British Heritage was the only one on the entire internet that had this London Jacket. Not even Amazon had this product! Reasonable price, shipped immediately from England to Los Angeles, got the jacket in days, perfect condition, very smooth transaction! I would definitely do business with them again! The best!

Ordered kids underground t-shirt and ladies underground socks. Excellent quality and items arrived when expected. Second time purchasing (this is a gift, bought same for own son at xmas 2020). Those items have lasted very well. Worn and washed every week and they still look like when we bought them.

Good overall service, easy to use website, lovely product and good time between ordering and delivery. Only issue was it was delivered over the gate and left in the rain, product was dry but slight damn smell so had to air out. Not ideal as a present, and worth noting for other customers to note.

This shop taken my money but never deliver stuff i paid for and never respond to my emails. Also phone number does not exist. You guys must be careful! Btw, i ordered from abroad ( Thailand) and am so upset with this shop!

The item arrived in a timely manner but the purchased item was broken into pieces inside the box. Better packaging to insure item is protected would have been nice. Or place the gift box in a larger box with more bubble wrap. I paid for ~$10 in shipping so that should be adequate for proper packaging. In spite of this, I'd still like to see if I can get a replacement as I would really like to gift this mug to someone.

Ordered an oxford uni hoody for my daughter she's delighted and so am I. The quality is spot on and it's a great fit. I will use them again with no hesitation. Prices are really good considering how well made it is I'm tempted to buy another one.

Ordered a Union Jack night dress with free shipping, only to be left with a bill to cover postage as it wasn't sufficient enough! Put me right off making any further orders from the website. Disappointed

Orders an item on the 31st May. Paid extra postage as was guaranteed delivery on time. However the parcel was delivered too late I have contacted the company twice with regards to a return and refund. Both E mails have been ignored.

The shirts were bought on behalf of my cousin in Australia. She was very pleased with them. Both of us were notified regularly on the shipping of the goods and they arrived fairly quickly. Have recently bought some more things from this company.

Pleasant homepage, prompt delivery, ordered items are well manufactured, the given size information to make my choice are accurate.

The Customer Service number provided *******310 is switched off. No response to emails on *******@bhbrands.co.uk.
Out of 10, I have one item outstanding to receive for which the payment is made.
Other incorrect size item is been sent, for which I need a replacement and return address so that I can return it.
Purchase made on 14/06/2022 and now it is 28/06/2022.
Time to wake up! And please resolve my issues.

I have placed several orders with this company, I am very pleased with the quality of the product. The sweatshirts are comfortable and warm, and the material is first-rate. I only wish they sold matching sweatpants. The first question my sister asked after receiving the sweatshirt was, "do they sell matching sweatpants?" In the future please add matching sweatpants to your product line. I have a large family and plan to purchase sweatshirts for everyone. LOL

I made an order 9-10 days ago and have heard nothing about package is on its way.
It is very bad, I have ordered items from England before from other places where I have package after 4-5 days and they have announced when I could expect package.
But here I have not received anything from mail on shipping.

I bought the hoodie as a test. The quality turned out to be amazing. Great color after I washed it. Feels amazing too. It was a gift and turned out to be a Hit! We love the quality, it has sufficient amount of cotton although I'd hope for 80%+ but feels great still. I gotta say it flew to Canada intact so my fellow Canadians don't be shy it seems legit and great quality. I have yet to try the zipper version. Cheers

I ordered an XL sweatshirt and received one that didn't fit. I contacted BHB about the issue. I was assured a new sweatshirt would be sent out mid-February. I have yet to receive it. I've emailed two times, once at the beginning of March and second time on the 23rd of March. I have not heard back! I'm stuck with a great looking sweatshirt that does not fit. I'm very disappointed and won't being ordering from British Heritage Brands!

I ordered three items - two were fine.
The third was described as a boxed set of two coasters.
I received one unboxed coaster, and an email I sent making the point that the item was not as per the description has remained unanswered.
It seems to me that I am due a refund.

I bought (and paid) a hoodie on 4th October, I'm still waiting for it and I don't receive any information from you.
The only feedback I had was on 11th October in which there was a promise to update me within two days... I'm still waiting.

Despite having made a purchase over 2 weeks ago I have not be given any information on the status of my order or when it is expected to arrive.

Communication with the customer has been very poor

I have been trying to get in touch for two weeks to return some items and I am being completely ignored. No reply to email and phone number provided is not in use!

I have been emailing for week now and no one responses. I orderd 4 weeks ago and not received anything. Still waiting for mu delivery. Called a few times phones switched off.

I have order from British Heritage Brand in three other occasions and had a very good experience, on the fourth time around when order I can say I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience, I have waited over 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order.

They did not send my order as tracked and signed for as i paid for. They dont answer mail. I overpaid 15 gbp in shipping. Royal mail stamp on package said 5.99 gbp.

Purchased a hoodie, very poor quality. Tried to contact British Heritage to return and get refund. Have repeatedly tried to phone, sent numerous emails but no reply. What a terrible company.
