I didn't want to love these pants, as they are a little expensive and the shipping can be slow (like 3-6 weeks after ordering) but I find myself reaching for my betabrand pants every time I have to get dressed for work. I only have two pairs so I need to order more. They are so comfortable and unlike other similar brands these have the normal amount of pockets as regular pants, without compromising comfort. The most comfortable work pants I own hands down. Soft, quality material as well. The customer service is good and they will meet your needs to the best of their availability; you might just have to wait a while.
I received a pair of the 7-Pocket Dress Pant Yoga Pants and one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other. I tried to call customer service but the number was out of order (!) so I emailed asking if they could overnight the replacement, since this was clearly a quality error. I got a standard reply saying they'd ship the exchange once the original pair was returned. I'm waiting 2 weeks now for that to happen. Came on here and found out I'm not the first person to get a pair with two differently sized legs - and they apparently just keep sending them out. Used to be a great brand that I liked to support but I won't keep overpaying for such bad service. Dupes are easy to find at half the price.
I spent way more on these than I usually do thinking that they were high quality and would last. I love the thick fabric.
The problems arise when you learn critical details too late: 1) some styles have higher rises in the back than others. No reason given, no mention in the product descriptions. I called asking for advice and learned this AFTER I reported that the pants wouldn't stay up on me. 2) No returns after washing: I guess they haven't heard there's a pandemic going on. I will not send back unwashed clothing and risk their employees' health. So I got the pants altered. Still don't stay up as well as the cheap ones I got at Target.
For these prices, they should work with you. But they don't. Shop elsewhere.
I've ordered several items from Betabrand over the last few years. Occasionally an item is damaged, doesn't fit as expected, or I just don't like it. Those returns have been simple and efficient. But they are consistently ridiculously slow with shipping. Be careful to monitor every order. On four separate occasions, I had an item never arrive. Upon reaching out to customer service, I was told the item had been inexplicably returned as "undeliverable" or lost mid-delivery. Refunds were eventually issued (sometimes taking several days to post to my card). Even if the item was returned to sender, the refund was NOT automatic. I had to reach out to ask for it.
Bought small petite straight legs and liked them a lot. Very classy. Then I ordered three more in same size -- small petite. Received 2 pair and both are longer than the first and would need shortening. Third has not arrived. Betabrand Website has gone nonresponsive so I am refused access to my "orders" on the menu, which means I cannot get a return label or check status of the one that has not arrived. Just plain crappy.
I have 4 pair of the dress pants. They are amazing. Of course, you can't dry them in the dryer but they wash well without fading. The only things I can say is they are really long and they get bigger as the day goes on when wearing them. I'm tall so I ordered long and they were too long but sending them back and exchanging was hassle free. I'm wondering how the new flats are. Anyone?
I have heard great things about their product if you can ever actually receive it. Order placed and shipped immediately but never got passed the shipping label stage. They lied and blamed the shipper and refused to help even though I contacted three times. The CS team didn't even seem to be reading my emails, just sending generic responses. I finally had to dispute with the bank. I see this is pretty common. Doesn't matter how great their product could possibly be, I wouldn't support this company if my life depended on it.
Don't do it! Just made my first order a few weeks ago - 2 pairs of pants and a top. Felt like I could have bought the whole store. I love their designs. First, I never received an email confirmation of my order. Then my order sat in the "processing" status for two weeks. My emails asking about my stuff were never answered. My late research suggested this was all pretty typical for them. Finally got a response after sending a very ticked off Facebook message, and they gave me some $#*! about how their system lost a bunch of orders, but they found it and would send overnight, free of charge. Great!
Got my order, First, everything runs one size too small. Ok, that happens. But they also sent the wrong style for one of my pants, and the top was dirty! And not just smudged, like somebody wore it, and drooled oatmealy gruel on the front of it and let it crust up.
Returning everything and will never shop there again. It's a shame because I love the pants.
I order online one pants back in April and I still havent received. So i though the order din't go through but Yesterday I saw a charge on my credit card from Betabrand of $80 dollars. I still haven't received the pants. You guys are horrible. Never buy anything fro m this business.
I believe that I have crowd funded a dress many months ago. You took the money and I still have no dress. Tried calling several times a day and you just refer me to e-mail which never goes through. What do you suggest I do? Am feeling very frustrated. Does anyone ever answer back? Would like to order from Betabrand but am too dissapointed in your customer service. Thank you for any help.

I am very disappointed that Betabrand continues to provide additional colors and styles yet they don't seem to care about reviews and requests for a longer pants length. 34" inseam can hardly be considered a "long" length with so many women/girls today being 6'+ tall. I am 6'1" and need at least a 36" inseam. Here is an idea, provide an unfinished inseam length of 38"/40" and let the buyer hem them to what they need. Your pricing is also too high! A price range of $40/$50 is more appropriate and you will still be making a huge profit!

I ordered the right size and they fit me perfectly. They look amazing, and I have never felt so comfortable in a pair of work slacks.
I absolutely LOVE them and will be ordering more and am suggesting them to all of my coworkers.
Two orders I've placed and not received. After 3-4 weeks, i inquire about the status and they can't tell me when it will ship but that it's "in their warehouse". They tell me I can cancel my order if I wish. I write back and confirm id like to cancel my order to be told, well, I can try but it's already at the warehouse so I can't guarantee I can cancel. So, they can guarantee they take my money the MOMENT my order is placed, but they cannot guarantee if/when the order will ship and cannot guarantee if I can get a refund. What a laughing joke! I like their pants, but they are not THAT great. Ladies, save yourself some frustration and avoid this scammy company! I've had to dispute both charges on my credit card! Betabrand, I've never experienced a worse company!

First items took about 6 weeks to show and three never showed. Misleading because advertising COTTON! Received POLYESTER! Also items I ordered were very different. After many emails received my money back! Bad experience never again!
They promise shipped received by dates. They use phoney tracking numbers that don't exist then use weather excuse that don't exist in the path of delivery. Bogus $#*! company not sure I will ever get my pants.

The first pair of pants I bought were perfect. Of course, I took advantage of any coupon I could find and was very satisfied with my purchase. They are very comfortable and worked out well for me. But I tried to get a second pair. I accidentally hit the wrong button for size, but was surprised when they fit. Bonus, right? When I bought another pair with the same size as the first they are very poor fitting in the waist. It's like it's at least 1 or 2 sizes too big. But the original pants fit almost too snug. So out of 3 pairs, they all fit very differently and especially the same sized pants are extremely different. I won't be bothering to try again.
I was sold on their shoes being comfortable, weatherproof, and walkable. They have nice cushiony bottoms inside but the hard plastic cuts into your feet. I wore them walking for 2 blocks and the skin on my toes and heels was badly cut into and torn open in several spots.
These are not comfortable nor walkable. Don't buy them unless you don't plan to move at all while wearing them.
I do have pictures of both the shoes post short-walk in still perfect condition and my torn and blistered feet, but do not want to post pictures of my feet online.
Got classic boot cut in black and classic straight leg in grey in regular. When it arrived, it was literally comically so long and I am 5 feet, 7. Called and they said you need to buy in Petite to get a shorter length. Did so - return process took quite a while. Just received. Boot cut great, but the straight leg is again comically long. They are supposed to be the same length in Petite but they clearly are not. I have not measured to see if they are 30 each but not sure what is going on.
I have ordered from this company before and know they have a good product but my order was placed over a month ago and still nothing. Customer service says they are sorry for the delay and item will ship in 2 -3 weeks! This is not acceptable. I shouldn't have to chase down customer service to inquire. I should get apology updates regularly as well as some kind of good will compensation. It's a competitive world out there. Still hope to receive my order at some point.
I have 3 orders that I placed, all are well past their estimated delivery dates, and there has been no communication when I email the company. I paid a lot of money for 3 pairs of these pants- and it would be nice to have communication regarding their shipping issues... and if they can't deliver their product as I paid for. A refund would be nice, since I didn't receive one pair of pants yet.
I was so excited to buy these pants. I ordered the boot cut and the classic straight leg and when I put them on I had to double check that I didn't order "tall extra skinny"! They were so tight and uncomfortable around the waist/hips and the length was a joke. You would need at least 3-4 inch heels to not have these drag on the ground and I am 5'7"+. So disappointing.
The product is excellent so far, very comfy pants. Haven't washed yet. But why oh why does it take so friggin long to get your. Order? I am also lucky it ever found me because the label was almost torn entirely off. Sadly, I will not order again. Still like the pants, tho!

First, let me say I love my dress yoga pants. I placed an order on March 11th, and I received the tops but not the 2 pairs of pants; okay, some items are pre-orders. I tracked the order, and the status is on its way on May 5th, 2023. After back-and-forth communications with the company, they explained the supply and shipping challenges. I escalated the situation to my credit provider, and Betabrand is offering a partial refund. So make it make sense; I don't get the goods, and you get to keep my money. BETA-******* confirmed

I kept the tops and never received the pants. No issues with the product. It is a fact that you may never receive it. I had a similar experience with Shapemint but never received the product or a refund.
I promised myself never to buy clothing online again. The only reason I took a chance, was my sister bought a pair of the yoga pants, and they looked fantastic, and were true to size. So I took a chance too. Wasn't sorry. So comfortable, well made and perfect fit. I am an Australian sz10 an these pants were true to size. Perfect. I cant fault them. Read some reviews, and dont understand the negativity? I got mine in 5 days. Sorry about bad photos, I'm not good at that, but you will get the idea. I bought gingham and dotty dots.
Would 100% recommend, and would purchase again :)
Still waiting and they haven't even shipped. I got sale pants but still paid what I coinsider a lot of yoga dress pants but a friend said they were so comfy. I'll never buy again. One and done. Saw a review it took 6 weeks to receive, let's hope I don't wait that long
I ordered the dress yoga pant a while back and was very happy with the fit and quality. I decided to order another pair April 20,2023. It was to have shipped in May. It is now June 7 and I can not even track them with the tracking but it always errors out. I tried calling over and over and get a busy signal. And it looks like the San Francisco store has closed. Soooo. I will ask for a refund I guess. Ugh..

Placed an order 6 days ago for two pants. Saw the order confirmation page but quickly clicked out of it thinking that I would get an email with the relevant information.
Started checking 4 days ago for that email to see the order status, and there is nothing. Logged into my account to see my order history: again, nothing. But, there is a charge to my credit card!
Same as many others here, I tried calling but no one is answering my calls. Email has been sent, no reply.
My card was charged for the order of $127.
Wish I had read reviews and known to take pictures of the order confirmation page right after I purchased.
