Just as the description, great fit, ill suggest to add up on the size, im 12, i ordered a 11, but a 14 would've been more comfortable...

I ordered several times from this website in 2018-2020. And I will order again! I do not understand why people write negative reviews.

They use deceptive pricing and are misleading in every aspect of their business model. I advise against giving them your business.

BHFO price compared to another site looked almost too good to be true, but shipping was quick, and there was my jacket. Brand new with tags, first quality, exactly as pictured. Excellent experience!

Gave a negative review ( old used clothing, advertised as new) and have been banned from purchasing from them on eBay.
They were my fave sellers a few years ago. Something's happened.

I was hesitant to buy because the shipping rates were high and their return policies aren't great. If something is wrong, you pay for return shipping.

But my wife really wanted a pair of boots, and they were a great price.

The boots arrived. Oddly, the shoe part fit great (size 5), but the leg part was extremely skinny. Not even close to being able to zip them up. My wife does not have chubby legs. She's barely over 100 lbs. Maybe the boots are for 11-year-olds?

Tried to return them, but when she purchased, she didn't realize they were marked "final sale," meaning that they cannot be returned.

Huh. We could speculate that perhaps they are marked "final sale" because there is something genuinely wrong with them and they are tired of getting them returned.

So now we have boots that she can't use. Watching for someone with size 5 feet and stick-figure legs.

Follow-up. My wife tried to give the boots to her niece who has size 5 feet, is about 5'8", and probably weighs maybe 110. She found her stick-figure girl. Her feet fit perfectly in the boot, but she couldn't get the boots zipped up.

These are clearly defective boots that BHFO marks as final sale so they get something out of them, and their customers get the shaft. I cannot rate this company low enough.

I ordered 2 pair of boots and they are awesome. Great price and overall experience but 1 pair had a scuff mark on them. I will have to see how the exchange process is.

I recently discovered BHFO and have purchased several pairs of boots at great prices. I will definitely order from this site in the future.

These are Red! Color in photo looks nothing like the beige! Very disappointed! Was not able to even return as these are not returnable!

The shoes were described on the site as "New in Box" except that when I received them many of the crystals were missing and were not in the box rolling around which means the shoes were put in the box and sent to the customer in that condition. I informed the company as soon as I received them and saw all of the stones missing, I sent several pictures and a couple weeks later still no resolution. The only attempt the company has made to resolve this was to offer me only half my money back for the cost of the shoes. The shoes can't be worn with all the stones missing, what's the point in paying money for sparkly shoes with so much of the sparkle missing. It makes them look cheap and awful so I can't wear them, they're useless. Had the company accurately described the item on their site and showed/described that stones were missing, I would have passed and not purchased them. But because of the company's dishonesty, I had no idea and now all they are willing to offer is half the price of the shoes back. I'm out the cost of the shoes that are useless now, shipping, and duties. I would lose more money to send the shoes back and with the company not willing to do anything else to resolve this I will never be a customer here again and would warn others off. I'm considering sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because there are laws to protect customers. Companies cannot falsely advertise items, take the customers money and then just leave it like that.

This is the second time I'm ordering this dress and again it has pulls in it.

Customer service disappeared and this store seems to be in business reselling item that don't meet the quality standards to be sold in a regular store regardless of the brand.

Terrible The pants were actually a 38 waist. BHFO tag and listing was for 42 waist. Customer Service claimed it was about fit. Ridiculous. Will never buy from BHFO again

Be carfull - he is a scam - a way to steal your money supported by EBay customer service - it was my first time - I paid three dresses as DKNY - in august 2017

And till I'm writing this note he sent me NOTHING - and kept providing invalid tracking references. Till now I'm struggling to get back my 700 $ -

Take m advice -never deal with this buyer even for one $ -I wish if some had advised mr before I got into this scam
