My 1st order was delivered without any issues, therefore I placed another order on August 1,2019 and till today(8/20) I have not received my merchandise nor and correspondence about a replacement item. Very poor customer service! I'm having to file claims and call the post office, meanwhile I don't have my merchandise and I'm out of 127.00 dollars. Why is this the customer issue if you can clearly see the post office must have lost the merchandise?
