BH Cosmetics

I paid for my items online on May 24, they didn't ship until June 1. Still in transit and today is June 7. (Suppose to arrive by Saturday, today is Thursday) I live in Florida and this company is based in California. They ship like they are sending it from another country. The only reason I bought the items were because of some of my MUA's I am subscribed to on YouTube gave great reviews on their Eyeshadow Pallettes. I guess they forgot to mention about the slow and shiftless shipping but fast accepting payment that this company does. Once these pallettes arrive, I will never order from them ever again. I'll stick with the companies that I know that will ship at faster pace. BTW, some of these Youtube MUA's should be ashamed for not stating the obvious when ordering from companies like this (Talking to the ones who paid with their own money to review the product). They may have gotten me once, but I won't be a fool twice.

Don't order for this company colourpop is way better ordered a set of brushes they said were metal high quality... got they and they are cheap plastic... took a magnet to them and nothing they are not metal at all contacted the company all they said were yes they are because they think people are stupid because most of their target audience is young people they think they don't know better do not

I ordered my items on 6/10/19 took 3 days to process and they shipped out my purchased on 6/13/19 mind you I paid $5-$6 for shipping that stated I would get it 5-7 days like any normal company would do it's been two weeks since it has been shipped out and I was also tracking the package and saw it was sitting in the fedex shipment building (which is an exit away from me drive) for 3 days then decide to turn it over to post office which I will not receive the following day.

My daughter is a college student who works hard for the little money she has. She ordered something for her best friend (more like sisters) and didnt get it. She contacted customer service several times who treated her like she was lying when they finally replied. Then she emailed more and more to try to get a response out of them. She did everything they asked her to do in previous emails to prove she didnt get the item. Now a week later and almost Christmas she gets an email asking her for the same proof she had already sent them, twice. So she called them. They are out of stock and offered her a refund. Now she doesnt know what to get her for Christmas and doesn't have time to order anything else being that its the 19th of dec. Just absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. My daughter is in tears. This makes me want to never order from them again.

I try to be understanding of businesses I order through around the holidays, I understand things take longer. But the communication with BHCosmetics has been horrible, the tracking numbers they give me don't work, I can't get any kind of update from the Support team. I order 4 items on Dec. 2nd, 2018 and I still am without items and without any knowledge as to what stage they're at in the process on Dec. 28th.

DO NOT ORDER. Bh prides itself on being affordable and approachable but they have the worst customer service. I spoke to someone on the phone before placing an order because I wanted to purchase a gift for someone else. She told me the lastest I would receive my order was May 22. It's now May 25 and all the customer service reps I've spoken to keep repeating that I probably misunderstood or didn't understand their shipping policy. Then they sent me an email saying they shipped my package and FedEx says they haven't received anything yet. After talking to another customer service rep, she basically admitted that they weren't going to send my package for another few days because it's still "processing". She told me I'd receive my package in 8 days which makes no sense because they ship out of North Hollywood and I live in Beverly Hills.

I ordered 9 makeup palettes from this company on September 4th, 2020. I paid the extra $12.95 for FedEx 2 day shipping. We have a wedding to attend on the 14th so I figured it was plenty of time for arrival. Needless to say, today is the 14th and still nothing. I had a tracking number sent to me and it said the package would be delivered on the 8th. When it didn't show up I called fedex and they told me that the products have not left even left BH cosmetics yet. WHAT? I called BH cosmetics and they verified the order wasn't shipped yet and they didn't know why. They said they would return the fedex shipping fee, but still to this day I haven't even gotten that back. The wedding is tomorrow morning and no makeup from them. From now on I will be using Morphe and never this company again.

I ordered my package on the 7th, and it's now the 17th! I haven't even received a tracking number you guys. On the 12th I messaged the BH Support service or whatever asking about that, with a screenshot of my order and everything, and I was told that it excludes weekend days. Well. It's been 5 more days since then and still not even a dang tracking number! This will probably be my last time ordering from their website. As much as I love their stuff, I shouldn't have to be on anyone's butt trying to get my stuff that I PAYED FOR.

I dont know whats going on with you BH cosmetics ive ordered from your website many times and never had an issue with shipping. I love your products and i never had to wait for my order for more than 5 days but now i am seriously considering not spending money on your site which hurts me truly giving that i love every single thing i own from you. I ordered on june 19 and still no package! I checked fedex when i received and email saying that my package was shipped and at first it said i would receive it by the 27th it is now july 4th and it changed the shipping for july 8. This is ridiculus. I WANT MY PRODUCTS!

I contacted BH cusmetics customer service, I said that I want a full refund, but they said its not their fault but the USPS fault, but after making a fuzz, they probably send it again, because it only took them less than a week for me to get my package. So, since I cant have the full refund I asked for the shipping fee to be refunded, because I dont see the point of paying $25 for shipping and having to wait a month for a package. After I got my package I didnt hear anything from them back, nor did I see a refund in my statement. Anyways, BH cosmetics doesnt know how to deal with customer. I dont want anything to do with them. That was my first and last purchase. Never again! Theres no point of contacting customer service if they cant help out whatsoever.

If i could rate this 0/5 starts I would. On their website it says to allow 2 days to process and then 6-8 to ship. I ordered my packaged may 30, and got a confirmation on june 2. It is now June 12 and it says my package is going to arrive on the18th. It originally said june 11. I wish I read the reviews and saw how slow this was. The MUAs on youtube should have stated this.

THIS COMPANY TAKES COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OVER PEOPLE! THERE LARGE FOLLOWING DOES NOT MEAN A THING, IF THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND THE PRODUCT. I SENT A MESSAGE TWO DAYS BEFORE THE FAKE SHIPMENT ASKING THE STATUS OF MY PRODUCT, THEY REPLIED I SHOULD RECEIVE IT ON 2/28. THIS MORNING I AM SITTING IN MY LIVING ROOM, LOW AND BEHOLD I LOOK AT MY EMAIL, IT SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. NOT ONE FEDEX TRUCK DELIVERED TO MY DOOR, WHILE I WAS IN MY LIVING ROOM ON THIS SUNDAY MORNING. THEY ALSO STATED USPS WILL DELIVER THE PACKAGE, SO HOW DID FEDEX DELIVER THE PACKAGE.
I DISPUTED THE CHARGE AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN. SIDE NOTE: THEY MAY BE LOYAL TO SOME, BUT TO OTHERS THEY GET OVER ON BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN...

I ordered 4 items from https://www.bhcosmetics.com got the mail after 4 days with 2 of my items I was ok like maybe they will send the other 2 products after due to low stock but they didn't inform me or anything been 2 weeks no package nothing but got a email saying all my products was send Delivered TOGETHER like I only got 2 out of trying 4 items I ordered been emailing n messaging them for 2 day no reply they basically took my money I got proof from the courier it's says 2 item delivered not 4

Never i mean NEVER buy any thing that's on sale colors are not as displayed in pic off sight colors aren't pigmented I'm very upset and unhappy I sent an email to them da lady said that's how we keep things affordable $#*! I'd rather pay full price for good make up then wast my money on something I could've gotten out dollar tree

Not really understanding why my makeup brushes haven't been shipped yet. Ordered them last Wednesday. Still haven't received any email in regards to shipping info yet. Tomorrow will make a week.

Complete scam, takes your money and never sends the product! Spent an hour on hold with no live body, only commercials on loop. Sent emails. No reply.
RUN FOR THE HILLS! DONT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

First of all I never received a tracking # in my email about the package I purchased online and the whole time I thought my package was still in their facility. Even after 3weeks I thought my package was never delivered and it was still being prepared for shipment. Until I called them they told me 3days ago it was delivered at my local post office. I was so confused! I never received any emails regarding the shipment and a knock on my door. And they couldn't at least give my money back for shipping as a courtesy because I paid for the FedEx shipment and my package was "attempted " to deliver after 3 weeks of me purchasing my package. Horrible service customer service never emailed me or nothing and did nothing about it

They messed up my order by shipping to the wrong address. Then wanted me to pay a shipping fee. I exchanged over 10 emails with them, couldnt get a hold on the phone... and still no solution.

Delivery information is in accurate and see the seller indicates I have to continue to wait despite the courier being a seller selected company. The seller selected the courier for delivery on items I purchased and paid for. Tracking information shows delivery yesterday, however no package was received at the delivery address on file. A CS rep told me today they need to file a claim against Fed Ex and until THEIR issue is resolved, I have to continue to wait. Also, I have to follow up with them, instead of them providing updates, in 8-10 days to find out when / if I will receive the products I paid for nearly 2 weeks ago! So, they have my money, I have no products, and I have to wait for their insurance claim with fed ex to be resolved (and I have to follow up with them for status) before anything can be done to resolve my issues. Clearly THEIR money and satisfaction with the courier THEY hired is more important than that of the customer who has paid THEM for product.

Using BH cosmetics for the first time I was VERY disappointed mainly in shipping I was never told my tracking number I had to contact the company to get it and my order is ridiculously late it was supposed to be a gift for someone and I was told it would be a 2-8 day wait it's been two weeks order still isn't here and the company was very nonchalant in my opinion there was no solution to my problem I'm not looking for anything free but I feel as tho I should've got a discount or something for the inconvenience I spent money for a gift that did not come on time so of course I had to buy another gift. I give you guys one star first and last time ordering from this company and looked forward to ordering from you guys I'm a aspiring make up artist and you product seemed good with reasons prices.

My package was late so I tracked it and apparently Fedex returned it cause they put the wrong address and now they're making me pay an extra $5 for reshipment

I was charged $45 at the checkout with proof of the page and when PayPal deducted if from my bank account BH Cosmetics took $90 DOUBLE WHAT I AGREED TO. So we sent them an request for a canceled order and refund and they declined saying nothing they could do. Clearly they need to hire someone who knows how to hand out refunds because overcharging and not giving the money back is wrong and absurd. Charging $90 for cheap Chinese products is not what was expected when visiting their website. Do not use unless you want to waste money and probably not receive the product with their poor customer service.

I ordered my products on January 20. Its February 15th and still nothing has arrived. Their website says it will take up to 10 business days but it is misleading. They have very bad customer service and will not help you out in case of issues. I have emailed them with concern that their website doesnt say true information about shipping times and that I have right to ask for refund when they dont provide their end of the deal but they declined my request. They blame everything on Covid-19, saying that it causes delays but if you look through older reviews seems that for several years now they have had this amazingly low quality service. IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

This has been the biggest headache and I look forward to finally being done with them. If they manage to deliver my order. ( doubting that already).
