“Palettes and brush sets”

I've ordered from BH Cosmetics twice... I own maybe 5 or 6 eye shadow palettes and 3 blush palettes and a set of brushes and have been extremely happy with all of my purchases (along with a purchase from Ulta which is where I found the brand originally). This makeup is reasonably priced and looks good on... there are a variety of shades/colors and I had zero problem with shipping/tracking/delivery. I'm glad I ordered before seeing all these reviews as I'm very satisfied and if I had seen these reviews first, I'd never tried them out. IBY Beauty is another fave... just because make up is more expensive, doesn't make it better quality.

Scam. Ordered from BH Cosmetics official website but never received my makeup palette. Package was sitting in another state for 2 weeks. I disputed the charge and got my money back. Do not order from here. They just want your money and not to see you happy. Screenshots were taken February 23,2021.

Ordered three weeks ago and still no usable tracking number. Customer service won't let me cancel order. Said they ship "very quickly". The tracking number provided will not work on any shipping site I can find. Emailed back and forth a couple of times with a very passive-aggressive rep. Then their replies just stopped. Thank God I used Paypal. Trying to get a refund that way...

Order shipped on March 24 and still haven't received yet. No tracking info. Email support just copy pastes the same answer and ignores my demand on a full refund. Don't fall for their cheap prices they're a scam.

I ordered my products over a month ago however every time I check the delivery status it said that it didn't ship as yet (still at warehouse). When I requested a refund after waiting for a month, they decided to ship the products. I told them that it was way out of delivery eta and I didn't want them anymore. They are refusing to give me a refund and have been ignoring my requests. I still didn't get the products even though they were shipped. I filed a claim with Paypal. Lets see if it works.

I found this brand through their brush sets on Ulta. They had great reviews, however all of the sets were sold out on Ulta's website so I went straight to BH cosmetics to make a purchase. Submitted my order over a month ago. The order was "shipped" the next day; Tracking showed no movement for weeks. After trying to contact the company with no response, I submitted a claim through my bank to revoke the charge. Shady business practice and bad customer support. I recommend staying away from this company and spending your money with someone more reliable.

I bought a palette based on an influencer's rave review. Unfortunately, the product was of poor quality. Matte shadows are chalky and have very poor color payoff. I contacted customer service and was told that "all sales are final". However, I do not recall seeing any disclosure to that effect on the website during my purchase. I will never buy from this website again.

PS: unlike what was described in many other reviews, my products did arrive within a reasonable amount of time and the customer service team did answer my emails quickly.

I placed an order on 11/26. I received that order on 12/8 and noticed an item missing. They responded via email after I sent in all the required picture proof, saying they will ship it out in 3-4 days. 14 days later and still nothing and they won't respond to emails anymore. Calling customer service is pointless. I've tried several times and waited over 30 min on hold for nothing. When you pay for an item, you expect to get it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER order from them again and am ready to take this to the next level. Something needs to happen bc they obviously don't care!

Let me start by saying I order online all the time, and this is the first time I have ever had this many issues with customer service. Everyone has been raving about bh cosmetics and I was so excited to try out the product but I can't even get it shipped to my dang house this is ridiculous I call and get put on hold for like an hour and then it just hangs up. I do not recommend this site and I will definitely be spending my money else where.

Awful customer service. Just like other reviews, they were quick to take my money but super slow to ship. I live only 2 hours away from their headquarters/warehouse and it took 2 weeks to receive my order. Their delivery information is inaccurate and misleading. Tho their product is good, I would much rather support a company that actually cares about their customers.

I ordered two eyeshadow pallets November 9 and I still haven't received anything. I had to email them in order for them to finally send me an email saying my items were shipped about two days ago. However, I keep tracking the package and it's not changing. It is saying, " shipment info sent to FedEx". This is ridiculous, and the customer service sucks they don't even reply to my messages. I am only trying to receive the items I paid for or receive a refund so I can order elsewhere.

I placed my order 11/24 and it is 12/18 and still no package and based on the "tracking number" it has not left the warehouse but my money sure did leave my account in a hurry! I ordered 5 items and have yet to see one. Customer service hasn't responded to my message I sent a week ago. Purchase at your own risk.

I will never buy anything from them again. I purchased two brushes and they fail to arrived in expected time and when i try to log on to the site I'm not recognized. I can't reset my password because they don't recognize my email yet still everyday they are sending me emails to which they "don't recognize" First and Final purchase!

It was the worst experience ever, I placed my order five weeks ago and until now It doesn't arrive.
Also when I contacted the customer services they weren't helpful at all!
There is no point in lowering your prices if you will make us wait like this!

So my package finally came today (12/5) after waiting an entire month (placed my order on 11/6). AND GUESS WHAT? I ordered 2 brush sets. And they only sent ONE! I am so livid. I have never been so mad at a company. Now I am worried it wont be here by Christmas. Which should not be a concern since I ordered on 11/6! I just want this nightmare to be over. I will never ever order from them again! I am just so upset and angry.

I contacted them again about my order and got no response. I then contacted them again and told them I would be disputing the charge with my bank, since after over 3 weeks, my package had not even been shipped. When I told them that, they finally got back to me. They told me that my package must had gotten lost in the mail (which I just wanted to point out that I have seen them say that to a lot of people regarding their packages. So how do so many go lost?). Nonetheless, they gave me a new tracking number and told me my order would be shipped out in 1-2 business days. I checked it today and it finally said in transit instead of label created. It says I should get it on December 5th. So after waiting almost exactly a month I will finally get my order...

Over 3 weeks. Still have not shipped.

I ordered on 11/6 and was notified of shipment on 11/11. Over three weeks later and the shipping info from fedex still says that only the label has been created. Still has not even been shipped. I only ordered 2 brush sets. I contacted them about a week ago and they told me they would refund my shipping ($6.95) and that the order had been shipped out and to wait 24-48 hours for fedex to update the change. Well its a week later and while I am happy they refunded my shipping, they did lie when they told me that it had indeed shipped out. 22 days later and still says label created. I am LIVID. I am considering disputing this with my bank before it gets to be too late. I thought I wouldnt have any problem getting my order before Christmas since I ordered on 11/6 (!) but I am concerned it is not even going to be sent out at all. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered four items 4/25/19 and I realized today I got my postal code wrong. I emailed asking if I could get a refund and reorder with the right zip code. I received a email from customer service that they WILL NOT give me a refund because they are incapable of processing refunds right now even though the order hasn't shipped or a shipping label even made. And a snippy note at the bottom about double checking info. My phone has auto correct. Does anyone know if this means my package will never come at all? I have never in my life had this happen with a company! I'm so bummed I just want my money back. I don't have money to waste on items I'll never use.

So I had ordered for the first time from BH Cosmetics and was initially really excited. I always snag something of theirs from ulta when I go there. So anyway, I waited forever just to get a shipping notification and it literally came on the day I received the package. I open it up all excited only to find my Santa Fe palette was not in the box. WTF! And what's even worse is that I didn't even receive any indication that it was being sent separately as I checked my shipping notification and it had everything I ordered in the drop down list. I don't even think that have a phone number to call, so what I'm supposed to sit here waiting on an email response, really? After I already waited like two weeks to get this. Basically i will not bother with their site ever again, if you can't box and order right and leave items out that people paid for I suggest you hire better employees who pay more attention.

For a week I went back and forth with their rude customer services reps trying to get my order shipped out and to me on time. They either didn't reply or brushed off my concern. Needless to say, they aren't going to deliver the package in the time frame provided, which I needed by a certain date. Horrible experience. I would strongly suggest buying cosmetics elsewhere.

I accidently ordered the same thing twice within a few minute time frame. I immediately emailed them to request one be cancelled because I didn't intentionally order two of the same things. They refused to cancel one of my orders and they are saying there is nothing I can do to get a refund. I will never give them my business again.

Okay, so I don't typically buy from online because it's always a hassle. I decided to take a leap of faith and buy from BH Cosmetics, I did see the reviews and I was hoping I wouldn't have such a bad experienced. But I did. I'm on my sixth day PAST since I placed my order and I have yet to receive any information of my order. I ordered $300.00 worth of make up and now I'm starting to regret it. I've emailed them for a refund twice and they haven't reached out. Any ways, long story short, just because its cheap, doesn't mean it's good. I do not recommend this brand to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

I ordered my items on December 3 3018 a with a website promise to be delivered before Christmas but I still don't have tracking info. The website is still saying it hasn't left Carrier. This is very upsetting and they don't have to worry about my business ever again!

I ordered makeup during one of the sales, and everything was processed so quickly which I couldn't believe as most reviews spoke poorly of the wait times. Oh but now I understand.
I never received the package, nor a refund despite waiting well over a month for it arrive! Do not make the same foolish mistake as I did.

I ordered on a Thursday and I am supposed to receive it today (Tuesday). I paid for 2-day shipping and customer service would not refund me the difference. So dont order express shipping! Secondly, the website/tracking/SMS updates are non-existent. They do not give you updates or tracking on the order. Even after checking today, it still only said ordered; no processing, no sent out for shipment. Third, I emailed customer service and I received no response back which led me to call them. I called at 7am on the dot and waited TWELVE minutes before anyone ever came on. She had to keep putting me on hold to check with different people for my tracking question and refund question. I've ordered from bh before and never had issues until now. I even posted on my social medi about a great sale they were having. After this instance, I probably wont be ordering from them again.

I ordered almost $100 of items on this website yesterday 06.09 and realized that my old address is still in the system although I changed it when asked where to ship. I called the 888 number but they're closed, so I emailed hoping that it can be rectify. But the email says no it's too late blah blah blah' so at this point I'm ready to cancel and to my surprised there's no way to cancel it! The order will process within 3 business days! That means I can still cancel it but not on this business! You can there's no way you can cancel it. The costumer service is not helpful at all! Too bad! I'm monitoring my order and it says not yet process!

I ordered from this company 2 weeks ago and immediately after placing the order realized that it would not ship to my location before I left the country. There was no other option for 1 day shipping on the website. Therefore I contacted the company to be told that the shopping address could be changed after the items were processed. After receiving the email that they were processed I contacted the company again only to be told that that information was incorrect and I would have to have the package returned for payment to be credited. Needless to say the hotel still accepted the package with no other way of having it shipped to me. Thanks BH... you rock- NOT. Never ordering AGAIN.

I've used BH Cosmetic products in the past and have never had any issues. I received a Contour & Color product and first time I tried using it, one of the colors was completely hollowed out which caused it to completely shatter into all of the other colors. I tried contacting Customer Service and they wouldn't do anything since I had received it and it was beyond 14 days (though it had to be sent from my family after BH shipment out to Europe, so it was not in my possession until after the 14 day period). Not a good experience. Companies will not grow or last long if they keep up this lack of customer service. Very disappointed.
