my wake up call to lose some weight and tone up my legs and gut.
And for me to stop trying to hide behind cheap yoga pants because my zip up pants are too tight in the waist. Ha ha. I think if I was 130 and ordered the regular pant this could work.
I think I will keep them and hang them up like the teeny-weeny polka-dot bikini.
I don't mind paying extra for pants that fit well and wear well. I have 9 pair of their yoga pants and love them all except the style with pockets. When they came out with the pocket style I was excited and ordered them. But the quality is horrible. The seam threads are breaking. Not acceptable after wearing them just 10 times. Company offered a useless $12 credit.
Something has happened to this once amazing company. They are either going down or they have already folded but refuse to admit it.
I ordered a Dandelion-colored Marilyn Dress on 3 August 2023, and was promised shipment in September. A "pre-order." Fast-forward to October, the price is basically cut in half from what I originally paid, and I was promised a reduction in price as well as fulfillment of product.
I have still not received my dress nor responses to my emails requesting shipment updates and/or refunds. Buyers beware; I wish I had found this forum in August. I have so many beautiful and durable items from BetaBrand, but I guess I won't own any more. I loved this company and their utilitarian style and design. I'm so disheartened by this and dreading finding yet another company like them. Le sigh.
Betabrand sells product with a written ship date, e.g., delivery in October. Twice I have placed an order, not delivered, and upon follow-up received an automated message that Betabrand is experiencing supply chain and product delivery issues. Purchase in August never available (although charged), purchase in September to be delivered in October, still not delivered and it is mid-November. Receive the same canned excuse. Do not expect professional customer service nor delivery of product falsely advertised for sale.

I have several pair of Beta Brand pants and have generally been very happy with my purchases. However, I have begun to notice that they fall apart relatively quickly. They fit comfortably and feel great, yet after only three months three of my buttons on one pair have broken in half! Further, several pair have begun to fray at the bottom despite the fact that I always wear heels and the bottom of my pants never touch the ground. These are very expensive pants, and thus I expect a certain quality, which I am disappointed to say I no longer feel is being met.
My order from May is still having 'Warehouse problems'. The email address is also unresponsive now, I cannot even send an email to cancel and trying to contact through their site is impossible as they won't recognise their own order number. Such a shame as I have 13 pairs of their pants and love the quality but I won't be coming back any more.
Purchased the casual long yoga pants. I wash them in the gentle cycle and hang to dry. They are falling apart. Contacted customer service but as I bought them over 40 days ago they will not exchange or refund. They make them to last just long enough to go beyond return time frame. I do NOT recommend. The photo below shows the stitching starting to unravel.

I bought a Betabrand legging two years ago and I've been wearing them almost everyday. They still look brand new. I ordered two more today since the legging I have don't have pockets. I'm excited to receive my second pair. I live in Australia and the shipping was reasonable.
I ordered thankfully just one item five weeks ago. When I checked on the order status this morning, it said they were still waiting for inventory. After five weeks! It is impossible to contact this company. They say you cannot call them and that you should use live chat on their site. I went on the site on my mobile phone and guess what? No live chat capability. My only recourse now is to cancel the order through my credit card company. Avoid!
I have worn BetaBrand clothing for many years and I love them for the wonderful fit, thoughtful design elements (such as the numerous pockets cleverly built into the seams). They are constantly releasing (dropping) new designs and wonderful color and unique pattern designs. They have excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly and pleasantly. The majority of my wardrobe is comprised of comfortable, stylish, BetaBrand items. I highly recommend their clothing items.

The one hour shows air Tuesdays - Fridays at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. The shows are fun and informative and there is a daily chance random drawing chosen from the list of people who have logged in to watch.

I have a few pairs of Betabrabd yoga dress pants and love them. Twice now I have ordered more pants and they never came. One order was in 2020 and the order status still states "pre-transit" in 2022. I thought I would try again and placed an order 3/03/2022. I received a shipping confirmation on 3/5/2022, but the tracking number still says "label printed" on 3/27/22. Their site clearly states a 10-12 day transit time, which means at the latest my order should have arrived 10 days ago.
Between the two orders, I have donated over $400 to this company.
I'm very frustrated because I do love these pants and want more for a new job I am starting next week. I can't recommend supporting them anymore, though.

In November 2018, I ordered two pants. They sent the wrong size on one pant, an expensive no-returns item, and didn't even bother sending the second item.
I emailed them twice and they *FINALLY* got back to me last week, apologizing.
They refunded my money, and gave me a store credit to see if they could save a customer. Ok, Betabrand, I'll give you one more shot. Just ordered another pair of pants for free. At least customer service came through eventually... We'll see what happens.

These pants are awesome! Unfortunately the company isn't sending them to me. I've ordered several times and always received my pants in a timely fashion. However, now I'm being told the company has no idea when they will be able to send my pants. They wasted NO time taking my $85 for a pair of pants, but u have yet to receive them
I placed an order early June and was told it would "by the end of June". It is now November and still have not received my order. Each time I reach out I get the same message that "our warehouse team has encountered unforeseen issues impacting fulfillment and causing delays". Betabrand has no way of tracking where your order is in the queue in their warehouse.
It's too bad they cannot ship in a timely manner as they have great pants. I'm sure they must have cashflow problems. I agree with others. They charge your credit card when you place the order, not when they ship. This will ultimately be there downfall. If I don't receive my order by next week, I will cancel and get a refund then probably not order again. Such a pity. They spend so much on advertising to gain my business and loyalty, then lose it over shipping issues.

I wanted to try these pants so ordered 2 of them 11/30/21 at $96 each and received 30% off (total $134). I knew there was a 10-12 day shipping time but as of 12/20 still no shipment so I contacted them. They returned my funds quickly and offered a one time 40% off purchase. The problem with that is now the same pants are $128 each so reordering the same pants 22 days later would cost me $154, an extra $20 at no fault of mine.

I have bought two pairs of cool-looking Betabrand yoga pants and a tunic. All came in one package. Unfortunately, the pants are the wrong size. Tried to exchange. The website warns you not to send ANYTHING that does not appear on their authorization form. OK.
For some reason, only one pair of pants is showing as "to be returned". Wrote to the company - got almost form letter response. Tired to follow the generic suggestions in the letter - NONE work. Wrote to the company with the request of help. Silence. Wrote again - silence. THOSE PANTS ARE NOT CHEAP! So, at this point, it looks that I would lose half the money or all the money...
Way overpriced for what it is. Item not available when ordered, which did not become clear until after order was placed. Called to cancel order and their phone number is just a pre-recorded message with no option to speak to customer service. Emailed to request a refund. Refund incompletely processed. Had to email multiple times before I got a response. Would NOT recommended to a friend. Definitely will never order from them again.
I ordered directly from Betabrand. I have a couple of other pairs of their pants, and know they are of decent quality. Definitely not $68 quality, though. I ordered some new ones on 8/14, and still don't have them. Until a few days ago, the tracking site said "label created." They assured me it was a mistake and they'd be there very soon. I truly believe they didn't ship them until I reached out 10+ days later, because now the projected delivery is 9/1. Ridiculous.
I placed an order, making sure NOT to choose anything the site said was delayed shipping. After placing my order they immediately charged my card but now two months later they still haven't shipped the pants! But they have my money. Always the same excuse. Warehouse delays. They can't ship my pants but they still send emails every day saying they're having sales or specials. How can they keep selling if they don't ship what was sold and paid for? So disappointing.
Upon ordering and giving my card info, the order confirmation came back that my pants were on back order. So what that tells me is 1) Perhaps this company is using order money to fund orders as they go along or 2) Their business planning does not allow for them to maintain a decent stock of their products. Either way, this is a shoddy way to run a business. I'm contacting my card to cancel payment on this order. When I order a product and spend my hard earned money, I want that product within a week or two, not 4-6 weeks (yup, that's how long my order will take) Not worth the time, don't bother.
