I'm 5'1 and this jacket literally goes down to my ankles but I love it; it's like walking around in a sleeping bag actually lol. The band/design on the waistline is a little too low on my back because I'm petite but it's SO warm I can stay outside for hours!

I'm so glad I found BHFO! I've been wanting to buy some shoes like my favorite, but now worn-out pair of sandals, and haven't found them anywhere. When I got to BHFO, though, they had exactly what I wanted, and in leather, instead of synthetic! Competitive prices, good shipping (even internationally--I live in New Zealand), and comfy footwear. I love the fact that your American own company. Sometimes you get skeptical because of how great the prices are and not knowing what you're going to receive when you get the shipment! What a great deal. By far the best pricing I found on a pair of boots I had been stalking on multiple websites. Shipping was fast and the product was satisfactory. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I've shopped here on numerous occasions. I can say the clothes are thru to size, but the shoes are a hit or miss on sizing.

I am always satisfied with the quality and the price, I would say BHFO is my best kept fashion secret they couldn't pay me enough to reveal.

The quality of the clothes is still very good. But I agree with many of the comments on here in regards to shipping and cost of the clothing. There was a time when a starting bid of an item would be $1.00 and the more items you bought the shipping would cost $2-$3 more per item. Those days are gone and the shipping cost has increased and many of the top designer brands they once sold they no longer carry. If you find an item that you like you don't have to worry about the quality it is usually very good. The problem with BHFO is they are trying to double dip with the high shipping fees.

I'm satisfied with my first purchase. I appreciated the first time discount. I'm glad to know that I can find brand name and quality at a reasonable price. It will be a website I'll return to in the future. For now I'm using the items I purchased.

Great products at a great price but international shipping is a nightmare! Have had multiple issues and packages go missing. The Route package protection is useless and not worth the fee. I want to love BHFO but I need to consistently receive my orders to do so.

The price of the shoes was reasonable. The initial tracking information said the package would be delivered on a certain day. Subsequent tracking information then said that delivery was re-scheduled and that the expected delivery day would be updated, soon. This was the tracking message I received for several days. I signed up for text/email updates on the delivery, so I could be sure to be around when it got delivered, so no one would steal the package. I received no updated delivery information. I arrived home one day to find my package sitting on the porch. The shoes arrived 10 days after I ordered them, which seems to be a bit longer than it takes to receive other items.

Deals look great but they over charged me, acknowledged they overcharged me and then stopped answering emails. Shipping was very high but I thought it would be worth it given the discount, but then duty was as much as shipping which came to more than the cost of the items. They missed shipping me items, told me they were out of stock and never refunded. Horrible business.

I have ordered twice from BHFO and was extremely happy both times! Having quite a few negative reviews out there I did send them an email before I placed my first order and asked specific questions about the items that I was buying. I asked if they were the actual brand stated, if they were new and if they were being shipped from the US. I received a reply quickly confirming everything plus I was told how to proceed if I was not happy with my purchase. I will continue to purchase clothing from BHFO as they are authentic, new items at great prices!

On Amazon not only do they charge you $8.56 shipping cost when they send out a shoe that is NOT TRUE to size they charge you $4.95 for shipping to send it back-LOOK OUT! So you are on the hook for $13.51 due to their lack of sending out a quality product.
When a company uses this platform to market their products no store front is in the loop and yet they still hit you with charges that MOST companies on this site do not.
When you can't try on clothing or shoes the consumer is at a total disadvantage and this company exploits that.

I bought a shoe and the product that was sent to me was not the correct one. The shoe box was the correct one, but the shoe was not. I went to check online again and the shoe that I wanted was no longer in stock.

After searching for women's combat boots with side zip, I found these boots at BHFO. They are real leather & the price was right!

I randomly came across this website while shopping for a dress. I found one that I loved and although I was hesitant to order due to the very low prices (thought it was too good to be true), I decided to try my luck and go for it. Shipping was so fast, and when the dress came in, in was gorgeous! I highly recommend and will definitely purchase from again.

Received what looks to be 2 different finish (left vs right shoe), which I didn't notice until I wore outside. I called Customer Service and spoke to Brittany. I also sent pictures/explanation. Vanessa responded quickly, offering a generous refund for the trouble. Unfortunately, I couldn't return as I already wore them. I love Dansko and the fit is perfect. Although discrepancy is noticeable, they're camo style so I'll got with that. Overall, the great customer service made up for the trouble. Very professional. Thank you!
