I thought, for the price paid, the bracelets would be thicker. I sent my review. I also thought they were pretty. But I notice they only post reviews where the patrons are completely satisfied! I'm sure there must be some people that are not completely satisfied! I find this to be deceptive.
I had been looking for months at various websites that sold West Indian gold bangles and Better Jewelry's reviews were very good and so I decided to go with Better Jewelry. Their prices were decent and if you spent a certain amount, you'd get a free silver necklace. It took about a week to receive my bangle from the order date. My new bangle is very pretty and shiny 14k gold. Its thicker than I thought it would be and it has a nice pattern engraved in it. I bought a size 7 1/2 which fits me just fine. It's a beautiful bangle. However, the delivery experience by USPS was not so beautiful. The post office mislabeled my package and sent it all over the place before I finally received it. I was very worried that it might get lost or stolen in the postal system and I was so relieved when I did get the package. I don't think it's a good idea to have "Better Jewelry" on the package
I've been purchasing bangles from this company quite a bit. The quality of the items I have purchased are excellent. I would recommend purchasing the thick bangles. I have also had one to break and the company was more than happy to send me a new pair.
I contacted this New York company when Covid 19 was really widespread in New York... they quickly responded that they were closed due to the virus... I appreciated the communication... thanked them... and as soon as they reopened their online sales... they notified me... I ordered and am not disappointed... loved the personal touch

I ordered a pair of West Indian Bangles for my granddaughter and they were too heavy and big. I returned them and received a full refund with no hassle, no fuss and the customer service was very professional. I reordered a different pair and they are perfect and the price was right!
I have been buying silver jewelry from Better Jewelry for years. I have five sets of the West Indian Bangles. I have brought two name chains, numerous cuban chains with pendants and a name bracelet. Their silver doesn't tarnish.
Good Company, great customer service and quality work. I order a bangle for a friend for Christmas and it arrived on time and the quality was great. There was a mixup in the size but they did sent out another bangle and I wound up buying both.

I haven't received any notifications on my order since I've placed it. No arrival information or notification, that's the problem I have. I can't rate the jewelry because I haven't received it and I don't know when I'll receive it.
