“Most comfortable work pants ever; worth the wait”

I didn't want to love these pants, as they are a little expensive and the shipping can be slow (like 3-6 weeks after ordering) but I find myself reaching for my betabrand pants every time I have to get dressed for work. I only have two pairs so I need to order more. They are so comfortable and unlike other similar brands these have the normal amount of pockets as regular pants, without compromising comfort. The most comfortable work pants I own hands down. Soft, quality material as well. The customer service is good and they will meet your needs to the best of their availability; you might just have to wait a while.

I received a pair of the 7-Pocket Dress Pant Yoga Pants and one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other. I tried to call customer service but the number was out of order (!) so I emailed asking if they could overnight the replacement, since this was clearly a quality error. I got a standard reply saying they'd ship the exchange once the original pair was returned. I'm waiting 2 weeks now for that to happen. Came on here and found out I'm not the first person to get a pair with two differently sized legs - and they apparently just keep sending them out. Used to be a great brand that I liked to support but I won't keep overpaying for such bad service. Dupes are easy to find at half the price.

I have ordered 3 pairs of pants and LOVE the ones I've received. However, their shipping is crap and their customer service could care less that it's been over a month and I still haven't received one of the pairs. I ordered 2 pairs, one pair arrived fairly quickly, but the other pair took a month before they ever created a shipping label. And now it sits in purgatory waiting for them to actually drop off the item to USPS. Creating a shipping label does not equal shipped!

The clothes are nice but I bought a pair of pants on sale, and the poop shirt and it came to $120.48 with the sale price and the discount code which is what my receipt said. But they actually charged me $95 more than that with no explanation or anything and trying to talk to them about it is a painful process. They don't want to make it right or even talk about it. Screw these guys but your overpriced clothing somewhere else. At least the other places won't double over charge you

I placed an order on April 1 and today is July 3. My order still hasn't shipped. The reply I continually get is there is a problem at the warehouse or it will ship mid month or by the end of the month. Meanwhile, my credit card was charged when the order was placed. They have had the benefit of using my money for three months. Let's hope they issue a refund quickly when I cancel my order.

Update: I contacted customer service once again and was told that my order should ship by the second week of July. Within a day or two, I received an email not telling me that my order was shipped but that a refund has been processed. As much as I like their pants, I will not be purchasing anything from them ever again. Poor customer service, you can't call them, you either have to do chat or email. Poor communication within the company. One department doesn't know what the other is doing. Terrible internal organization. 2023-07-08.

I got my first pair of Betabrand pants in 2014, they were so comfy and professional looking that I bought more. My first pair of pants finally wore down around 2019 after multiple wears each week. Currently my oldest pair are from 2015 and I've worn to work, the gym, and around the house. They are still super comfy and look great for my office. Highly recommend!

I ordered and customer service was unable to provide me with order tracking and said they would have no idea when my order could be filled. After asking for a refund my card was used fraudulently and they gave me a hard time about the refund. Pants are great but not unless I know when they'll be delivered.

I was leery after reading some of the reviews, but decided to go for it. I ordered two pairs of pants, one said unavailable until October and would ship then. Well... I received both pair of pants 4 DAYS after ordering (mid-September). I received an email showing order details and again when they shipped. The pants are amazingly comfortable, thick and soft. Very impressed|!

I ordered 3 pair of pants that showed available. After a month of no product, I called and they said they had the pants but had issues in their warehouse. I asked for ETA and they gave a 3 week ETA. I went through this exact same scenario every month for 2 more months and finally cancelled the order. They then sent me an email saying they had the pants in stock and they were available for shipping. I ordered again. This time at a more discounted rate. That was over 2 weeks ago and the pants still haven't shipped. Very disappointed as this company started out with excellent customer service and was able to meet their commitments. Now they don't seem to have a phone # to call, just an email or chat option. Hope they can turn things around because they are one of the few companies that sell tall pants.

I ordered two items, they sent the wrong product. Online it said I had ordered a pair of black wool yoga pants. I can only hope I can get my money refunded. If you're smart you won't order from this company.

I ordered a pair of traveling yoga pants that they had for sale on their website. After 7 days and not hearing anything from the company, I called. I was informed that that particular yoga pant had sold out and should not have been placed on their website. I was really looking forward to wearing these on my upcoming trip, now I'm really disappointed and will not order from them again. Still waiting for the refund. Also, the guy in customer service hung up on me. Not a company I would recommend.

I ordered in April 2020 and it's July. I don't even know if I ordered the right size. Their customer phone says to email them instead. Can't talk to anyone. Their customer service hours are 8-6 pm PST. Really wanted to like these pants. Emailed them three times and still no product or refund.

I received one pair of pants but ordered more the price of the pants 47.60. They charged me 142.80. When I call in they make you stay on recorded line using yes and no answers and give an credit card number any number for verification. I felt like they steal all the info have you voice recorded, etc. I will put stop pay on the credit card and I hung up after way too much info. I will put cancel my cards and be checking that someone isn't charging and opening accounts. Very upset.

The pants have not even arrived yet and I am unhappy and returning them. I paid for 3 day shipping and my pants will not be here for at least 10 days. I reached out to customer service merely for a refund on the extra shipping as my pants will not arrive in the time which I paid extra for. I was only told that they will be arriving soon and that there is a 2 day processing time. Even with the 2 days my pants should be here in 5 days not 10. Regardless, I'm not getting what I paid for already and their team did nothing to correct it. Will not even give them another try.

It's been two months since I ordered. Nothing when I ordered said they were back ordered or that shipping would take two months. They had zero communication regarding their inventory. I've reached out twice to ask where my items are and I continue to get they will ship out soon. Mid May, then end of May. It's ridiculous and such a horrible business practice. How are they still in business?

I don't understand the reviews that say they don't last, I have several pair of the dress yoga pants, two of them are 4 years old and have been washed over and over and still look great. I love their stuff. Customer service used to be a bit better, but I've never had a bad experience with them.

I ordered a crop pant to add to my spring/summer wardrobe. Unfortunately, instead of crop, they are ankle length. I attempted to start a return only to be denied as they do not allow returns on "seasonal" items. Nearly $50 wasted. This is the last time I waste money with this company

I placed an order almost 3 months ago, they charge your card right away but never ship the product. Be careful! I contacted them several times trying to cancel and they say it's already "batched" and cannot be cancelled. I check tracking but never changes from ordered to shipped. I again wait weeks but no product. This company may be going out of business be careful ordering from them!

I'm 5'7" and wear a medium most of the time at 155 lbs. I ordered medium yoga pants jeans and they looked great but weren't comfortable at all. I think I must be in between sizes or maybe a large. Not sure. Anywho I'm sure these are great if they fit. Return went well.

I must say I really love my pants. REALLY. However they don't hold up very long. Or should I say as long as they should considering the price paid for them. I have thick thighs and the stitching everywhere else but the thigh area is holding up. I dont wear these pants everyday. I actually have 11 pair different colors and styles that I have purchased since October 2020. I sent an email with my concerns about the stitching and no response. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service. I will say they are extremely comfortable and the fabric is durable. Not sure if I will purchase anymore considering they are pricey but for now I have to spend more money to try and save my pants.

Tip for consumers:
If you have thick thighs... might want to purchase else where.

I placed an order and was charged for it two weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped. There was nothing to indicate that the items were out of stock or on backorder. They say shipping is 10-12 business days. I was hoping to get this
before Christmas, which is 9 business days away. Not happy. I've never ordered from a company that charges you for an order over two weeks before the order has even shipped.

I have been wearing Betabrand for over two years. I travel for work and they hold the style and are so comfortable. I own 5 different styles and have only had one return. Customer service was fast and very helpful. Quality at a great price!

I prepaid for a pair of pants. $68.00 They were expected to be shipped early May.

Did not arrive.

Email response was "as a courtesy we will refund you $48.00 They said I had applied a discount, which I did not. As yet no refund. Just curt emails.

Its unavailable that this company still exist. Bought a pair of shoes waited and waited and they were never shipped, finally contacted them told me there was an oversell but if you go to their website still showing availability. Just be cautious they are not serious

Betabrand: damn fine. I bought a reversible disco hoodie from this store, import US-UK, and I regard this purchase as one of my lifetime greatest achievements, up there amongst learning to tie my shoes, and boiling my first egg. The customer service [I had a query about discounts] was fast and helpful. The website has a refreshing touch including crowdfunding to raise funding for concept clothing. This website is brilliant. Everyone should wear more shiny things.

Ordered jeans look pants May 8. Nothing was said about a delay. They were $109 - not cheap! They keep changing the shipping date - now it's mid-July. They sent me an email apologizing and asking me if I'd like to cancel and get a refund. I answered yes. Then they sent an email saying they cannot cancel the order. I'm seeing a lot of these same complaints on this site. They take your money immediately once you order, and then hold on to it 2 to 3 months before you get the product.

There should be a class action lawsuit by now with this kind of deceptive business practice. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I'm also unsubscribing from this company. Too bad because the pants are really nice, but it's not worth the hassle!
