They were sure quick to take the money out of my account but took nearly 2weeks to receive my items... unacceptable

This was my first order, i placed my order 4weeks ago and till now it doesn't arrive and its always stuks "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" very bad experience...

Will i ever get my packaged delivered they should aleast let me know shipping will take two weeks or more! I will never buy from BH COSMETICS ever again.

I ordered from them on 29/05/18 and today is 18/07/18 when they had the products on sale including the delux carli pallet which is no longer available. Still no package and i have been contacting them asking for an international shipping number since the one they sent was invalid for months now. Their answer. Your package has been either lost or stolen. I asked them to resend the package and they said ' its against our companys policy to resend packages'. So even if i wanted to order again, the pallet is no longer available. Im soo upset with the way they handled this. I believed that the package was never shipped to begin with and the real reason for not resending is because the products are now full price and they want me to now pay full instead of half price. I asked to have a manager contact me instead they just issued a refund thinking it would end there. Think again BH! Ive already contacted paypal about the matter. Your customers should know what rubbish company you have and that your customer service is whack! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered my palettes & brush set August 31 and it is now September 19th & I still have not received anything! I need my stuff!

Ordered 5 items and was suppose to get a free gift as it was in my cart, never recieved and it took forever to ship!

Ordered on Oct. 11,2021 and to date have not received my order! The shipping with BH Cosmetics is HORRIBLE!

I ordered on Christmas Eve 2017 to Australia so I was prepared to wait a while knowing it's a busy time of year with a lot of public holidays, however it's been nearly 3 weeks and all I have received is 1 palate (I also ordered an eyeliner, blush and the palate was meant to come with 2 brushes). I got an email a few days after ordering saying they had mixed up my order and sent the wrong palate originally, so they were sending the wrong one AND the one I had ordered, knew this was too good to be true...
At the checkout I didn't realise it was in US dollars and my total was $32 however when I checked by bank account they had withdrawn $42 because of the conversion, which I was okay with because I thought I was getting all these products what's another $10
They made an attempted delivery at my house after 2 weeks on Thursday however I was not home and they didn't leave a postal slip or anything, I only found out by checking the tracking number on my emails. I figured they would come back on Friday or Monday of the next week however they didn't, I emailed asking if they knew if they were coming back and nothing. Eventually the following Wednesday i reciverd by package super excited to find it only had 1 item in it... so I emailed them saying items were missing and they're asking me to provide an image of the postal slip but there was none in the box which I thought was odd.
So I've currently paid $42 for one palate which isn't the end of the world but it's super dissapointing, I will be attempting to get a refund however I can't see this going well.
Never had such a bad experience with online shopping and won't be shopping there again

I ordered from bh cosmetics for the first time.
When I ordered it showed if I spent a certian amount I would get this small brush set for free it showed up in my cart but I ended up going back to get another palette and the brush set was gone then it was showing now a free palette and brush set so I went on with my order and just assumed bc i spent more i got a different deal. My stuff did not come in before Christmas and my order was meant to be mostly gifts for others. When it did get here 2 out of 3 palettes were broken and I never received the free palette and brush set that was showing up in my cart. Which i would've ordered 2 if it didn't already show up because my daughter wanted one as well. I called in and emailed for days over and over again about the missing items. They finally told me it was just how their system was to break down my order bc normally the palettes don't come with a brush set, I get that but my other palette and brush set that came togather was not broken down the same way that's why I assumed it was free and it was before Christmas time so they had allot of deals. Costumer service was a pain to deal with. I kept saying i wanted my palettes replaced but just asked for my money back to get the issue over with. I feel like I wasted money on this order bc the only palette that wasn't broken was small and the shadow is poor quality. I am now just stuck with the crappy stuff. I Will not order from this company again. My email was also blocked and I could no longer email them anymore. I also ordered bh cosmetics items from Kohls and target and took back everything I ordered or got from the store. I own brush sets and another palette already that I got from target and Kohls in the past but I def will spend my money somewhere else now.

I ordered a foundation (BH liquid foundation naturally flawless) over a month ago, I was charged for it but I never got it

I had been looking at BH COSMETICS for over a year looked at youtube reviews and wanted to give them a try there dollar store quality at best

Why isn't my packaging arriving its still in transit and is already in the UK so what is the delay?

These $#*! fools are the absolute worst. I placed an order with them on 5/20th for items I needed to receive on or before 5/30th as I have a bridal party makeup to do on 5/31. So, when I hadn't received a shipping/tracking email by 5/22nd I sent them an email explaining to them that it was imperative that my items are delivered by the aforementioned date, bear in my, this is my 1st ever order with them.

I received a cryptic and incoherent reponse pointing out their T&C for shipping and the timeframes.

I responded again asking for a confirmation that my items will be received by the date I need them as their previous email did not address my actual query. I then offered to pay the extra funds for expedited shipping in order to guarantee on-time delivery for my items.

I did not receive a response to my offer. A day or so later, I got a generic $#*! email stating that my order had been shipped will be delivered by FedEx by 6/6th.

Can you believe the gull of these fools? The $#*!ing disrespect! I just spent my time emailing you back and forth explaining as to why I need urgency with my items. You ignored my email to remedy the situation just to send me a confirmation that the items will be delivered a WHOLE $#*! WEEK AFTER the date I need them for? Who the $#*! does that? What type of animals are these?

I simply wrote them back and told them to cancel the order as I would have no need for the items after 5/31st. To which they responded that I would have to wait until the items are delivered before I can return them. I then asked the customer service rep Edison with whom I've been corresponding to escalate my case to a manager, at which point he/she abruptly stopped responding.

This is the absolute worse company ever and I will never do business with them every again. Bunch of useless imbeciles.

No megusto tiene un pesimo servicio nunca mas vuelvo a comprar nada en ese lugar cuando me enviaron el pedido las cosas estaban fuera de la caja muy mal servicio tiene esa gente esa gente no sabe tartar a los cliente no fueran nadiez sin los cliente que feo es que te envien las cosas de mala gana y destapadas por eso los elimine de mi email y ni si quiera a gradecen por la comprar no tiene que cambiar de personal
