BH Cosmetics

They take your money - they will not send order - will not allow cancellation - will not reimburse you. Extremely low class and dishonest organization. I don't understand why they are allowed to stay in business. Do not order from them if you value your money.

I made two purchases with BH Cosmetics and it was the worst experience of my life. With the first order, they returned the package to their facilities without notifying me that my address was incomplete (when it is not)
And with the second order, they say that my package arrived and it is not, my package is lost.

You wont receive you order and they will take days to contact you back it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my refund for the order I never got that should have been delivered on the 7th it's now the 18th and they just dont care. It's a never again for me. Dont let them scam you as well.

I love the make up and how it is vegan and cruelty free. I received one eyeliner broken and their customer service wouldn't listen to what I was saying and it took almost 2 weeks to "resolve" the issue (which still isn't resolved).

I order a eye shadow pallet 2 eye brow pencils eye brow pallet contour and concealer eyebrow pallet was horrible broken the size of the shades were so tiny. Brow pencils hard and would break. Brow pallet wrong shade also contour concealer wrong shade. It took several email to get a response they sent their standard message I replied nothing again once again sent more emails until I finally got a store credit this all took almost a month. I wanted my money back not a credit. So now I had to buy stuff so I am just getting it for my niece. But of course now it is been days since the pkg was shipped and no tracking update I did pay for faster shipping. I just do not recommend this company.

I ordered a couple things and have been waiting for my order to "process", that literally took 2 weeks... like how... so then I end up emailing them and they said that it will take a couple more days and that they will soon get back to me. I honestly was just about to ask for my money back because they had already taken it from my account. Couple more days go by and I get an email that my order has been shipped... now I'm happy thinking that just in a couple more days I will get my order... no... days go by and I keep checking the tracking and it hasn't moved from the same stop in days... now I'm just pissed... and really considering canceling my order... so then I check what day it will arrive and it said TWO MORE WEEKS! Honestly never ordering from them again!

I ordered the Sylvia Gani palette the day it came out. It was a Christmas present for my daughter. It is Feb 1. They couldn't tell me what happened and has to do a reorder. Absolutely ridiculous! I was promised 2 day shipping. Let's see if I get it next week.

I have ordered from BH Cosmetics several times before so I knew that their shipping typically took longer than anyone else I've ever ordered from, but it's never been an unreasonable wait time. But this last order of mine was placed on September 9th and by the 20th I was a little concerned since I still hadn't received any tracking info. So I sent them a nice message just asking them to check on it and make sure there were no problems. I never got a reply but all the sudden received tracking info the next day. However, I looked at the tracking and my package won't be here until the 5th! Almost an entire month for one small package. Never again.

Ok first of all i'd like to say that i was disappointed when i saw that it would take forever to receive my order, but all in all, i made the effort to find a way to track my order without making a scene with customer service. I found out how to track the order by going to the FedEx website. The tracking order is the smart_post number. As of right now, i am seeing all of the areas that it passed through and it should arrive Thursday. I hope this helped anyone.

For the price, the cosmetics are better than okay. I bought mine when they were having a sale, so I was fine with that. I really liked four things out of everything I bought... waterproof eyeliner, earth colored lipliner, glitter, and an eyeshadow palette.
I was very disappointed when I received a light colored lipgloss, and the tip of the gloss applicator had a dark brown or reddish color on the tip of the applicator. I called customer service who required proof, so I had to submit a photo to show. That took time, the result, credit for future purchase. That sucked, because I won't order from them again. It took 15 days for my order to arrive. I mean did this $#*! come from China? It came from LA, but never again will I be ordering from BH Cosmetics ever again.

I love the quality of the makeup, very pigmented, and of the brushes, theyre super soft. Its super cheap and there is always sales. Yes, if the order is not in the USA it mighht take a little longer than 10 days, but its so worth it. I order every time I get the chance.

I ordered a couple of things from BH cosmetics for Christmas presents which was placed at the beginning of the month and a week before Christmas I emailed them to see where my order was because I had not recieved anything. I tracked it and it kept saying it was at the where house still. They said it had been delivered and I told them I had not recieved anything and I had purchased other online gifts and had no problem with the other companies. They never replied! I got a small package with only one of the things I had ordered... ridiculous. I will never order from BH cosmetics again! Waste of my time and money!

I was so looking forward to the products because of the good reviews. I got free shipping, but it takes over three weeks to ship items, even one separate item (Carli Bybel). Then an eyeliner I bought was so bad in quality. I wrote a review sharing my experience on the product. Went back to see if my comment was helpful to anyone, to find out my comment was removed. Then I realized thats how a lot of their products have amazing reviews because they delete the bad comments. Now I'm offended that they don't respect costumers honest reviews. Comments shouldn't be bad, they could use them to improve their products. It comes of to me as they care about making money then their customers. I've bought from other online makeup brands like Milani and Colour Pop; they let customers write honest reviews, reach out to them, and ship faster. Would never recommend anyone to buy from BH cosmetics EVER!

This is my second time ordering products from BH cosmetics i had problems with the first on how long it took for my package to get delivered i waited over almost a month! But i got over it since the products themselves were amazing. So i though lets give it another go maybe it was a one time thing. Well i was wrong. Same thing happened AGAIN its been over 2 weeks and my products arent here yet. Whats taking so long. Wish it weren't so hard for me to like bh ughh :(

5 starts for the product but 1 star for the SHIPPING! I'm still waiting 3 weeks later for my items I purchased in 2nd week of April! I love the product but this is just ridiculous! I might not purchase from their site again and just use Amazon.

I ordered some makeup brushes during a sale where all brushes were 35% off and I honestly didnt expect much because I was getting the brushes for such a good price. They came super fast and was so surprised with quality. They were super soft and fluffy brushes and the makeup bag that came with one set was super nice quality. I use the brushes everyday to do my makeup and I cant ever go back to my old ones.

It was the first time that i ordered from there and I regret it. I am still waiting for my package it's been up to 1 month I ordered it on 31 of Octomber. I live in Europe so I said to myself before ordering to wait 30 working days instead of 10 working days as they said cause I know how the shipment goes. And still got nothing! I emailed them and they told me that my package delivered from the first 5 days i have ordered it. I called my post office they couldn't find anything with that tracking number that BH gave me. My package is just missing and the tracking service online says that my package is in transit... Still? I asked them for refund and they said that they will proceed in 3-5 days let's see. Why BH Cosmetics? I was so happy to receive my cosmetics and presents for my friends and you just disappoint me. In our country we do not have any other way to get your products. :(

I paid for my items online on May 24, they didn't ship until June 1. Still in transit and today is June 7. (Suppose to arrive by Saturday, today is Thursday) I live in Florida and this company is based in California. They ship like they are sending it from another country. The only reason I bought the items were because of some of my MUA's I am subscribed to on YouTube gave great reviews on their Eyeshadow Pallettes. I guess they forgot to mention about the slow and shiftless shipping but fast accepting payment that this company does. Once these pallettes arrive, I will never order from them ever again. I'll stick with the companies that I know that will ship at faster pace. BTW, some of these Youtube MUA's should be ashamed for not stating the obvious when ordering from companies like this (Talking to the ones who paid with their own money to review the product). They may have gotten me once, but I won't be a fool twice.

First of all, I like BH cosmetics BUT BUT you need to run away from some palettes, for example Carli Bybel and Be. By Buzzbeauty! There is no pigmentation and so chalky and what's up with five star reviews which really sucked me into buying those palettes for horrible eye palettes. I gave a bad review and it wasn't shown on the website! Will I have to rant on YouTube?

On the other hand, there are amazing palettes such as Foil Eyes 1 and 2, Modern Matte eye palette and eye and blush 8 Palette. I love those as they are super pigmented as long all day.

See, that I have a very honest opinion, if your product is good, I would say it's good. If it isn't, make it good! Don't distort the true please because people will return your product and get pissed.

Don't order for this company colourpop is way better ordered a set of brushes they said were metal high quality... got they and they are cheap plastic... took a magnet to them and nothing they are not metal at all contacted the company all they said were yes they are because they think people are stupid because most of their target audience is young people they think they don't know better do not

I ordered my items on 6/10/19 took 3 days to process and they shipped out my purchased on 6/13/19 mind you I paid $5-$6 for shipping that stated I would get it 5-7 days like any normal company would do it's been two weeks since it has been shipped out and I was also tracking the package and saw it was sitting in the fedex shipment building (which is an exit away from me drive) for 3 days then decide to turn it over to post office which I will not receive the following day.

My daughter is a college student who works hard for the little money she has. She ordered something for her best friend (more like sisters) and didnt get it. She contacted customer service several times who treated her like she was lying when they finally replied. Then she emailed more and more to try to get a response out of them. She did everything they asked her to do in previous emails to prove she didnt get the item. Now a week later and almost Christmas she gets an email asking her for the same proof she had already sent them, twice. So she called them. They are out of stock and offered her a refund. Now she doesnt know what to get her for Christmas and doesn't have time to order anything else being that its the 19th of dec. Just absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. My daughter is in tears. This makes me want to never order from them again.

I try to be understanding of businesses I order through around the holidays, I understand things take longer. But the communication with BHCosmetics has been horrible, the tracking numbers they give me don't work, I can't get any kind of update from the Support team. I order 4 items on Dec. 2nd, 2018 and I still am without items and without any knowledge as to what stage they're at in the process on Dec. 28th.
