Had a great experience! Have never purchased a ring before and after careful consideration of different sites and local Jewelers, I went with Diamondere. They were attentive with my questions. Don't fear the shipping process. The status section on your order may not update as you would like but someone does reach out to let you know about shipping and they provide a tracking number. I was also given the option to have the ring help at my local FedEx. Which was convenient since I live with the recipient. Lol. It was a beautiful ring, she loved it! I definitely recommend and no doubt will make future purchases from Diamondere.

Exactly as described and could have hoped for. I'm a little sad that the black coating will eventually we're off. I wish I had of known that before ordering but luckily my future husband is ok with a different color later on. A little pricey! But it's exactly as he wanted so I was willing to pay it.

I have ordered over one dozen rings from diamondere, and I can only say excellent things about this company. Their website is easy to use and customer service is excellent. If you order a ring from diamond air they will make sure that you are happy.

Excellent service and effort to send the order out in time. Despite not able to present the gift during a cruise. In all fairness it was my fault due to change of the design in the middle of customisation. How ever the customer was above what was expected. One thing would suggest, the certificate should be printed in some sort of an elegant physical document and not an email. However, thank you much for the effort on attempting to deliver the item on time. The ring is beautiful and can't wait to present it in our anniversary.

Very happy with the decision to order our engagement ring from Diamondere. After reading plenty of reviews of many jewelry sites, Diamondere charges a small fraction more for much more reliable and caring customer service. I'd rather order from a company with the integrity to stand by their work than take the risk and save a couple hundred dollars at most. Thanks Diamondere!

I love that Diamondere has sterling silver because I am allergic to gold and platinum is too expensive. Their ring came and it was beautiful. Someone emailed me the day after the ring was ordered to check in and make sure they understood what I want. I ordered lab-made gems and they still look beautiful. I highly recommend this company! Excellent experience all around.

I've never had such amazing customer service! The employees here kept us updated every single step of the way. The attention to detail was spot on. We were looking for unique wedding rings for him and found Diamondere. We found 'the one' and placed our order. Wasn't expecting follow-up emails but was glad to hear from them. Their concern for proper sizing since they actually custom make their rings was awesome. You don't find customer service like that anymore especially through mail order. They keep you updated on the building steps and then shipped it in a beautiful box (inside a basic UPS box) and required signature from me so secure delivery is a very important since my ring was not expensive but still don't wanna his ring to get lost. I'd definitely look here first before inquiring anywhere else. They've earned my trust! 🏆👏🏼

I recently purchased a ring for my husband from Diamondere, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. The packaging was absolutely stunning—so royal and elegant. When we opened it, the ring took our breath away. The craftsmanship is exceptional; the size, the design, and especially the sapphire stone were perfect in every way. Customer service is good but I won't say great...the ring is nice but MUCH smaller than I expected for the price. Almost embarrassed to give it to my wife but since I'm stuck with it, we'll see what she thinks.

Ring came in a timely matter. Unfortunately the expedited shipping didn't work out but only arrived one day later and I was refunded the expedited shipping fee. The ring was everything I hoped for and she said yes. Highly recommend compared to chains for prices & quality. Also customization!

Ordering from Diamondere was an easy process. The jewelry arrived to my house on time and well packaged to protect it. They even invited me to share the meaning behind what I was purchasing so they could share in the joy of it while it was being created, which I thought was a nice touch. I received the ring in time exactly as shown in picture and advertised in the website. Little disappointed when saw in certificate that Sapphire is enhanced, as I expected it untreated. Also, thought that black coating is permanent but they let me know after I placed the order that the black coating will eventually wear-off over a period. However I liked it as it is and special thanks to Cherie, who coordinated with my order and answered all my queries...Will do business again with them..
