I had pruchased bracelets. The braceltes looked different on the website. I wanted to return them. Instead, the representative did me a favor and changed the bracelets for a second pair thin bracelets. There was confusion with the mailing of the item.

I had been looking for a 14K Rose Gold Bangle but was unable to find a solid rose gold bracelet anywhere. I saw that Better Jewelry had 14K yellow gold bangles; I asked if they could create one with Rose Gold and Better Jewelry was more than happy to honor my special request. They custom made the bracelet and delivered it in less than a week. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and will definitely shop with them again.

It came with a tape label on bracelet noting 10K, it should have been 14K, but the stamp on bracelet is 14k. I was told the person putting tape on made a mistake. What worried me is that they have a 10K exactly the same. Hopefully, the mistake was the tape being incorrect and not stamping 14K on a 10k bracelet. It can be done since they are the jewelers!
