“Most comfortable work pants ever; worth the wait”

I didn't want to love these pants, as they are a little expensive and the shipping can be slow (like 3-6 weeks after ordering) but I find myself reaching for my betabrand pants every time I have to get dressed for work. I only have two pairs so I need to order more. They are so comfortable and unlike other similar brands these have the normal amount of pockets as regular pants, without compromising comfort. The most comfortable work pants I own hands down. Soft, quality material as well. The customer service is good and they will meet your needs to the best of their availability; you might just have to wait a while.

I received a pair of the 7-Pocket Dress Pant Yoga Pants and one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other. I tried to call customer service but the number was out of order (!) so I emailed asking if they could overnight the replacement, since this was clearly a quality error. I got a standard reply saying they'd ship the exchange once the original pair was returned. I'm waiting 2 weeks now for that to happen. Came on here and found out I'm not the first person to get a pair with two differently sized legs - and they apparently just keep sending them out. Used to be a great brand that I liked to support but I won't keep overpaying for such bad service. Dupes are easy to find at half the price.

Pants were not khaki, but an ugly brown-green. Shipping was not refunded when returned. I felt falsely advertised to because the color was nothing like what is pictured. Pants fit well, but color made them unwearable.

Redress these pants. They were delivered in about a week. However, I found the same type of pants in Costco for a third of the price. Tried to start the return process and "access denied" popped up. I tried to email and the same msg. Popped up. Now, I have to deal with someone on the phone. The only reason I took a chance with Betabrand was for the returns policy. They said it was easy and the will honor the full refund. I won't be so gullible again.

Customer service for this company is terrible. They do nothing to rectify their mistakes or try to make their customers happy. Additionally, their shipping times are atrocious. If you are lucky enough to get your pants, they are very comfortable. It just sucks that you may or may not get them and then may or may not get any help from customer service if you don't.

Absolutely the worst company. I purchased a pair of their pants after trying them on I returned them and received a store credit because the exchange was on back order. I used the store credit once the pants became available and unfortunately had to return those as well. I asked for a refund and they would not give it to me because they told me that they can not refund once the store credit was used. They are now in possession of the pants and they will not refund my 61 dollars back to my card. I am contacting the better business bureau to file a formal complaint. As far as I am concerned I still purchased those pants on my credit card and I am owed the money.

I purchased a pair of their dress up pants... all black in April. I've worn them only 4 times since i purchased them to wear only for occasions. Well, many threads are pilling on the butt area and they won't help at all. I wouldn't buy these. Paying $60-70 for ONE PAIR of pants only for threads to pull on them. NO THANKS>

I have placed 2 orders, both times I received the wrong item entirely. I exchanged both orders in January, I received one pair but have yet to receive the other. I love the fit and style of the pants but customer service is terrible. Shipping is very slow and processing returns and exchanges are even slower. It is now March and I still haven't received my exchange or a refund from January! I emailed customer service twice and still have yet to receive a response from them. Very disappointed.

Don't order the same size you ordered years ago as there sizes are now smaller and my body size has not changed but theirs have. I use to be M now I'm L. I got 2 yoga pants M this year and they were too tight. When I realised size diff, itried to change size for another order I was waiting on with expected delivery 3 months ahead and told I couldn't. I put a cancel request in but another pants arrived that was the wrong size. Even available stock you wait 6-8mths for. Not a happy customer.

The pants are nice (I only know because a co-worker has a pair which is why I ordered mine). But they are NOT worth the wait. We are STILL waiting. The tracking info shows a tracking nunber, that was supposed to be delivered days ago. It still says USPS awaiting shipment. I emailed customer service, (took 2 days to respond, not 2 hours like their website suggests) and their response was wait 10 days after you receive a shipping notice and contact us again if you don't receive the order. Really? Still using the Covid Delays on their website. For a week the order still says "awaiting shipment." So IF you order their products, and IF they have them in stock, just know you'll probably wait at least a month before you receive the product, IF you receive it then! These people are a sham as far as I'm concerned.

These pants are not true to size and look hideous on. They only look good on a 6'0 size 00 model.

Their return policy is ridiculous. The first customer service rep was so frustrated "why didn't you use the site" to return as if speaking to a live customer service person was the worst idea ever and I was annoying. I could not print out the return label so I paid for the return via UPS, with tracking. When I called to verify receipt, the second customer service agent was seriously annoyed that I didn't use their return label and actually told me "not to do that on future orders." I informed him I would never order from them again so it was a moot point. I actually saved the company shipping money and you are getting annoyed with me? #ByeBetaBrands #FuglyPants

I ordered two things at the end of April. I received one item a few weeks later and then noticed on my order that the skort was back-ordered (they have a different term for this). They said it would ship in July and charged me for it anyway. It's July 23rd. No emails from them, nothing. I emailed and asked them to cancel it and refund me, and Lo and Behold! The item has shipped. Only I don't have an email showing that OR a tracking number, and when I replied to ask for one I received no response. I won't be shopping with them again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother, it's over-priced, over-rated, and the customer experience is horrible.

I am a size 2. 56. 115lbs. Inorders Small. They fit great until washed-cold-hung dry. I measured- they shrunk 5 FULL inches in length. I returned with explanations. They KEPT my pants and denied a refund! Rude emails!

But a bunch of their stuff sounds and looks better online than in person. I've ordered 4 things and only kept 1 - the Dress Pant Yoga Pants. Those are pretty cool, although unflattering to calves if you aren't too athletic! The travel dress and travel jeans, for example, were underwhelming so I sent them back.

The idea is very cool - to crowdfund clothing. Check it out but take their (great) marketing with a grain of salt. Try the products on before the return deadline just in case!

I've bought Betabrand pants before and loved them! My old pair are coming to an end so I bought more the beginning of August and have yet to receive any update on the order. I've reached out to customer care twice and just receive a response that they are having problems in the warehouse and they have no idea when I should be receiving my package. After reading all of the reveiws on here, I see this has been happeneing for several months and people still do not have their package. I understand having an issue that you have no control over but atleast provide your customers an update on the issue and let them know what's going on. Right after I cancelled my order, I received a text about sales and discounts. Stop advertising sales when you can't even send out the orders you haven't been able to fill for months!

There aren't a lot of fun clothes for men. BetaBand had them, and their discontinuing of their men's clothing line feels like a betrayal. I own a fair amount of their men's clothes and to have the owner disown men as customers and call us "weirdos" is very disloyal and disappointing.

I ordered a pair of pants in July 2023. Estimated shipping was listed as August 2023. It is December and not only has my order not shipped, they have no eta and ate just offering a refund if I'm not willing to wait to receive my paid for purchase with an unknown eta that could up to a year... ARE YPU KIDDING ME BETABRAND? Customer service sucks, no helpful info provided... VERY DISAPPOINTING

I ordered a bag from Betabrand and my account was immediately debited for the amount. When checking on my order status on line, it said Processing for 3-4 days and then no status was available. I called only to be tole first that it was on back order. Then I was told that the bag was on their web site by mistake and had been an unsuccessful crowdfunding item and was actually never available! I was promised a refund and will be waiting to see if that actually occurs. I was given a small store credit but I will never shop for this store given this level of disorganization.

I placed order in April 1st week with expedited shipping. I waited until third week of April to send an email to customer care. After two emails, they responded saying due to warehouse issues my order will be shipped in May 2nd week. I emailed again in may3rd week then the response was may end. Its june 10th, not received any email about shipping yet.please be aware of this site.

Let's start with customer service. Impossible. Generic Q and A in the web page, is all you get. The legs of the pants are ridiculously long. Who are they making this for, Aliens? The Inseam from the waist line to the crotch is too short, so be ready to have and strangled hoochy. Very uncomfortable. Now the best part. I PAID for 2 pants. Received 1. It has been 2 months. What's does that tell you? I was a fool, that should have read more into the reviews, because everybody is saying the same thing, and I shouldn't bought these. Argh!

I received the right pant in the wrong color. Followed the procedure to return this morning and am still waiting (almost 9pm) for the email with the return label. Thinking I'd done something wrong, I tried to complete the return process again but was unable to complete it - I clicked and nothing happened. Maybe they're chockablock with return requests!?

I used to be the BIGGEST fan of Betabrand and have ordered from them multiple times. However - I have waited since APRIL for my order! I was told by 3 different representatives that my order would be shipped within a few weeks of contacting them. Most recently I was told no later than the 2nd week of September. 4 months of waiting is completely ridiculous. I get constant emails and marketing advertising and I don't feel comfortable ordering because I won't ever get the product.
I have already filed a complaint with Afterpay and I will be posting online reviews and reaching out to the BBB.
The shipping guarantee is a bait and switch and to continue marketing clothes knowing it's a 4+ month turnaround on shipping is outrageous and laughable.

Tip for consumers:
This company is ILLEGAL!!!!

If anyone out there reads this and is wondering about these - get them! Get them! Get them!
I just got mine in the mail not even after 5 days ordered and these are by far the best pants I have worn.
I am using them for work and I am 6ft and I got the Large long and they are LONG and the most perfect fit.
I am so excited! Best purchase of the decade! (Last decade included, since we are only 6 months in the new one haha)

I loved the idea, the prints, etc. Got the items and still loved the prints I recieved, but the selling point of the "Yoga-Pants" was fit and confort. Neither was applicable. I used their size chart and tried the all three items (sweater, pants, dress) and felt I needed to go up 2 sizes. All the items were made in chins, as well.

Just received my 2nd pair of Betabrand Dress Yoga Pants Bootcut... I have never in my life had pants that fit or look better than these. They are made excellent, great length and fit over my bubble butt perfectly with no waist gaping. My husbend even told me that these pants look awesome on me and I am a large woman... 5'10" 228 lbs... I get the 2x and they are a perfect fit!
