I didn't want to love these pants, as they are a little expensive and the shipping can be slow (like 3-6 weeks after ordering) but I find myself reaching for my betabrand pants every time I have to get dressed for work. I only have two pairs so I need to order more. They are so comfortable and unlike other similar brands these have the normal amount of pockets as regular pants, without compromising comfort. The most comfortable work pants I own hands down. Soft, quality material as well. The customer service is good and they will meet your needs to the best of their availability; you might just have to wait a while.
I received a pair of the 7-Pocket Dress Pant Yoga Pants and one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other. I tried to call customer service but the number was out of order (!) so I emailed asking if they could overnight the replacement, since this was clearly a quality error. I got a standard reply saying they'd ship the exchange once the original pair was returned. I'm waiting 2 weeks now for that to happen. Came on here and found out I'm not the first person to get a pair with two differently sized legs - and they apparently just keep sending them out. Used to be a great brand that I liked to support but I won't keep overpaying for such bad service. Dupes are easy to find at half the price.
I've been wearing Betabrand pants for years. I have about 5 pairs of pants in different styles. I do like the pants, although I agree with other reviewers that the quality should be better for the price. However, they're very comfortable and really look like work pants. The lead time on shipping has always been really long, like 8-12 weeks from my experience. I kept coming back because I like the product until my last purchase. They sent the wrong color, so I emailed them with the order number. No response. After emailing the two emails I could find and after about a week, I tweeted them. They replied within minutes saying they'd respond by email. I waited, no response. Several emails and tweets later, I finally said I'd dispute the charge if I didn't receive a refund the same week. I had a refund by the next day. Still no contact from them, just the refund, but I'm happy to just never purchase from them again.

I've ordered from Betanrand over the last few years. I thought initially their service was poor and slow due to being new, but that has not been the case. Recently had to return items due to stitching coming out of the jeans in the first week—TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in that they are apathetic and don't care about servicing someone who paid a lot of money for jeans. Ugh.

I ordered pants two months ago. One pair arrived a month later but the other pair was never shipped. I had to reach out to them and was just told that they are general delays. I finally cancelled the order since I doubted I was going to get the product. The worst part is that I get marketing emails almost daily when they cannot fulfill their orders.
For the pants that I did recieve, they were fine, but not worth the wait.
I ordered an item 2 months ago, I never received any update from the company. Reached out to them, and they told me that item was oversold. Would've been nice to know that months ago. Gave me a 30% code to use for another item that probably would never show up.
I placed a order on march 30 2022, received a email on the same day telling me they received my order and it was being processed. I also checked my bank account and paypal had paid. I cannot get in touch with them by phone and they will not answer a email telling me when my order will ship. How can I get my money back?,
I am 5.3 and 140 pounds. The size medium petite for straight pants fit perfectly, a little long but fabric tape does the trick. For bell bottoms which are looser in the leg and seem a little longer I got a medium petite short, and while it's fine barefoot (sandals). If I ordered these again I would get the same size as the straight leg and use the tape.
As far as the quality of the pants THEY ARE WONDERFUL! I wear them all day and not a wrinkle.

I am 5'8 125 lbs(depending on the day) slim and tall. I ordered 2 pairs of the small long skinny leg classic dress/yoga pants in Navy and creme. The cream color pair was way to stretched out along the waist and didn't fit very well while the Navy was a good fit. The initial fit was not skin tight and had a little bit of loose areas along the leg. After washing the Navy pair I hung them to dry then stuck them in the dryer for a little bit to see if they could shrink a tad and fit better. After drying them, the length was still perfect for my tall figure and the fit is a little more snug which I like. I am exchanging the creme in hopes of getting a better fit. Overall I'm very satisfied with the fit and love the fabric. Will reorder.
I recently purchased about 5 articles from Beta Brand. The pant material is nice, however, I could not believe how thin the T-shirt material was, you could see through it.
Also, the website make you think that it is made in the USA, but my package came from China.

You can not easily return items if you live in Canada and you have to pay import duties on top of the exchange rate.

I just received the sassiest pants after waiting 3 months and so excited. They run a little big. The fabric is much thicker than expected but really cute. The problem is that they SMELL like very pungent petroleum. I washed them twice so far and can't get rid of the smell. I can smell them all the way down the hall when the are hanging to dry in the laundry room. I have never experienced anything like this. I emailed Betabrand's and had three different agents respond and had a new pair in a week. I can't really complain about that. I washed the original pair about 10 times trying to get the smell out and the have held up well. Look the same as just softer!
The Good; I love the pants, good quality, nice fit. I would order more BUT
The Bad: 1st order took over 8 weeks from order to delivery. But I loved them so much I thought OK, I'll give them another chance. Ordered another pair 3 October, said they would be delivered in October. I checked again today (nov 6) they are now on back order, no expected delivery date can be given. As much as I love the pants I will not be ordering again.
I placed an order almost two weeks ago, and it still has not shipped. I've sent two emails asking about the status of the order, and when they can expect it to ship, and crickets. I can only hope that I receive my order when I need it, which is a week and a half.
All of the reviews on their site were five stars. That should have been my first clue that they were sketchy. Live and learn. :(
I love my pants. I get the bootcut pants in small, extra short, and they fit perfect. They are stretchy too, so even if you gain a little weight they still fit. The high rise is perfect. They are easy to care for. They look like expensive dress pants for work. You would never know the difference.
Horrible company and mediocre product. I paid for, but never received one item. Customer service was horrible. They told me they shipped it and it was the carrier's problem. Even though they took my money and I never received the merchandise, they refused to help me. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. The one piece I did receive was nothing like the pictures. I will never order from Betabrand again and strongly recommend that you don't either.

Take your money and run! Ordered pants late September … was CHARGED for them at the time, but still no product. If they are having supplier issues … why are they still taking orders!?! I sent a pair of pants back to the store 22 days ago for store credit. I've been waiting for a confirmation that they received them so I could use my store credit. I waited almost 3 months for the first pair so I wanted to get the next order in. Evidently they received them (I found out by calling today). Poor customer service.
I received my pants and I actually liked them except for the additional 3.5 inches of length. I can sew but, doing that would have ruined the pants. So, I started the return process and I wanted to exchange them. Well it was going to cost me shipping. Then I would be charged an additional shipping for the fixed pair and if something was wrong out the shipping again.
I decided to contact the company... NO PHONE help at all, will refer you to the website.
I sent 3 emails and all I ever got were the generic responses. I never got my questions answered at all.
I have decided that it is obvious I am not important enough to this company. Therefore I will eat the shipping charges, return my pants and and never order from this company again.

I just received my first pair of betabrand. This is the most money I have ever spent on a pair of pants. I really like the fabric (mine were made in China). The fabric is thick and stretchy. However the inseam on the petites is 35 inches long! (No kidding - I measured!). I don't know anyone who is petite that can wear that length with any heel! And, if you are buying "yoga style" dress pants - who is going to wear a 7 inch heel all day! I decided to keep them as I can hem them to an appropriate length. However, I am now experiencing buyers remorse as at a cost of $70 - I should not have to hem the pants!
I ordered one pair of pants but was charged for two. Their customer service phone number was disconnected and the other phone site had a voicemail saying they are closed for Juneteenth. It's June 22 and Juneteenth is over! The amount charged to my account was over $150.00 and it should have been $81.89. I will never wear this product and will not shop with them again. These companies should be ethical instead of ripping people off.
I ordered 4 pairs of pants in mid-June, one pair arrived quickly but I didn't think the other 3 had come yet. I spent time emailing back and forth trying to figure out what happened, and the email/online help wasn't perfect. However, when I called the company I spoke with someone quickly and they were very accommodating. I received a refund for the other 3 pants within a day. I called today because I found the order of the other 3 pants (a roommate had accepted the package and forgotten to give it to me... grrr). When I called to have Betabrand re-charge me, they said it was unnecessary (as the company already claimed it at a loss) and I should keep the package! Wow, that was awesome! I feel foolish but grateful for their help and understanding. Thank you Betabrand!
I was a repeat costumer of this company and loved their stuff. I have been waiting months for my orders and by the looks of these reviews and those on other sites, it looks like I am not alone. I have been getting the run-around by Betabrand stating the problem is 'warehouse issues.' The only communication I've had from this company since I ordered has been initiated by me and it is like pulling teeth trying to get any information. Lately, I was told I would receive further communication once they receive an update from their warehouse and have not a week later. Again, I will have to follow-up.
Whether I ever receive my orders or not is irrelevant at this point, I am put-off from ever ordering from Betabrand again.
I bought 2 pants in July 2023 with the advertisement of a pre-order to ship in August. Well, August came and nothing. I started communicating with their customer service and they apologized saying that there was a delay and ot would ship soon. At the beggining of September I received one pants. It is End of October and I still have not received the second pants. Customer service keep telling me that they do not have an ETA at this point. This is an absurd and that is not the way to do business. I used to love this company but not anymore. I am going to ask for my refund and never buy from them again.

I pre-ordered 2 pants in July for a deliver date in August. As it is approaching the end of August still no notification. I contacted them and they gave me an answer that something happened but that they would try to ship it as soon as possible. I did get one of them at the beginning of September and the second one I have not received it yet and they told me that it would ship by October. ( as I am writing this review it is 9/25).
This is ridiculous. They took my money 3 months ago and I still have not received my second pants.
I used to love Betabrand, the quality is very good, but the way they are doing their business is not right. After I receive my second pants I am not ordering from them ever again.
I have ordered several pairs of pants from Betabrand over the past year but I don't plan to order any more. The shipping is glacial - even if an item is in stock it can take 2-3 weeks to reach you. I also find the customer service to be indifferent. I have come away from a phone call feeling like I am bothering them. They appear to invest a lot in flashy marketing but they fall short in getting the product to you. It also feels like a bit of a Ponzi scheme - you pay upfront, "preorder" and then potentially wait months for your item to get to you. Meanwhile, they are using your money as a sort of interest free loan to keep their business going. All of this being said, I have liked the pants I have received but it is really frustrating and not worth the aggravation to actually receive your item in a timely manner.

Be prepared to wait and wait for your order and experience indifferent customer service if you check on your order's status.
