BH Cosmetics

I've used BH Cosmetic products in the past and have never had any issues. I received a Contour & Color product and first time I tried using it, one of the colors was completely hollowed out which caused it to completely shatter into all of the other colors. I tried contacting Customer Service and they wouldn't do anything since I had received it and it was beyond 14 days (though it had to be sent from my family after BH shipment out to Europe, so it was not in my possession until after the 14 day period). Not a good experience. Companies will not grow or last long if they keep up this lack of customer service. Very disappointed.

Dec 9,2018 I place my order. Dec 12,2018 received a text message that my order was shipped via USPS. Tracking number still not in USPS system. Today Dec 18,2018, still waiting for info and my order. They were quickly in one thing, inmediately after purchase, the amount was deducted from my account. Email then 2 days ago and nothing. Hope I receive it before Christmas!

Just love it! Amazing cosmetics at an amazing price. Girls DO give it a try... some products are as good as Mac if not better. All of this at an amazing price. The reviews of their product shall speak for themselves. Thank be later ;)

I took a chance on this site about 6 months ago and ordered a 120 color eyeshadow palatte for under $30. I was amazed with the quality and have placed multiple orders since. The cosmetics are beautiful quality. They are packaged flawlessly for shipping, they come fast and the prices are amazing. If you like makeup, you need to check it out.

Decided to buy stuff from their site and it was a total of 40 Dollars and for shipping it was about 25 dollars so I decided why not, thinking it would arrive fast but then I checked it was on USD but I was like why not do the total was abt 90 Canadian Dolllar. Its been 2 weeks and I still havent receive my order. Never buying their product again... u guys dont even deserve 1 star. Rate it 0

I ordered 4 items for my daughter 24 days before Christmas, it took 2 and a half weeks to arrive and I'm missing 1 of the items. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service by email and phone for more than 24 hours now and I can't get anyone to respond. Looks like I wont get my full order by Christmas.

I ordered 60 dollars worth of makeup from this company on July 16. It is now August 13th and no sign of my package. The money was taken out of my bank account but the package was never received. When I tried to call to see what they could do about it I was put on hold and the phone eventually hung up or told you to leave a message (I've left many never got a call back) after waiting for one and a half hours on the phone trying to talk to a REAL person I gave up on getting my makeup. I'm never getting it and this company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

It's been 4 weeks now and no sign of my order. I had contacted customer service they told me they had a lot of orders coming in but that they had shipped my order and it was on it's way. I asked if it was shipped where was my tracking information email confirming that? And so she gave me a tracking number... when I checked turns out they create the labels but it doesn't necessarily mean they shipped it yet. I waited two days giving them a break and still nothing. I write them again to tell them and boom!, they finally send. Keep in mind they used FedEx for their shipping... usually takes them 3 to 4 days once it ships to arrive... NOPE! Its now 4 weeks gone by and I check my FedEx tracking I asked to get notifications and updates, I've gotten 3 so far each changing the estimated delivery, last I checked was yesterday... on the afternoon told me I should receive it today and before I went to bed got another one saying I should get it on the 11th... I am beyond upset at this point.

I placed an order for a palette of shadows and a palette of blushes and I did not receive my products and they did not send the products or refund my money. I have not received any help from them, they do not have professional ethics and their customer service is null

So I shopped on bhcosmetics for the first time and I had a wonderful experience! My package came to the mail within 4 days so I was very pleased with that. Everything I ordered was in great condition, perfectly packaged and I love everything I purchased. Such amazing quality! I will definitely be shopping on this website again! :)

I love BH Cosmetics! There isn't one product that I have got that I didn't love! The eyeshadows are very pigmented and creamy, easy to blend out. I love that they have lots of color options when it comes to the eyeshadows. I love the different textures they use. Just all around I am in love with BH Cosmetics! Plus they're very affordable!

I ordered makeup brushes several weeks ago. Money was taken immediately and I was sent a shipping confirmation. The tracking number pulled up no information. I emailed after a couple of weeks passed and I was given a second tracking number that pulled up no information. Now they won't reply to my emails and they don't answer the phone when I try to call. Do not order from this company.

Don't order from this company! I ordered on 07/07/20 and my order is STILL pending shipment! I emailed CS, and they basically told me too bad! They wouldn't let me cancel my order although it's still pending shipment! I ordered from glow recipe on 7/12, and they have already sent me shipping confirmation! During this pandemic I have ordered from several companies and have had 0 issues! Go elsewhere with your hard earned money

I have been ordering from another site till shipping became an issue. I noticed BH had a lot of similar items as Colourpop. My first order arrived in record time, and I loved, loved, loved the palettes. I ordered more today, and a few hours later I received my shipping. I am in love with BH Cosmetics. Fast shipping, great product. What's not to love.

I bought the supernova and the galaxy chic Eye palette along with some gel eyeliner and a eye brush for all under 50 bucks! Personally I love the galaxy chic palette the Quality is really great and much cheaper than one I pallets that cost $60 at Sephora! I will definitely go shopping on here again!

Maybe I lucked out, but I ordered my products last Friday, and received today. I had free shipping, and completely understand economy shipping to keep the price down.

I'd be annoyed if I were paying a subscription for free shipping and had to wait a week for my order, but these are all discounted products and part of that discount passed on is keeping shipping costs at a minimum. You're not getting 2 day delivery with that price breakdown.

I ordered almost two months ago and I understand we are in a bad situation but they wont replay to me and I just asked for the status of my package, just tell me where is it! They didnt respond for two weeks now, not on facebook or email and Im sick of it and god knows if I get it or not. Worst service ever.

I placed my order on 12/2/2018, it has still not shipped. I had hoped to have it by Christmas, but that is not going to happen. Customer service is terrible. I will never order from this company again!

I ordered over $100 worth of products and was so excited about the quality. I got to my items and saw some were missing so I looked to see if it was being shipped separately. No, it was in that box according to the packing slip. I email customer service and go back to work only to find out they keep waiting 3 to 4 days to respond then respond with a run around. Then finally confirmed my missing items and STILL left some off the confirmation. I emailed back 2x with no response. It's been THREE weeks trying to get my items I paid for and am so irritated and so disappointed at this point. Still haven't gotten my items. I really wanted to order more items but how can I do that when they haven't even sent my missing items smh. How can I leave a positive review? I'm putting 1 star on every item I bought and leaving same review because they ruined my whole experience. Not only that but some items were Christmas presents.

I ordered a set of brushes on a Tuesday and to my surprise when I got home on Saturday the package was waiting for me at home! The set of brushes was $32.00 (it was on some sort of discount) and the brushes came in a sort of wrap around makeup brush belt holder and I got a free sample of a mascara. Overall the brushes are great and were in great condition when I got them. I think these are good brushes for beginners or for people who don't want to spend a lot of money on brushes. They work very well and totally worth the price!

I order the majority of my makeup online and bh cosmetics has the WORST shipping. I placed my order more than a month ago and I have yet to receive it. When I track the package it says it has been sitting in the same location for a week (in a location which is nowhere near my house). I refuse to order from them again because the length of time it has taken is ridiculous. I placed an order from colour pop which also ships out of California and it took a fraction of the time to receive my order from them.

I ordered my brushes on the 4th or September. The 4th! And they delivered it to me yesterday on the 22nd of September at a time when no one was home(school times). So they sent it to my P. O. box near my house instead of just leaving it in my locker and now I have to pay $14 extra on top of my product and shipping. So disappointed.
